Abstract

The purpose of this study, in accordance with the formulation of the problem posed, is for 1). analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat. 2. analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the DPRK Secretariat Bireuen. And to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment, together on the performance of employees in the DPRK Secretariat Bireuen. Based on the analysis of sample data of 30 employees of the DPRK Bireuen secretariat, from the results of the correlation analysis approach, the correlation of work motivation and work environment to the performance was 0.854, including high. So that there is 72.9% contribution to work motivation and work environment variables on employee performance. From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis approach, it was proven that work motivation had an effect on performance, and the work environment also had an effect on performance, with a regression model Y = - 7.921 + 1,182 X1 + 1,419 X2 The influence of the work environment was higher than work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas koperasi di Indonesia, selama periode tahun 2010 sampai 2015 dengan menggunakan data panel. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari Produktivitas koperasi sebagai variabel dependen dengan variabel independen modal sendiri, modal luar dan volume usaha. Modal sendiri dan volume usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas koperasi, sedangkan modal luar tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas koperasi di Indonesia. Hendaknya koperasi meningkatkan modal sendiri dari pada modal luar dalam membiayai aktivitas bisnis. Selanjutnya diharapkan adanya sinergisitas antara gerakan koperasi, pemerintah, sektor swasta dan akademisi dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas koperasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini di batasi dengan data koperasi secara umum di Indonesia, tanpa melihat jenis koperasi yang ada. Kata Kunci: Koperasi; SHU; Modal sendiri; Modal Luar; Volume Usaha; Panel Regresi

Abstract

ABSTRACT Leadership is one of the factors that shape and help others to work and enthusiastic achieve planned objectives. In relation to the success of an organization realize its goal, most determined by leadership style and the high performance of subordinates in carrying out his duties. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership styles in order to improve the performance of teachers at Senior High School Malahayati East Jakarta. Research conducted in Cijantung, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, taking the number of respondents as the sample by 40 respondents are teachers who teach at senior high school Malahayati Jakarta to share research questionnaire. The method of analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis where the analysis can be used to look at the relationship and influence of leadership style on the teachers performance of senior high school Malahayati East Jakarta. Based on the analysis and calculation of the results of research on the model of the relationship between leadership style and teacher performance found a positive relationship, it can be seen from the results of simple regression calculation. The regresi linier model is Y = 23.995 + 0.533 X. Results from the study also showed that 33.7% teachers performance at senior high school Malahayati Jakarta can be explained by leadership style factors. While the remaining 66.3% is explained by other reasons. Another factor to be taken to ensure that teacher performance can increase even more, such as a comfortable working environment and conducive adequate working facilities, provision of benefits, rewards, and promotions. Abstract

This study aimed to explore the influence of monitoring and coaching to empower productive zakat mustahik at Pos Keadilan Peduli Ummat (PKPU) Aceh. Primary data were obtained by questionnaire and interview. The researcher spread questionnaire to the mustahik and interview  them  during  filling questionnaire. The population of this research are 496 mustahik and the sample of this research are 100 mustahik. Technique sampling of this research used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The researcher used qualitative approach by using exploratory research and descriptive analysis. The results of this research is unsalted feed, it could be seen from their answer, most of them doubt on answering the questionnaire. However, to be careful in trying to answer mustahik agreed by 34%. The mustahik are very careful in using zakat were  mandated to them as mustahik. Mean while,  the effect of coaching  productive zakat  to empowerment was not significant, it appears that most of them  answered doubt. Were as, the comparison of income before and after monitoring and coaching, the changing was great and if it could be maintained,  the amount of the average income is  Rp. 2,859,500,-  thus the changing of family economic it would be prosperous family.Keywords: Monitoring, Coaching, Productive Zakat, Mustahik Empowerment

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh, (1) Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan, (2) Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kedisiplinan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, dan (3) Motivasi kerjaterhadap Kedisiplinan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, Dengan studi di SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen terhadap 95 guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian kuantitatif denga metode eksplanatory dan Analisis statistik dengan pendekatan Path Analysis, diperoleh hasil bahwa 1).Pengaruh Kepemimpinan sebesar 24,46%, terhadap motivasi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, sedangkan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing adalah 26,05% dan 23,44%. 2).Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kedisiplinan guru dan tenaga kependidikan sebesar 20,98%, sedangkan kompensasi sebesar 12,76%, dan 3)Pengaruh motivsi kerja yang dimiliki guru dan tenaga kependidikan terhadap kedisiplinannya sebesar 62,09%. Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang: ?Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Implikasinya pada Loyalitas Pasien Rawat Jalan (Studi Kasus pada RSU Bireuen Medical Center Bireuen)?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi, terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan pada RSU BMC Bireuen. Dan (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap Loyalitas Pasien Rawat Jalan pada RSU BMC Bireuen. Studi mengambil sampel 100 pasien rawat jalan dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hal-hal berikut, Analisis secara deskriptif diperoleh; a. kualitas pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bireuen Medical Center menurut persepsi pasien rawat jalan adalah 70,51 persen, b. Faktor lokasi diyakini pasien baik dan menguntungkan pasien sebesar 73,22 persen, c. Tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bireuen Medical Center adalah 76,81 persen, dan d. Tingkat Loyalitas pasien menurut responden (pasien rawat jalan) di Rumah Sakit Umum BMC sebesar 72,08 persen. Hasil analisi inferensia, diperoleh; a.Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada RSU Bireuen Medical Center, sebesar 34,23 persen. b. Lokasi rumah sakit yang strategis berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien sebesar 21,24 persen. c. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, sebesar 30,05 persen. Dan d. Faktor lokasi rumah sakit yang mudah dijangkau oleh pasien dan keluarganya akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, sebesar 15,86 persen. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Target Clarity Budget and Accounting System Implementation of the Regional Financial Institution Performance Accountability Bireuen District Government. Data obtained by questionnaires distributed in 15 offices SKPD Bireuen district with a total sample of 45 samples. The analysis technique used is linear regression, hypothesis testing using t-statistic, test F and test the coefficient of determination as well as the f-statistic to test the effect partially to the level of significance of 5%. The result showed that the Target Budget Clarity has a significant positive effect on Accountability is equal to 0.534. Application of Regional Financial Accounting System positive and significant impact on Accountability, with a regression coefficient of 0.737. Concurrent test results showed that the Clarity Budget Goals and Implementation Regional Financial Accounting System influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 83.7%%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  bagaimana sebuah perusahaan melakukan penerapan International Financial Report Standard (IFRS), memahami bagaimana proses penerapan dan pengaplikasian International Financial Reporting Standard pada sebuah perusahaan dan mengetahui manfaat melakukan proses tersebut. Berdasarkan New Institutional Theory, penelitian ini berusaha memahami bagaimana lingkungan bisnis sebuah organisasi mampu mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku  individu dalam organisasi tersebut demi mendapatkan sebuah legitimasi.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada laporan keuangan  PT. Garuda Indonesia Cabang Banda Aceh tahun 2013 dengan cara melakukan archival record yang didapat langsung dari perusahaan tersebut dan dari website resminya.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manfaat penerapan IFRS adalah laporan keuangan yang transparan, comparable, dan valuable sehingga mampu menaikkan nilai perusahaan tersebut di mata publik. Manfaat lain yang diperoleh dari penerapan IFRS pada Garuda Indonesia Cabang Banda Aceh adalah legitimasi dari lingkungan bisnis organisasi ini. Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat diiringi perkembangan sistem informasi yang berbasis teknologi. Perkembangan sistem informasi tersebut akan sukses apabila didukung oleh beberapa faktor pendukungnya yang dapat memberikan kesuksesan terhadap sistem informasi itu sendiri yang tercermin melalui kepuasan pemakai sistem informasi. Penggunaan dan kemajuan teknologi sistem informasi tidak hanya membawa pengaruh pada pengelolaan suatu perusahaan melainkan juga membawa pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek dalam penglolaan bisnis. Salah satu fenomena yang menarik dari perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi adalah internet sebagai media baru yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat modern saat ini. Media baru seperti internet merupakan sebuah media yang dapat menggeser media tradisional seperti Televisi,Radio,karena media baru bersifat interaktif sehingga diminati oleh banyak orang.Internet sebagai media komunikasi yang diminati orang karena beberapa kelebihan seperti mudah,cepat dan tepat. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan didapat kesimpulan Ha diterima dikarenakan F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel (28.183>3.09), yang artinya Usability Quality,Information Quality dan Service Interaction Quality secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis secara Parsial didapat kesimpulan. Ha diterima,dikarenakan pada variabel Usability Quality sendiri nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (2.724>2.722) yang artinya Usability Quality terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dan pada variabel Information Quality t hitung tidak lebih besar dari t tabel (-8212,722) yang artinya Service Interaction Quality terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

The purpose of this study, 1) To Analyze the influence of education and training (training) on employee work productivity in Nisam District office, North Aceh District. 2) To analyze the effect of work experience on employee productivity, Nisam District office, North Aceh District, and 3) Analyze which factors are more dominant between education and training (diklat), and work experience on employee work productivity. The analysis results obtained that; 1). The level of achievement of education and training in supporting work is 80.28 percent. From these results it has shown an optimal level. 2). The level of achievement of work experience supports work by 81.39%. 3). The level of achievement of work productivity from expectations in employment is 81.56%. 4). The results of regression analysis showed that there was an effect of Diklat (X1) on Work Productivity (Y) of Employees in Nisam District Office, North Aceh District. And there is also the influence of work experience (X2) on work productivity (Y) of employees in Nisam District Office, North Aceh District. 5). Education and Training Effect (X1) is greater than Work Experience (X2) on Work Productivity (Y) Employees at Nisam District Office North Aceh District. 6). The results of the measure of correlation and determination are obtained; amounting to 83.4% contribution of the variable Training and Employee Work Experience on work productivity. 7). The results of the regression model between training and work experience on work productivity are Y = 2.174+ 0.660 X1 + 0.312 X2, so the model states; a). If the Education and Training Provider increases by 10 percent, then work productivity will increase by (0.660 x 10) = 6.60 percent. And b). If work experience support increases by 10 percent, then work productivity will increase by (0.312 x 10) = 3.12 percent. Keywords: Training, Work Experience, Work Productivity.
