Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang berdasarkan atas hukum oleh karena itu sudah sepantasnya selalu menjunjung tinggi keadilan dan ketertiban dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan suatu aturan-aturan atau ketentuan-ketentuan yang dibuat oleh penguasa berwenang  dengan tujuan untuk mengatur, melindungi, menjaga dan memelihara kehidupan warga negaranya. Pelanggaran terhadap aturan-aturan atau ketenuan itu, maka sudah barang tentu penyelesaiannya adalah berdasarkan hukum-hukum positif yang telah dibuat. Hukum positif itu sendiri adalah hukum yang berlaku sebagai hukum bagi masyarakat pada suatu waktu dan tempat tertentu. Sebagai sumber dari hukum positif pada umumnya adalah undang-undang, kebiasaan, ilmu pengetahuan hukum dan jurisprudensi.Hukum dari bermacam-macam jenisnya, salah satu diantaranya adalah hukum pidana. Dalam ruang lingkup hukum pidana yang luas, baik hukum pidana substantif (materil) maupun hukum acara pidana (hukum pidana formil) disebut hukum pidana. Hukum acara pidana sendiri berfungsi untuk menjalankan hukum pidana substantif (materil), sehingga disebut hukum pidana formil atau hukum acara pidana. Tujuan dari hukum acara pidana adalah untuk mencari dan mendapatkan kebenaran materil atau setidak-tidaknya mendekati, ialah kebenaran yang sebenar-benarnya dari suatu perkara pidana dengan menerapkan ketentuan hukum acara pidana secara jujur dan tepat dengan tujuan mencari siapakah pelaku yang dapat didakwakan melakukan pelangaran hukum,dan selanjutnya meminta pemeriksaan dan putusan dari pengadilan guna menemukan apakah terbukti bahwa suatu tindak pidana telah dilakukan dan apakah orang yang didakwa itu dapat dipersalahkan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information related to the effect of the organizational culture, and reward on motivations. Survey was conducted in this research with 63 sample of employees selected randomly. Data have been analyzed by path analysis. The findings of this research show that employees’ trust is affected directly organizational culture as well as motivations. Motivations is affected directly by organizational culture, and as well as employee’s rewardt. Based on those findings it can be concluded that any concern toward, organizational culture, and employees’ reward of university of Megoupak have an effect on motivations. Therefore, organizational cultur, and employees’ reward should be put into strategic planning of human resources development in increasing the motivations of University Megoupak of Tulang bawang, however other variables are necessary to be taken into account properly.Keywords : Organizational Culture, employee’s Reward, and Motivations

Abstract

Dalam industri semen, salah satu peralatan penting dalam dedusting material yang baik adalah bag filter. Karena peralatan ini berfungsi sebagai penyaring debu halus agar tidak terjadi peningkatan emisi yang berpotensi pada pencemaran dan mengganggu kelancaran operasi. Dalam kasus ini, 641?BF1, 641-BF2 dan 641?BF3 yang terdapat di PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas tidak dapat melakukan fungsinya dengan optimal sehingga mengganggu peralatan yang didukungnya yaitu Chamber 641-PP01 dan 641-PP02. Maka dengan demikian diadakan suatu improvement yang bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan duct yang baru pada 641?BF1, 641-BF2 dan 641?BF3. Improvement dengan merancang ulang kontruksi dari duct adalah cara untuk mematahkan masalah (blocking) berdasarkan data yang ditunjukan dari kegiatan analisa akar masalah. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan cara menyesuaikan dimensi duct dengan kapasitas bag filter agar kebutuhan flow hisapan bag filter dapat terpenuhi pada setiap equipment yang dituju. Dengan dilakukan perbaikan duct 641?BF1, 641-BF2 dan 641?BF3 dapat menggurangi terjadinya blocking dan meningkatkan performa 641?BF1, 641-BF2 dan 641?BF3

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta didik terhadap kosakata bahasa Indonesia pada teks deskripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil jawaban peserta didik pada soal yang diberikan, soal terdiri dari pilihan ganda, mengisi teks rumpang dan asosiasi kata. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IX-D MTs Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes berupa tes pilihan ganda, mengisi teks rumpang, dan membuat asosiasi kata. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik perhitungan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kosakata bahasa Indonesia dalam teks deskripsi pada peserta didik kelas IX-D berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata nilai 70.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kemampuan menganalisis struktur  teks ceramah menggunakan media youtube pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS 1. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berupa hasil kerja peserta didik menjawab soal stuktur teks dengan pokok bahasan teks ceramah. Penelitian ini diambil di kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 4 Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes. Kemudian langsung dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil kemampuan menganalisis struktur teks ceramah peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa nilai mean yang didapat adalah 82,1 berada dalam kategori tinggi. Pada aspek pokok bahasan setiap paragraf, nilai mean yang didapat adalah 78,1 berada dalam kategori cukup. Pada aspek menyusun struktur teks ceramah, nilai mean yang didapat adalah 78,0 berada dalam kategori cukup.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the relationship between teacher professionalism, headmaster leadership, and teachers? performance through the intervening variable which is the teachers? achieving motivation. This research was done with the quantitative method with 228 teachers as the samples who were from the 13 different Senior High Schools in Banjarmasin based on random sampling. Data is taken with the checked questionnaire for its validity and reliability based on the pilot project. Data were analyzed by path analysis with calculations through IBM SPSS 20. The results showed that there was a relationship between teacher professionalism, principals 'leadership, and teacher performance and achievement motivation was intervening between the relationship between teacher professionalism and teacher performance and principals' leadership and performance.

Abstract

Education graduates are more unemployed than those who work or are not in accordance with what the world wants. This doesn't only occur to bachelor, but also to senior high school graduates, so the government responds to this by prioritizing an education system whose link-and-match outcome as workers. Bridging this, vocational school is one solution. Vocational High School (SMK) is an embodiment of the school system with a vocational form, with various departments that certainly respond to the diversity of the world of work available. Types of Vocational Schools in Indonesia are attached in Appendix I. In this study, researchers only focusing on Vocational School majoring in Pharmacy. As a vocational school, The Pharmacy Department required to produce eligible graduates according to the work field and industry standard. The standard should be applied to qualified of work field and industry demands, Education Management is needed, which includes Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Supervision in the education process in schools in such a way that the competencies, expertise, and skills of graduates are in accordance with the demands of the world of work and industry. schools rely on the rules of School-Based Management (SBM). As time goes by, As time goes by, parents of vocational students want their children's ability to continue into the next levels with good character, religious, and academics. The various demands try to be fulfilled by schools by implementing various activities using 8 national education standards as a reference, which are applied through the school-based education management concept. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze: (1) the effect of the principal?s academic supervision on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN  at Banjarmasin; (2) the influence of school culture on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin; and (3) there is the effect of principals? academic supervision and schoo culture simultaneously on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The study population was MAN Teachers in Banjarmasin as many as 109 teachers, as well as being used as research samples (total samples). Data was collected using a questionnaire; validity was tested using item-total correlation techniques and reliability tested using the apha formula from Cronbach. Hypothesis testing uses simple and multiple regression. The  results of the analysis conclude that: (1) there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (7.826> 1.982), (2) there is an influence of school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (6.428> 1.982), and (3) there is a simultaneous effect of principals' academic supervision and school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of f count > f table (10.416> 3.082). Based on those results, the headmaster is recommended to continue academic supervision to the teachers they lead and maintain the school culture in order to make the school atmospher is conducive so that the quality of teaching teachers are increased.

Abstract

The problems that occur at this time are many children who are still dependent on their parents to do every activity. Independent attitude is very dependent on parents, often children cry when they stay for a while by their mother or caregiver. This study describes the influence of parenting on the birth order of children towards independent social behavior using a quantitative and path analysis. The research sample was obtained from 214 children aged 5-6 years using the simple random sampling technique and the Slovin formula from a population of 445 Kindergarten children in Gugus Anggrek, East Banjarmasin District. Also, data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results showed that parenting patterns affect the birth order of children towards their independent social behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between chemistry Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) activities and academic supervision with performance assessment (PKG). It uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods and correlation techniques. Data were obtained from a sample of 54 chemistry teachers from all Senior High School in Banjarmasin using a questionnaire that tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed to determine the relationship between variables using Pearson product-moment and multiple correlations. The results showed there was a positive relationship between MGMP chemistry activities and performance assessment. There was also a positive relationship between academic supervision and performance assessment, as well as between MGMP activities and academic supervision with performance assessment. There is a need for learning to shift from the teacher to the student center as an implication of adopting the 2013 curriculum.
