Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of the Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Work Competence on Productivity and Performance of Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya Employees. The population of the object of research amounted to 150 employees and 110 employees took a sample using the calculation of Slovin formula with a statistical error rate of 5%. The scope of this research is focused on discussions relating to the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work competence, and productivity that affect employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, which is based on respondents' answers using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Interview and observation techniques as a support method to complete research analysis in measuring variables. The test and analysis process is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SMARTPLS software. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the performance of Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya employees is significantly positively influenced by the application of SOPs, work competence, and productivity. Whereas the OCB does not significantly influence the performance of the Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya employees.

Abstract

Impulsive buying behavior occurs when consumers are in store outlets, so they feel the internal and external influences of the store's environmental situation which can affect consumers in a continuous process, especially in retail stores. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external influences which are the driving factors for consumers to make purchase decisions and make impulsive purchases. The population is a study of women who shop at retail stores, the sample is determined by purposive sampling method. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed the tendency of impulsive buying behavior at outlets prioritizing information by internal hedonic factors. Shopping motivation, price perception and the influence of external factors is the store environment that provides ATM facilities and the name of the consumer's money.

Abstract

Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of sharia stocks, Sukuk, and sharia funds against national economic growth. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the report of the stock value of Sharia, sukuk and sharia funds published in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian economic growth publication data from the central statistic (BPS) period 2011 to 2019. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling method, which is to fetch the quarterly data from the years 2011 to 2019 which results in a sample of 32 samples. Data analysis is done by using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the results of data analysis by using test-T is known that partial shares of Sharia and sukuk influential significant and positive to the growth of national economic and sharia funds partially no significant effect on national economic growth. While based on the results of data analysis using Uji-F is known that simultaneously shares of Sharia, sukuk, and sharia funds have a significant and positive influence on national economic growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jatim  Bank of Sumenep, with a total sample of 57 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of the Workspace, work spirit, and employee performance in Jatim Bank, Sumenep Branch; 2) To test and analyze the influence of the Work space and work spirit on employee performance at Jatim Bank of Sumenep Branch; 3) To test nd analyze Work space, and work spirit simultaneously on employee performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch. Data analysis using SPSS. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, Work space , and Work Spirit have a significant influence on employee performance at Jatim Bank of Sumenep. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven; 2) Partially, the Workspace and  Work Spirit have a significant influence on the employee performance of Jatim Bank of Sumenep. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven.
