Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in cultural diversity, and each region in Indonesia offers its own unique characteristics. This is also the case with West Kalimantan. The natural beauty presented by West Kalimantan has the potential to attract many local and international visitors. More than that, the current influence of globalization certainly has an impact on the development of tourism. One of the promising businesses in this field is the travel industry. To support Yez Travel in the travel business, it is important to digitalize the services. The main goal is to ensure the sustainability of Yez Travel's business. This research will design a web-based application that provides tour packages and car rentals. The web is designed using HTML and CSS programming languages. The framework used is Laravel and Bootstrap and MySQL as the database. The method used to design the Yez Travel web is the Agile Scrum method. With this web, Yez Travel customers can more easily make transactions.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang integrasi teknologi informasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sektor bisnis. Toko Surya Sukses, sebagai penyedia spare part kapal, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola penjualan secara manual yang lambat dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi penjualan spare part kapal berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melihat ketersediaan produk, melakukan pemesanan, dan memantau status pesanan secara online. Aplikasi ini berfokus pada kemudahan penggunaan, keamanan transaksi, serta integrasi dengan sistem manajemen inventaris. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis web ini, Toko Surya Sukses diharapkan dapat lebih bersaing di pasar dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan framework React.js untuk front-end, PHP untuk back-end, dan MySQL untuk basis data.

Abstract

Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) is a public transportation that uses rail-based electric power. Although KRL is the main choice of many people because of its efficiency, it has various challenges to face, especially regarding the discourse on the NIK-based KRL subsidy policy. This can be seen from various comments from KRL users on social media that contain comments on the policy discourse. Based on the Financial Memorandum Book document of the Draft State Budget (APBN) 2025, the general KRL fee subsidy will be changed based on the population's Family Identification Number (NIK). As a result, the KRL fee will change from Rp3,000 for the first 25km to approximately Rp25,000 for the first 25km. Complaints and grievances of people today tend to prefer to share posts (uploads) in the form of stories of their daily life through social media. One of the social media that is often used to argue is X (Twitter). One topic that is often discussed is public transportation, usually shared through social media posts or quotes as a form of service user satisfaction. To improve the quality of KRL services, it is necessary to know the level of satisfaction of KRL public transportation users in Indonesia. Sentiment analysis is used in this research to determine the sentiment of KRL service user comments in Indonesia. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method used is the Agile method. Public sentiment is collected using X social media, and sentiment analysis stages will be carried out such as crawling, labeling, preprocessing, naive bayes classification, accuracy testing, and visualization using Power BI software. The accuracy test results obtained using confusion matrix with 80% training data division and 20% test data obtained 76% accuracy results.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of technology in business operations is very important to increase efficiency and market reach. Toko Lancar Diesel, which sells diesel engine spare parts, has not yet switched to digitalization, which has resulted in a lack of efficiency in managing its business. To overcome this, a website-based sales information system is needed that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations. This research designs a website-based sales application using Html, CSS, PHP and MySQL database, which will help manage stock, transactions and financial reports in real-time. The use of the Scrum methodology in developing this website ensures that the process runs more structured and will be using scrum as methodology. This website consists of one main part: a public website that facilitates online sales of spare parts.

Abstract

Proyek ini merancang dan mengembangkan website e-commerce untuk Toko Pesona Bangunan, yang fokus pada bahan dan barang keperluan property. Pesona Bangunan menghadapi tantangan dalam menjangkau konsumen di pasar yang didominasi oleh Sandimas dan Roman. Website ini bertujuan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memperkuat identitas toko. Desain website yang menarik dan ramah pengguna diharapkan menciptakan pengalaman berbelanja yang personal dan nyaman bagi konsumen. Pengembangan website menggunakan model SDLC Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Fitur utama yang disediakan antara lain tampilan koleksi produk, sistem pemesanan, wishlist, serta halaman admin untuk pengelolaan produk dan pesanan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode user acceptance testing (UAT) untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa website e-commerce ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam transaksi dan pengelolaan produk. Website ini diharapkan dapat membantu Pesona Bangunan bersaing lebih baik di pasar dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui pengalaman belanja yang eksklusif dan menarik.

Abstract

Lilys Gallery is an online shop that specializes in fashion goods, but currently doesn't have a dedicated website. This limitation affects its market reach and branding efforts. To boost sales and enhance branding for the customers in Jayapura Papua, creating a website is essential. This research focuses on analyzing the design of “developing a web-based clothing sales application for Lilys Gallery”. Using the SDLC waterfall methodology, which includes phases of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The website is built using HTML, JavaScript, and PHP, and its structure is designed using UML diagrams, including such as use case diagrams, class diagrams and entity relationship diagrams with the logical database design. The research dives into the process and design of the website, emphasizing usability, user experience, and functionality. The results indicate that a well-crafted website can significantly increase sales, broaden market reach, and strengthen the brand presence of Lilys Gallery in the competitive online fashion market. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of an integrated online platform for managing inventory, processing sales, and engaging with customers effectively, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and higher customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Daya Raga Teknindo is a company engaged in the production of stainless steel wire clothes hangers, seeking to increase sales and maintain consistent production data. Currently, recording of production activities is still done manually using paper and Microsoft Excel, which risks resulting in inconsistencies and loss of data. To overcome these challenges, the company plans to develop a web-based application that includes several key features. The company profile feature is designed as a marketing tool so that people can get to know the company better, while the e-commerce feature aims to make it easier for customers to buy products online. Apart from that, this application will provide an admin dashboard as a means of consistently managing inventory data and production activities. With this application, it is hoped that Daya Raga Teknindo can increase sales, manage data better and make more effective business decisions.

Abstract

Permainan kartu dagang (TCG), juga dikenal sebagai permainan kartu dagang, sangat populer di kalangan berbagai usia, dari anak-anak hingga dewasa. Dengan berkembang pesatnya berbagai macam permainan seperti Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, dan Pokemon TCG, para penggemar kini memiliki komunitas yang besar dan aktif di seluruh dunia. Selain pengalaman bermain yang seru, koleksi kartu menjadi daya tarik utama bagi banyak pemain. Namun, pasar jual beli kartu masih menghadapi sejumlah masalah meskipun pasar kartu TCG mulai berkembang secara pesat. Ini termasuk kesulitan menemukan pasar yang terpercaya, masalah penentuan harga yang adil, masalah keamanan bertransaksi, dan kurangnya platform online yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses, yang membuat pengalaman berbelanja pengguna kurang memuaskan. Oleh karena itu, perancangan aplikasi E-commerce khusus TCG menjadi hal yang relevan, perancangan ini dijadikan solusi dalam memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam transaksi aktivitas jual beli kartu TCG lebih efisien

Abstract

In this game, players are asked to drop the ball onto the board. There are 2 modes in this game, namely one hand and two hands. There are 10 different stages for each mode. This game uses a multitouch feature. Stages 2 to 10 have minimum points to be able to open and play the next stage. This game has been tested using the black box method, alpha testing and beta testing using questionnaires via Google Form and Google drive to store Bola game files. The test results show that Bola is interesting to play repeatedly, the gameplay features can be easily understood, and the design is attractive.

Abstract

The advance of technology and the increased number of internet usage, have caused many companies to build their slot web as a way to market their product. But getting the attention of people isn’t an easy thing to achieve, so livechat and chatbot are implemented into the system to increase the quality of services. This chatbot was developed using the Vector Space Model which will calculate the similarity of each question and the input, before using the vector space model each question will be weighted with term weighting. The chatbot was tested directly and the result is calculated to get the precision of 0.813, recall of 0.751, and f-measurement of 0.766. From the results, we can say the performance of the chatbot is quite decent for it has increased the quality of the services which the online slot web provided.
