Abstract

Attendance and overtime are two crucial aspects of human resource management. This study takes PT Password Solusi Sistem, an IT solutions provider and systems integrator, as a case study. Currently, the company uses an online attendance application from an external service provider, but it faces challenges such as inefficient overtime calculations and limited feature customization. This research aims to design a web-based online attendance application that includes additional features not available in the current system. The development follows the Scrum methodology, beginning with user requirements gathered through interviews and progressing through the implementation of each application module. The resulting system design includes three user roles: Infrastructure Staff, Infrastructure Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Infrastructure Staff handle check-in and check-out attendance as well as manual overtime submissions, while the Infrastructure and Human Resources Managers have authority over user management, export of attendance and overtime data, shifts, and company holidays. Additionally, this study produces an interactive and user-friendly interface design.

Abstract

Nowadays, in the digital era, SMA Kristen Yusuf faces challenges in the registration process of new students which is still done manually via telephone, WhatsApp, and direct visits to the school, which hampers the efficiency and accuracy of data. This research aims to design and implement a website-based new student registration system that can simplify the online registration process and improve the efficiency of data management at school. The design of the user interface is done using Figma software, which allows better visualisation and responsiveness to make it easier for users to access the system. Using the Agile method, this system is built with Next.js framework for user interface, MySQL for database management, and Golang for backend data management. The results show that this online registration system makes it easier for parents to register their children and helps the school in managing new student data more efficiently and accurately, as well as increasing the school's visibility in cyberspace, making it easier for prospective students to access.

Abstract

Bumbu Nyonya adalah brand catering yang menawarkan produk khas Indonesia dengan cita rasa rumahan. Untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan kredibilitas, serta mengelola layanan catering yang semakin diminati, pengembangan sistem penjualan berbasis web menjadi langkah strategis. Website ini berfungsi sebagai platform penjualan sekaligus profil perusahaan, memberikan kontrol penuh atas informasi dan branding. Dalam proses pengembangan, metode Scrum dipilih untuk memastikan fleksibilitas. Perencaan dimulai dari wawancara dengan pemilik Bumbu Nyonya dan analisis platform yang ada untuk mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang diperlukan, yang kemudian disusun dalam product backlog. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi desain antarmuka pengguna yang responsif agar pengunjung dapat mengakses informasi dengan mudah. Frontend dibangun menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, sementara backend diintegrasikan dengan Laravel dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Oyza Fit Life is a company that provides healthy catering services, focusing on nutritious food that supports a healthy lifestyle for urban communities. With increasing awareness of the importance of a balanced diet, demand for catering services like Oyza Fit Life is growing. However, the company faces significant operational challenges. The manual order process has led to various issues, including inaccurate order records and disorganized customer data management. Additionally, the lack of digital technology adoption has hindered market expansion and limited wider interaction with potential customers. This study aims to design a web-based application that addresses these challenges by offering a more efficient digital solution. The method used in this study is the Agile methodology, specifically the Scrum framework. This approach was chosen due to its flexibility, allowing the application to be developed iteratively, with sprints planned to complete specific features within a short period. Each sprint involves planning, development, testing, and evaluation, which are repeated to ensure the application’s quality and alignment with business needs. The application has simplified the customer experience by allowing them to view detailed menus, place orders according to dietary preferences, and track their orders in real time. On the business side, the application enables Oyza Fit Life to manage customer data, sales, and inventory in a more structured and easily accessible manner.

Abstract

This study aims to build a web-based information system that can simplify the process of ordering photography services at Cabell Shot, which is one example of progress in the field of technology by utilizing information technology. This system is built with the Scrum development method and uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel 11 framework. The plan for the results of this study is that the system developed will be able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the customer ordering process, provide satisfaction for customers and also facilitate the Cabell Shot team in processing order data, services, and photographers. The planning of this system is expected to be a reference for the development of similar systems in other photography businesses and increase Cabell Shot's competitiveness in the photography industry.

Abstract

Perancangan antarmuka pengguna (UI) untuk website Restoran Pondok Bambu Hijau menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan daya saing restoran di pasar kuliner. Metode Design Thinking, yang berpusat pada pengguna, melibatkan lima tahap yaitu Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Setiap tahap membantu memahami kebutuhan pengguna, mengidentifikasi masalah, menghasilkan ide, membuat prototipe, dan menguji solusi. Perancangan ini juga mengacu pada studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan dampak positif pengalaman pengguna terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan efektivitas alat desain seperti Figma. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desain website yang responsif, ramah pengguna, dan menarik secara visual dapat meningkatkan interaksi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kesimpulannya, desain website yang baik dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan restoran dalam lingkungan kompetitif.

Abstract

The fast-growing beauty business in Indonesia has made nail art a popular business, especially among women who want to look more attractive. Avril Nailz is a business that provides various nail care and beauty services, ranging from nail care to nail art with various designs and levels of difficulty. Currently, Avril Nailz does not have an adequate reservation system to help manage digital orders and provide complete information needed by customers. Reservation activities are still carried out via WhatsApp, resulting in difficulties in tracking reservations. Therefore, a web-based application is needed to assist Avril Nailz in facilitating reservation activities as well as being a source of information and promotional media. The method used is the Agile Scrum method. Through this application, it is hoped that it can make it easier for customers to make service reservations, provide the information customers need, and assist the owner in tracking bookings.

Abstract

An easy-to-use and efficient interface is essential for cashiering and inventory management systems, especially in motorcycle workshops that have unique requirements for tracking goods and processing sales transactions. This research focuses on designing a web-based application interface to streamline sales transactions and inventory management at the Baru Motor Sport workshop. The User Interface (UI) simplifies core processes, including recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing inventory, and processing sales transactions in real-time. Vue.js is used to create a responsive and intuitive front-end, supported by Tailwind CSS for a modern design. The design process followed the Scrum methodology, which emphasizes iterative feedback, flexibility, and continuous improvement to align the UI with user needs. The interface accommodates three main roles: Admin, Inventory Staff, and Cashier Staff. Each role's UI is customized to facilitate user-specific tasks, such as inventory tracking for Inventory Staff and transaction handling for Cashier Staff, while Admin oversees user management and views sales reports. This UI design aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance usability, and support accurate and efficient workflows in the workshop.

Abstract

Toko Nusantara merupakan sebuah toko bahan bangunan di Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1993. Dari awal berdiri sampai dengan sekarang, Toko Nusantara masih mengandalkan sistem inventaris periodic yang dimana pencatatan stok barang akan dihitung di akhir bulan. Sistem pencatatan stok barang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kehilangan data dikarenakan sistem pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku. Sistem yang sudah berjalan selama bertahun-tahun ini, kerap menimbulkan kerugian dikarenakan sering terjadinya kendala seperti kekurangan atau kelebihan stok dikarenakan kesalahan pencatatan. Tujuan dari pembuatan skripsi ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi inventaris berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Toko Nusantara untuk memudahkan dalam pencatatan barang, menyediakan informasi stok barang dengan real-time, mendigitalisasi data inventaris Toko Nusantara. Sedangkan manfaat yang diperoleh adalah meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan inventaris pada Toko Nusantara, mengurangi resiko kehilangan data yang dapat terjadi apabila bergantung pada media penyimpanan secara fisik seperti buku, mempermudah proses pencatatan dan pengawasan stok barang, dan Membantu pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web ini dilakukan menggunakan metodologi System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan dengan menggunakan framework Next.js. Basis data yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data inventaris adalah MongoDB.

Abstract

Eureka Parts is a store that sells various types of motor oil. Eureka Parts stores serve customers online where products are sold in the marketplace. Often customers ask about products first before placing an order, due to the lack of descriptions available in the marketplace, there are also obstacles where sales reports are still recorded manually or still using Microsoft Excel, therefore a design is made to make it easier for admins to manage sales. The methodology used to design this application is to use the SDLC waterfall method. Web-based sales applications are made using the Javascript language, and the Bootstrap framework using MySQL as a database. The result of this research is a web-based sales application and inventory system that facilitates the online transaction process and can also make it easier for admins to view sales reports.
