Abstract

Working capital plays a very important for any coroporate which needs capital and good working capital management to ensure continuity of the company, which means how well the profitability ratios illustrate the ability of the company generate profits. The purpose of this study is to see how the effect of working capital on profitability in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock-year period from 2007 to 2010, using secondary data that the financial statements of 17 companies in the LQ45 index listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research Method this research is associative. While the study population was LQ45 companys financial statements listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and the sample in this study are the financial statements of 17 companies listed on the Stock Exchange LQ45 year 2007-2010. In the data analysis technique, there is anecdotal evidence that there is the effect of variable X (working capital) to variable Y (profitability). Authors using simple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of working capital and a ROE of 17 companies the period 2007-20010. The statistical result obtained from a simple regression analysis there was no significant effect of the variable X (working capital) to variable Y (profitability / return on equity). This is due to sig (0.065)> alpha (0.05) that accept and reject Ho Ha and on t count (3.734)> t table (2.92) then accept Ho and reject Ha.Keywords : Working Capital, Profitability Ratios

Abstract

The Acer Laptop got the market share decreasing significantly as 1,6%. This decreasing is a problem together with increasing of HP and Toshiba indentify the brands in Acer market share. The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of quality and price simultaneously and partially toward the Aspire 4752 type Acer Laptop at Sepang Jaya societies ward of Kedaton District Bandar Lampung. The research hypothesis is predicted that there is an influence significantly between quality and price simultaneously and partially toward consumers’ purchasing decision. The research result showed regression correlation Y= 12,645 + 0,126 X1 + 0,151 X2 is obtained too R square value is 12,6 %. While the rest is 87,4 % is influenced by other factors out from observed factors. Based on the simultaneous test (F test) that is F count variable and price simultaneously have a significant influence toward purchasing decision. Based on partial (t test) is obtained t count of quality variable is 2,976 is bigger than t table is 1,661 and price variable is obtained t count 1,559 is less than t table is 1,661, so Ho is received and Ha is rejected, it means that price variable partially has a significant influence toward the Aspire 4752 type Acer Laptop at Sepang Jaya Ward societies of Kedaton District Bandar Lampung.Keywords : Quality, Price and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information related to the effect of the organizational culture, and reward on motivations. Survey was conducted in this research with 63 sample of employees selected randomly. Data have been analyzed by path analysis. The findings of this research show that employees’ trust is affected directly organizational culture as well as motivations. Motivations is affected directly by organizational culture, and as well as employee’s rewardt. Based on those findings it can be concluded that any concern toward, organizational culture, and employees’ reward of university of Megoupak have an effect on motivations. Therefore, organizational cultur, and employees’ reward should be put into strategic planning of human resources development in increasing the motivations of University Megoupak of Tulang bawang, however other variables are necessary to be taken into account properly.Keywords : Organizational Culture, employee’s Reward, and Motivations

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information related to the effect of the organizational culture, and employee’s trust on organizational commitment. Survey was conducted in this research with 100 sample of employee’s selected randomly. Data have been analyzed by path analysis.The findings of this research show that employee’s trust is affected directly organizational culture as well as leadership style. Organizational commitment is affected directly by organizational culture, and as well as employee’s trust. Based on those findings it can be concluded that any concern toward, organizational culture, and employee’s trust of STMIK of Pringsewu have an effect on organizational commitment. Therefore, organizational cultur, and employee’s trust should be put into strategic planning of human resources development in increasing the organizational commitment of STMIK of Pringsewu, however other variables are necessary to be taken into account properly.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Employee’s Trust, and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The main purpose of research to identify and describe the influence of labor discipline coaching career coaching and guidance of professional ethics of civil behavior, research was carried out within the Local Government Bandar Lampung. Respondents were officials of Echelon II, III, IV, functional officers and executive staff. While collecting data using questionnaires as the main instrument of research. The result showed that cultivation of work discipline, career development and promotion of professional ethics and a strong positive impact an employee behavior. But in Reality, the management of the above three things not done well. Three things are recommended as the policy implications in the fields of personnel, first, necessary to formulate a concept of coaching staff more clearly so as not to abscure the understanding of management and coaching during this often used to describe the management of ambiguous state apparatus. Second, the coaching staff can not be done separately, but should be done as directed, comprehensive and sustainable in order to have a positive impact on employee behavior in line with expectations of the organization. Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the performance of Social Health Insurance in Indonesia that applied to the efficiency and sustainability of the schema. Whereas, it covered the compulsory and voluntary members from the public employee and all Indonesian people, therefore the program should be matched to the covered people as a beneficiary and cost of program on the one side to the income from the contribution on the other side. Documentation, literatures, interview, and manual books are used on this research. Beside that some international standars such as Social National Account 1993 (SNA 1993), and Population Model by UN and ILO are also referred, when the projection were done. The results showed that the projection methods, which used 50 years projection, indicated an increasing of employed people followed by the covered people and demand for health services continues rise. However, Since economic crisis in 1997, evidenced in dramatic reductions  in GDP growth rates, the emphasis in some countries especially in Indonesia has shifted from expanding services and improving quality to attempting simply to maintain the level of existing services. Thus, the sustainability and cost containment efforts of health systems have become the major challenges, and financing is a critical element in meeting these challenges. The emphasis in health care financing today has shifted to cost containment through efficiency gains in exiting system, while finding effective mechanism for funding the overall system in a long-term, sustainability fashion. Therefore, the scheme and program performance are able to support the government in order to apply a policy.Key Words: Efficiency, sustainability, cost containment, contribution
