Abstract

The design of Travel Services and Information Website at Khadijatul Kubra Tour Travel Company aims to develop a digital platform that provides information and services to prospective customers, especially for Hajj and Umrah trips. This website is designed with main features such as chatting with admin through WhatsApp Gateway and an online payment system to facilitate customer transactions. The design is done using the Agile Scrum methodology, which allows flexibility in developing features according to user needs. The expected result is a website that not only provides complete and clear information about travel services, but also facilitates interaction and booking efficiently. With additional features such as online payment, the transaction process becomes easier and safer for customers, thus supporting digital promotion and easy access to company services effectively.

Abstract

PT Sadang Jaya is a snack food production company that has a good reputation in the market, but along with the growth of the company and the increase in the number of distributors, order management which is still done manually via WhatsApp or telephone is becoming increasingly inefficient and prone to errors. This results in irregular order queues and discrepancies with the order that should be, as well as increasing the risk of recording errors that can cause delays in order fulfillment and customer dissatisfaction. To overcome these challenges, it is necessary to implement a B2B (Business-to-Business) eCommerce system that allows business transactions to be more efficient. This research aims to design and develop a web-based online ordering application that not only increases transparency in stock management and reduces recording errors, but also accelerates the order fulfillment process and strengthens business relationships with distributors. By using Angular as a frontend framework and PostgreSQL as a database managed through pgAdmin, as well as applying Agile methodology that allows rapid iteration and adaptation, this application is expected to meet the business needs of PT Sadang Jaya effectively, while utilizing the great potential of B2B eCommerce to expand market reach and increase distributor satisfaction through more integrated services.

Abstract

GKRI Efesus is a church that has worship services such as general worship, youth, communion, and sunday school. There is member and financial data to fulfill the needs of the congregation and the church. Data that must be stored such as member identities, marriage data, baptism data, and church commissions. The caretaker stores the data manually through a book, making it prone to data loss and difficult to read the data. There are two administrators to record the data, namely the membership admin, and the super admin. The web-based data management application will use the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework and using the MySQL database will help process the data. The design method in this application uses the SCRUM method. This application can manage data for church needs such as member data by membership administrators, money data by finance with.

Abstract

Effective organization management is essential for achieving the goals of student organizations. Dharmayana, a student organization at Universitas Tarumanagara, faces challenges in managing member data, event planning, and equipment borrowing, which are still done manually. This study implements Unified Modeling Language (UML) in designing a web-based application to support Dharmayana's organizational management processes. Using Agile Scrum methodology, this research develops key UML diagrams, including use case, class, activity, and sequence diagrams, to capture and document system requirements comprehensively. The use case diagram identifies primary user roles—Owner, Admin, Inventory Manager, Member, and Visitor—ensuring each role’s functions are effectively mapped. The class and activity diagrams structure data and workflows, while the sequence diagram defines logical interactions within the system. This UML-based design provides a clear structure, supports data integrity, and enables the flexibility needed for system modifications. The results demonstrate that UML enhances the design process, making it more adaptable and efficient. This application model can serve as a reference for other student organizations aiming to streamline their management processes through technology.

Abstract

Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor jasa, termasuk dalam layanan dekorasi pernikahan. Keiffa Decoration, sebagai penyedia jasa dekorasi wedding, memanfaatkan platform mobile web untuk menyederhanakan proses pemesanan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta memperluas pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada desain dan implementasi sistem pemesanan online berbasis mobile web yang menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti galeri portfolio, pilihan paket dekorasi, penambahan dekorasi sesuai permintaan, serta fitur review pelanggan. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk antarmuka pengguna, sedangkan backend dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan MySQL sebagai basis data. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, hingga tahap pengujian. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa sistem ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan operasional dan pelanggan, memudahkan proses pemesanan, mengurangi potensi kesalahan data, serta meningkatkan interaksi dan komunikasi antara bisnis dan pelanggan.

Abstract

The process of delivering student aspirations and complaints is one of the important aspects in enhancing the quality of education in higher education. One of them is the Faculty of Information Technology, Tarumanagara University, which is committed to providing high-quality academic and non-academic services. The current process of submitting aspirations and complaints is done manually because there is no centralized platform to collect complaint data, causing the handling of complaints to be hampered and less efficient. This research aims to analyze the design of a web-based student complaint information system in the FTI Untar environment to facilitate students in conveying aspirations and complaints. From the faculty side, this system also makes it easier to collect data on aspirations and complaints so they can respond to complaints more efficiently so as to improve the quality of education at FTI Untar. Data was gathered through a review of literature and interviews with FTI Untar stakeholders to collect and analyze user needs. System design analysis was conducted using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to visualize, design, and document various aspects of the system by describing use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams, which help map workflows, main functions, and relationships between system components comprehensively.

Abstract

Era digital telah banyak masyarakat yang beralih dengan teknologi baik segi bisnis usaha, kegiatan dan lain-lain. Dalam segi bisnis usaha banyak dari masyarakat Indonesia membuka toko dengan berbasis online melalui berbagai platform marketplace, salah satunya sepeti pada toko MINI SOP yang saat ini membangun bisnis usaha melalui platform tokopedia, shopee, lazada dan tiktok serta melayani penjualan dalam jumlah banyak (grosir) secara offline. Toko MINI SOP sendiri merupakan toko yang menjual perlengkapan yang dapat membantu keperluan ibu rumah tangga, salah satu contohnya seperti barang sutil silikon spatula yang dikategorikan sebagai perlengkapan dapur. Toko MINI SOP sering kali mengalami kenaikan penjualan pada masing-masing marketplace. Sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam mengatur barang-barang yang dijual, kurangnya informasi barang masuk dan barang keluar (barang terjual) yang disebabkan karena masih menerapkan sistem manual seperti menggunakan perkiraan serta proses pemeriksaan pun dilakukan ketika fisik barang yang dijual terlihat sedikit, maka dari itu stok pada inventory khusunya barang pada MINI SOP kurang terstruktur. Dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi ini metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi adalah metode SDLC waterfall, serta menggunakan Next.js yang merupakan framework dari React.Js, dan juga Shadcn UI terutama pada komponen-komponen yang ada, serta style dari Tailwind CSS. Serta pada penyimpanan basis data dengan menggunakan PostgreSQL.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology (IT) has transformed how information is disseminated, including within the religious sector. Cetiya Rumah Dhamma Cibubur, a Buddhist place of worship, faces challenges in managing its activities and information effectively. Currently, information is shared through WhatsApp groups and social media, which is inefficient and limits congregational engagement. This research aims to develop a website-based information system to improve activity management, congregation data, attendance, and donations at Cetiya Rumah Dhamma Cibubur. The Agile model within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was used for flexible, iterative development. The website was built with NextJS for the front-end, Golang for the back-end, and MySQL for database management. The results show that the website resolves communication and information management issues, offering features like event management, data handling, attendance tracking, and donations. The website is responsive, accessible across devices, and enhances operational efficiency, access to information, and participation in religious activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis daring untuk layanan pesan jahit di Toko Jahit Ahmad yang berlokasi di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk mengotomatisasi proses pencatatan pesanan, pengelolaan data pelanggan, dan pelacakan status pesanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai proses bisnis jasa jahit tradisional yang saat ini diterapkan. Hasil dari implementasi sistem ini menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengurangan kesalahan dalam pencatatan manual, serta kemudahan akses bagi pelanggan untuk memesan layanan secara daring. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan Toko Jahit Ahmad dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat dan terstruktur, mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data yang terorganisir. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti potensi tantangan dalam pemeliharaan sistem dan adaptasi terhadap peningkatan jumlah pengguna.

Abstract

The design of a web-based sales application for TB 3 Utama aims to enhance efficiency and market reach through a digital platform. With the rapid development of technology, the need for a sales information system that can be accessed online is becoming increasingly important. This website is equipped with features such as account registration, product search, shopping cart, order history, and an admin dashboard to manage products and sales reports. The Waterfall methodology is applied in the development of this system, through the stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The testing results show that the application meets the needs of TB 3 Utama, provides a more organized shopping experience for customers, and improves operational efficiency. Development suggestions include the addition of automatic notifications and optimization of the responsive display for mobile devices to further support user experience.
