Abstract

Unemployment (including unemployment educated) give a negative impact to the community and economy of the State. So that negative impacts do not occur, then the necessary action to resolve them. Many government policies have been published and one of them is the implementation of Concept Based Curriculum in college. Institutions of higher education as an operator in the implementation of Competency Based Curriculum. But it is still a bit that has done it. Among those who turned out to be not implemented fully. A limited resource constraints. So the government gives grants based Curriculum Competition began in 2013. If the Competency-Based Curriculum concept can be implemented in full and by all higher education institutions in Indonesia, the increase in the number of educated unemployed can be resolved. Abstract

Competition is fierce, and increasingly difficult to maintain customer loyalty. To work around this, companies must recognize the right customers, while managing increasingly complex customer, this is where CRM is needed, the company will be easier to consolidate and analyze customer data, as well as using it as a vehicle to interact intensely. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory regarding the handling of the relationship between the company and its customers with the goal of increasing the companys value in the eyes of its customers. The main goal of CRM is to improve long-term growth and profitability through a better understanding of the habits (behavior) customers. CRM function will allow the company to know and understand the lifetime value of the customer and provide the perfect personal service. The main focus of the most important here is how the company can maintain customers, especially in conducting marketing activities, every effort is made to be able to reach customers as much as possible. The increasing number of market conditions fragmented and new products are arising and increasingly diverse, the greater the chance the customer in getting the products they want and according to the needs. However, now is not how to convey the companys products into the hands of customers, but how companies can provide products in accordance with the wishes and needs of the customer. To be successful CRM program, needs to be done step is to create a customer strategy. It starts with understanding where the customer wanted to build relationships and what is not. Every customer has different needs and likewise they have different values before the company. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which is a customer relationship management is indispensable in the conduct of a business enterprise or a strategy to serve customers well. Abstract

Impact of BBM increase to the addition of the poor 4 million people. Thats the goverment setup a compensation as mitigation or prevention. One of the program is the immediatetemporary relief society (BLSM) to give four months after the BBM increase was decided.Object of BLSM is 15,5 target million households (RTS) with compesation is Rp 150,000 permonth. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy of  regional development work plan with regional medium, term development plan in Rembang Regency. The analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of the study shows that the percentage of regional development work plan wich synergies with regional medium term development plan is 16%. There are two priority programs in rembang regency in 2009 that do not synergize with regional medium term development plan in 2006-2010.Keywords: regional development work plan, regional medium term development plan

Abstract

This study examines the effect of dividend policy on stock prices on companies LQ 45 in 2004-2008. Selection of LQ 45 firms as stocks of companies included LQ 45 is a liquid stock and include top ranking of a number of outstanding shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study uses a simple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the positive effect of dividend policy on stock prices, but the effect is very small. The conclusion of this study is the dividend policy is not the only factor affecting stock prices, but there are other factors that influence, namely macro and micro economic factors. Keywords: dividend policy, stock price

Abstract

Employment growth is slower than the growth of the labor force resulting in unemployment that affect the incidence of poverty. Efforts to improve the local economy is done through the provision of Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance. Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance is intended for people who are creative and innovative people who already have a business but need additional capital for business development. The method can be used to implement such a decision support system using the Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani method. Fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory shows great potential to effectively menyelesain uncertainty problems.DSS was developed to assist policy makers in this case Dinsosnakertrans in choosing micro entrepreneurs who applied for assistance with the best possible outcomes for each calculationderived from the criteria desired by policy makers.Keywords : entrepreneurship , Mamdani FIS

In development we can see that the entrepreneurial world can reduce the number of unemployed and will indirectly ncrease the state income tax through.
