Abstract

Osteopororsis is rotten bones, which is a disease that signed by the shortage of low bone mass, also bone micro arsitexture disorder and decreasing of bone tissue quality. Those signs causes bone fragility therefore it is easily broken. Osteoporosis can be detected by certain tool through radiology chek up. Because the tool is still limited and also the check up and the tool quite expensive, so the community do not understand the osteoporosis disease. The diagnose system application of osteoporosis at women uses Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method. This method is choosen to do the diagnose of osteoporosis has 5 variables, such as age, activity, calsium, height, and weight. Each variable has 3 fuzzy group, from all group it is taken 27 fuzzy rules and then used in inference step. At inference step, it is searched the antecendent membership value (α) and diagnose score (z) from each rule. This system creates recommendation value which is the information of the diagnose of osteoporosis therefore it is able to know the type of osteoporosis that is suffered. Beside that it also gives the information of how to handling and treatment of osteoporosis. Key Words :Osteoporosis, Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto

Abstract

To support the information which are needed of an organization in making good decision-making processes, are reguired an information infrastructure to store and to process the data. The use of daily operational data as resources kontrabution strategy gives less adequate for the organization. Therefore, the data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitates organizations to manage and to maintain historical data derived from operational systems. Constraints faced is the lack of support systems that support the accreditation forms primarily charging standard form filling 3 on the data and a graduate student and difficult to obtain information related to the trend in the quality of students meach study program from period to period. In completing the accreditation forms using analysis methodology Online Analytical Processing and method development Business Life Cycle, the results of the research needed to support charging accreditation forms mainly form filling standard 3 regarding the data of student and graduate and obtain information related to the number of prospective students, the number of new students at the faculty and the number of graduates who also grouped by type and their cumulative grade point percentages.Keywords: Data Warehouse, Business Life Cycle, Accreditation, Accreditation

Abstract

The Utilization of Information Technology in business has become a significant part in supporting the business process. The implementation of IT has been implemented as a value chain system which support the business transaction from first level process till documentation, its result a report which could mark the decision making process in manager level. Indeed the information which is the output of the system has a very important role in the process business; therefore the procedure and mechanism how to protect that information also need a special courtesy. There are several tools which has been use as security evaluator both inn system and network. This paper has concern about one of those tools, the tools called Sekcheck Network Evaluator Security Evaluator. This tools has function to analyze the current system in awareness of user in information security substances especially assessment of user role and activities in a network. The papers will analyze the assessments process by Sekcheck Network Evaluator and how the result is and how to accomplish it with Information Technology Audit process that will influence to the factors of awareness and risk level of information security from user perspective. Abstract

The development of information system today has led to various changes that significantly taken into account in an organization decision making to obtain precise and accurate information for use. In processing the data of alumni, STIE Prabumulih is still using computerized system. This way brings the lack of development of information includes vacancies information obtained by alumni and students which is neither accurate nor sufficient, hence it is necessary for STIE Prabumulih to have the development of information so that information obtained can be more accurated and updated. Programming language used is the Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and design editor is Macromedia Dreamwaver CC 2015. The application also uses MySQL as its database so it can be helpful in inputting data in which it can be done   more quickly, precisely and efficiently. Abstract

Xaverius kindergarten of Kotabumi is a school for early childhood in it is the data collection process is still using a hand writing by the teacher and then typed using microsoft word 2007 and made brochure until needs long time and uneffective in delivery of information. This system to design an education management information system application using the web at Xaverius kinder garten of kotabumi. The system software developed with using PHP, MySQL, and the browser Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox also and some helper software such as Macromedia Dreamweaver. This information system is working to be able to present and process information such as profiles Xavier kindergarten school, teacher the data and student the data. Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human thinking way called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. In this research used inference method of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. The design of the system for obtaining output is carried out in stages (a) The establishment of the Fuzzy set, (b) Application of the implication function, (c) The composition of the rule, (d) the affirmation (Defuzzification). To assist the determination in determining a person who is eligible to receive a scholarship then required a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is to use Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto.So the result of the selection is if the value Z = 70.78571, then the decision is Accepted with limitation if the received output value is 70-80 and if the reject between 0-60.This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is the right to receive the scholarship based on the criteria specified[6]. The research is done by finding the value of weight for each attribute then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best student. Keywords: Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Decision Support System (SPK), Scholarship Reception
