Abstract

The objectives of this study are to probe  the effects of land area and agricultural investment on labor through district / city GRDP in East Java. This research uses explanatory type by a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are carried out by means of a literature study. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Land Area has a significant effect on district / city GRDP of East Java; (2) Agricultural Investment has a significant effect on district / city GRDP of East Java; (3) GRDP has a significant effect on District / City labors of East Java.

Abstract

Impulsive buying behavior occurs when consumers are in store outlets, so they feel the internal and external influences of the store's environmental situation which can affect consumers in a continuous process, especially in retail stores. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external influences which are the driving factors for consumers to make purchase decisions and make impulsive purchases. The population is a study of women who shop at retail stores, the sample is determined by purposive sampling method. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed the tendency of impulsive buying behavior at outlets prioritizing information by internal hedonic factors. Shopping motivation, price perception and the influence of external factors is the store environment that provides ATM facilities and the name of the consumer's money.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan pendidikan perlu diperhatikan guna mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna layanan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis mutu layanan Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksploratif dimana yang menjadi populasi dan sampel yakni 55 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Magister Manajemen dari angkatan 2016 hingga 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Service Quality dengan menentukan nilai gap antara persepsi dan kinerja, membuat rangking dari nilai gap tertinggi hingga terendah, dan diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa dari 5 dimensi service quality, terdapat 2 dimensi memiliki gap tertinggi yakni tangible dan responsiveness dikarenakan ketidaksesuaian mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dalam mendapatkan pelayanan yang layak.

Abstract

Economic prosperity is always expected by every family. A family is said to be prosperous when it can fulfill all its basic needs. Apart from working to get a regular salary every family would expect to be able to get additional income in an effort to gain financial freedom or have financial sufficiency for family needs. Additional income can be made by each family and possible through creativity and innovation. For housewives in the urban environment it is not impossible to be able to help families in increasing income, through the process of processing fruit into fruit dodol, the economic empowerment of the family is carried out and is expected to be able to provide additional family income. Community service activities carried out by the UMG Postgraduate study program are to create a synergy between the availability of Melon fruit raw materials and the availability of Human Resources. This activity can provide an alternative to how processed foods from tropical fruits that are found in traditional markets can be an alternative business. This fruit's raw material is very easy to find, elements of innovation and creativity are needed in processing it to be a food product that is worth selling or marketed. The activity of processing melons into dodol fruit is an effort to create added value. The recipe trial results have been carried out three times to produce sweet and legit dodol melons. The processed fruit dodol can be served as a snack in the afternoon or can also be treated at Eid. Efforts to create added value in this fruit can be an alternative for housewives in an effort to increase family income. Abstract

Latar Belakang - Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) adalah suatu program yang dibuat bagi pekerja maupun pengusaha sebagai sebuah bentuk pencegahan atas timbulnya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat hubungan kerja yang mungkin terjadi pada pekerja di dalam lingkungan kerja. Terwujudnya kinerja yang baik bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Tujuan - Mengetahui pelaksanaan total quality manajemen (TQM), lingkungan kerja, dan pengaruh total quality management terhadap penerapan K3 dengan menempatkan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Penelitian ini dilakukan di Proyek PT. Paku Jaya dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 pekerja pada proyek PT. Paku Jaya. Temuan – Total Quality Management secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja namun secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan K3. Lingkungan Kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dan juga mampu menjadi mediasi dalam pengaruh tidak langsung antara Total Quality Management terhadap penerapan K3 sehingga Total Quality Management secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dengan Lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi. Implikasi Penelitian - PT. Paku Jaya agar memperhatikan lingkungan kerja saat melaksanakan perkerjaan yang menjadikan pekerja nyaman dan aman saat bekerja supaya berdampak positif dalam penyelesaian proyek yang ditentukan sesuai dengan target yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menjadikan suatu organisasi dapat bergerak secara terarah dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Batasan Penelitian - Penelitian ini hanya melibatkan pekerja di PT. Paku Jaya sehingga peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian serupa di wilayah yang lebih luas lagi untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study tries to answer some questions on the impact of Fundamental Macroeconomic Factors, Cost Efficiency, Firms Policies to Islamic Fintech Walfare from economically emerging country like Indonesia. The analysis was conducted gradually by placing systematic risk and firm performance as intervening variables. This research, in specific, aims to test the gradual effect of macroeconomic fundamental factors on firm performance and firm value. The theoretical base applied to support this research was two established financial theories, such as agency and capital structure theory. This study used the samples of the Islamic Fintch Institution that listed in Indonesia's stock exchange, which the stocks actively traded in Indonesia's Stock Exchange. The data used was panel data, namely, the data of cross section and time series from the period of 2017 to 20019. The research results are; first, the macroeconomics variables (inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, and economic growth) have significant effect on systematic risks. On the other hand, systematic risks have significant effect on firm performance, and firm performance has significant effect on firm value. Second, the variables of firm policy (manager incentive and financial leverage) have significant effect on firm performance, and firm performance has significant effect on firm value. However, capital expenditure has insignificant effect on firm performance and firm value rather than manager incentive and financial leverage. Third, special findings from this research are that there is gradual process in influencing firm value so that firm performance has the role as intervening variable, which is the variables mediating the effects of macroeconomic variable (exchange rate), systematic risk, and firm policy (manager incentive) in Islamic financial technology welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to determine the extent to which the influence of positive motivation and negative motivation on employee work performance at PT. Actual Kencana Appraisal Surabaya Branch. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence between positive motivation variables and negative motivation variables that have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee work performance at PT. Actual Kencana Appraisal Surabaya Branch. This research is a quantitative study, which uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. For the sampling method using the saturated sample method, which means that the total number of the population is used as a sample, which is 40 respondents. The data used are primary data sources, namely through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data sources, namely through archive data/company documents. While to facilitate data processing using SPSS assistance. The results of the SPSS analysis show that there is a strong and positive relationship between motivation and employee work performance, as evidenced by the determinant coefficient (R2) which shows a value of 0.702, this means that the contribution affects the work performance variable by 70.2%. Likewise, the negative motivation variable (X2) which has the most dominant influence on the work performance variable (Y), this shows that the influence between motivation and employee work performance has a strong and positive influence, where the increase in employee motivation levels will be followed by an increase in their work performance. This is evidenced by the large standard b of 0.655 and the calculated t of 6.099 which is greater than the other calculated t.
