Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain how Coastal Consumption in Bireuen District and know and explain what factors affect the Consumption of Coastal Communities in Bireuen District. Scope of research is Coastal Communities in Bireuen District. Total Population in this research is 8.995 KK, So sample in this research is taken by 1% from total head of Family that is 90 KK. The method used in sampling this research is Cluster Sampling Method. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of family members, education level, income and age significantly influence the consumption of coastal communities in Bireuen District. Partial research results proved that based on regression analysis results can be explained that the more number of family members owned by coastal communities, it will further increase the consumption of coastal communities. Then can be explained that the higher the education level of a person, it will increase the consumption of coastal communities. And regression analysis results can be explained that the higher level of income of coastal communities in Bireuen District, it will increasingly increase the consumption of coastal communities. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan observasi berkaitan dengan rendahnya kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, hal tersebut dikarenakan rendahnya tanggung jawab pegawai terhadap pekerjaan, kurangnya kerjasama antar pegawai, reward yang masih kurang, pendidikan yang berbeda, kurangnya pengetahuan pegawai dan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang sebanyak 32 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatory, variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) serta variabel terikat yaitu kinerja (Y). Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh nyata dan positif terhadap kinerja yaitu sebesar 97,61%. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah modal dasar untuk menciptakan SDM yang unggul. Dunia pendidikan yang utama adalah sekolah. Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga alternatif pelayanan pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai suatu lembaga tentunya memiliki visi, misi, tujuan dan fungsi. Guru merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang berada di sekolah. Guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah dalam rangka mencapai tujuannya. Kompetensi guru di sekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini, sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang diajukan, maka tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji: 1). Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, 2) Pengaruh perilaku inovatif berpengaruh lansungterhadapKinerja Guru SMP dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, 3) Pengaruh motivasi kerja, dan perilaku inovatif terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Peulimbang Kabupaten Bireuen.Berdasarkan Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1). Tingkat pencapaian motivasi kerja 42 guru SMPN 1 dan SMPN 2 Peulimbang Kabupaten Bireuen, sebesar 65,03%. Dan Tingkat pencapaian perilaku inovasi pada guru belum sepenuhnya baik, baru memeiliki nilai 65,33% yang berjalan atau dicapai. Serta tingkat pencapaian kinerja pada guru atas dasar kompetensinya, belum sepenuhnya baik, baru memiliki nilai 64,9%. 2). Terdapat pengaruh motivasi guru dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru. Besar kontribusi perilaku inovatif lebih tinggi dari pada motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Perilaku Inovatif, Kinerja Guru SMP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh jaminan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Cabang Bireuen dan 2) pengaruh jaminan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Cabang Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan objek 43 karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bireuen. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengisi kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji T) dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5%., menyatakan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bireuen. Demikian pula faktor kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan (uji F) pada tingkat signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa f-hitung > f-tabel, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bireuen. Kata Kunci: Jaminan Keselamatan, Kesehatan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study examines the impact of directors compensation, capital structure, and diversification on company performance. The sample of this research was 20 listed firms on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016 and taken using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results shows that directors compensation and capital structure influenced firms performance. The diversification not influenced firms performance. The further research should expand the research subject and should use the other subjects, such as service industry, property industry, and finance industry in order to make the sample more representative. Abstract

The existence of micro businesses and small businesses in Indonesia currently dominates businesses, with a total of more than 99% of the total business operators in Indonesia. These micro and small scale scale business actors make a very significant contribution in encouraging the Indonesian economy. In its implementation, it is always encouraged to continue to pay attention to business performance continuously. This can be realized if appropriate assistance is provided, where the basis of assistance is egalitarian or equality of position so that assistance is expected to improve managerial skills for business people. Through the essence of mentoring, it is expected that improving management quality is expected to create a transfer of knowledge in terms of more efficient and prospective business management experience for MSMEs and will obtain continuity of production or increase greater capacity. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the production of smoked fish industry, analyzed the returns to scale the fish curing industry, and analyze the efficiency of input utilization rates in the industry of curing fish in the Buton regency. The data used is primary data were collected were colleted by interviewing respondents in a field survey. Number of respondents in this study of 50 people and is the census data is taken from the whole fish curing industry employers. Analysis method in the study regression with production function Cobb- Douglas, Estimation results indicate that the factors affecting the production of fish in the fumigation industry in Buton is raw fish, coconut shell and labor, which is statistically significant at alpha 5%. Furnace has a variable relationship is positive but not significant in influencing the production of smoked fish in the Buton regency. Thus, industrial production is largely determined by the curing of fish raw material raw fish, grilled coconut shell trap and labor used in the process of curing fish. Returns to scale (RTS) is 1.098. This means that in general the smoked fish business in Buton can still operate with an increased scale of business or follow the rules of Increasing returns to scale, but is close to constant conditions (constant returns to scale). While the analysis of efficiency of input utilization rates in industrial production of fish in Buton fumigation has not been efficient Keywords: Production Function, Fish Smoke Production.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the North Aceh DPRK Secretariat. The results of the analysis were obtained; a) The level of achievement of work motivation of employees of the North Aceh DPRK Secretariat, amounting to 80.67%. From these results it almost shows the optimal level of work motivation. b) The level of achievement of the work environment in supporting employee work, amounting to 81.71%. From these results it has shown a good level, although it can still be optimized again. c) From the Regression analysis it is known that there is an effect of employee motivation and work environment on employee performance with the relationship model of both variables are: Y = 32,623 + 0,217 X1 + 1,071 X2 (X1 = Work motivation, X2 = Work environment). The correlation magnitude between the variables of work motivation (X1) on performance (Y) is 0.859. Which states that the motivation contribution to performance is: 73.79%. While the correlation between work environment variables (X2) to performance (Y) is: 0.953. Which states the contribution of the work environment to employee performance is 90.82%. Based on the regression analysis between motivation and organizational climate on employee performance states a). if work motivation increases by 10 percent, then performance will increase by 2.17 percent. b). If work environment support increases by 10 percent, then employee performance will increase by 10.71 percent. c). The influence of the work environment is higher than work motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth and profitability on capital structure, both simultaneous and individually. This study is a census research, which includes all basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have met the criteria in the observation data. The observation period of 2015-2017 research data totaling 30 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh, (1) pendidikan terhadap kompetensi guru, (2) pelatihan terhadap kompetensi guru, (3) pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi guru, dan (4) kompetensi terhadap profesionalisme guru, dengan studi kasus pada guru di Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen-Aceh. Dengan sampel 118 guru SMA Negeri 1, SMAN 2, dan SMAN 3 Bireuen. Analisis statistik dengan pendekatan Path Analysis, diperoleh hasil bahwa 1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikans aspek pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar gur terhadap tingkat kompetensi guru. Pengaruh Pendidikan sebesar 23,33 %, terhadap kompetensi guru, sedangkan pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar masing-masing adalah 6,87% dan 22,02%. 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikans aspek pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar gur terhadap tingkat profesionalisme guru. Pengaruh Pendidikan sebesar 91,34 %, terhadap profesionalisme guru, sedangkan pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar masing-masing adalah 91,01% dan 13,46%. Dan 3). Pengaruh kompetensi yang dimiliki guru terhadap profesionalismenya sebesar 22,37 persen. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Pengalaman Mengajar, Kompetensi, Profesionalisme guru
