Abstract

Introduction: Premenopause is a matter that is feared and feared by every woman. Changes that occur during premenopause will cause decreased estrogen hormone production accompanied by psychological and physical complaints, which are characterized by irregular menstrual cycles with prolonged menstrual bleeding and many bleeding sizes accompanied by pain. Along with decreased organ function a woman will experience anxiety which will affect relations with her husband and social environment which results in a woman's self-confidence decreases. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, examine and analyze articles relating to the Effects of Health Education on Knowledge and Attitudes of Premenopausal Mothers. The design used is Literature Review, articles are collected using search engines such as Science Direct, Pubmed, Google Scholar. Criteria for articles used are those published in 2016-2020. Keywords used in article search are health education, knowledge, attitudes, premenopausal women by getting 167 articles or journals and only 8 articles are used that are appropriate, through objective analysis, topic suitability, research methods used, and the results of each article. Results: There are effective results in the implementation of health education about knowledge and attitudes in premenopausal mothers.

Abstract

ackground: The condition of children with special needs is a separate problem for parents, causing the need for special handling in various ways. These problems can have an impact on parental self-esteem. Individual therapy is therapy that is carried out individually to discuss individual problems and overcome problems faced by individuals. Individual therapy in the form of counseling can help change the self-esteem of parents who have children with special needs. Purpose: to determine the effect of individual therapy on changes in self-esteem of parents who have children with special needs. Method: the research used is a literature review research using the results of previous research and also using textbooks, which are accessed through PubMed, Sage and Google Scholar, on a national and international basis. The journal requirements you are looking for are from 2015 to 2020 and 6 articles that meet the criteria. Results: there are 6 articles that meet the inclusion criteria and are appropriate according to the topic, regarding the effect of individual therapy (counseling) on ​​increasing the self-esteem of parents who have children with special needs. individual therapy (counseling) using CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) techniques has an effect on increasing the self-esteem of parents who have children with special needs Suggestion: can be used as a reference to increase insight, develop knowledge and can be used as material in the learning and teaching process.

Abstract

Background: Maternal health problems are closely related to pregnant women, which contribute a lot to the current maternal mortality rate. The number of MMR in Indonesia is 59/100,000 KH, it is still far from reaching the MDGs target and in 2015, namely 102/100,000 KH, deaths of pregnant women can be prevented if mothers Pregnant women receive good quality antenatal care. Pregnant women's compliance with antenatal care is very important because it can reduce the number of pregnancy complications. However, the prevalence of pregnant women receiving antenatal care is very low, namely with a non-compliant value of 80% and a value of 80% for non-compliance with antenatal care. 20 %). Antenatal care is a basic health service for pregnant women which must be carried out according to standards, namely at least 4 times during pregnancy.Objective: this research is to explain the influence of pregnant women's health education on antenatal care compliance.Method : This research uses a Literature Review, namely research in the form of a literature review using the results of previous research, namely from articles and books. In order to obtain data that is appropriate to the research topic, national-based journals use Google Scholar which uses the keywords pregnant women, compliance, antenatal care. Abstract

Background: North Sulawesi has the third highest head injury rate. Head injuries in North Sulawesi are mostly experienced in road accidents. Handling in the triage room determines the success of handling head injury patients. Where the role of nurses in sorting patients based on the severity of injury determines the appropriate action. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review one article and another about the relationship between the accuracy of triage assessment and the success rate of handling head injury patients based on literature review. Methods: this uses Literature Review research, articles are collected from search results on two databases such as sciencedirect and Google Scholar. With the criteria for articles published in 2015-2020, researchers obtained 20 articles and then made a selection using the year limit, according to the exclusion criteria and according to the inclusion criteria. And only 5 articles were used that fit the research topic. Results: research from the five articles showed a relationship between triage assessment and the success rate of handling head injury patients despite different research methods. Conclusion: based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the accuracy of triage assessment can determine the success of handling head injury patients. Abstract

Background: During puberty, adolescent girls will experience menstruation, where they do not fully understand the importance of maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation. So health education is very important for adolescents. Health education can increase the knowledge of adolescent girls about maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation. Objective: This study is to determine the effect of knowledge on personal hygiene of genitalia during menstruation in adolescent girls. Methods: This study uses a type of literature review research, namely a study in the form of a literature review using the results of previous research and textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the research topic, we conducted a search for national and international based journals in three data bases, namely Science Direct and GAoogle Scholar using. Results: the results of 5 journals found that there was an effect of knowledge on personal hygiene of genitalia during menstruation in adolescent girls. Conclusion: From the results of literature review searches from a total of 5 journals, it was found that there was an influence of knowledge on personal hygiene of genitalia during menstruation in adolescent girls. Abstract

Background: A life-threatening emergency condition where a person experiences cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, or both, the causal factors include heart disease and traffic accidents so that this case can result in death. For this reason, increasing knowledge, especially for ordinary people, in providing first aidpre hospital necessary. Basic life support (BHD) is an emergency measure to clear the airway, assist breathing and maintain blood circulation without the use of assistive devices. In order to increase knowledge and skills for lay people, in this case female students, they are given health education about BHD. Puerpose:determine the effect of health education about basic life support on increasing the knowledge and skills of students at Schwarz Langowan Christian High School Method:This study used a one group pre test-post test design on 30 respondents to compare knowledge about BHD before and after health education was carried out. Data were collected through BHD knowledge questionnaires and BHD technique observation sheets. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with significance α < 0.05.Results: Knowledge results before being given treatment were (77%) in the sufficient category with an average value of 8.5333 and after being given treatment (90%) were in the good category with an average value of 15.2667. Skills before treatment (93%) were in the less skilled category with an average value of 1.8000 and after being given treatment (70%) were in the skilled category with an average value of 9.2333. Further analysis of both knowledge and skills of all respondents increased with the results of the analysis showing a significant influence of basic life support health education on knowledge and skills with a value of p = 0.000; α < 0.05. Conclusion:The conclusion is that health education about BHD has a significant effect on the level of knowledge and skills of students at Schwarz Langowan Christian High School. BHD's health education recommendations to improve knowledge and skills can be used as programs in schools to benefit all students. Keywords:Health Education, Basic Life Support, Knowledge, Skills

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer cervical or cancer is a type of cancer that affects the surface layer of the cervix or cervix. This type of cancer is one of the types of cancer that ranks first and is the most experienced by women around the world (Savitri, 2015). Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of women of childbearing age (WUS) about early detection of cancer cervical. Methods: This research use research literature review using the results of previous studies, textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic of discussion, the researcher conducted a search for national and international-based journals on three databases, namely Scient direct, PUBMED, and Google Schoolar using the keywords health education,cancer early detection cervical, and knowledge. The keywords used are listed in each journal title obtained with the provisions of the journal being sought, namely from 2016-2020 then the journals obtained were selected and the researcher determined 8 journals that were in accordance with the topic of discussion of literature review. Results: Based on eight literature reviews, the results of the study stated that health education had an effect on one's knowledge. This indicated that a person's knowledge could change in an increased sense after being given health education about early detection ofcancer cervical. Abstract

Background: In adolescence, a person is expected to be able to form a style or color in his life, one of which is by becoming an independent teenager and not being a shadow of stress. Stress is a reality of everyday life, stress is any change that requires adjustment. Objective: To find out stressors and coping mechanisms in adolescents based on the results of research articles. Method: This research uses a literature review type of research, namely using the results of previous research through research journals. To obtain data that is appropriate to the topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international journals in two databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmend, using keywords with boolean operators (AND, OR, and NOT). The keywords used, stress, coping, and adolescents are listed in each journal title obtained. With the condition that the journals searched were from 2017-2020 and the researcher found 8 journals that were used for the literature review. Results and analysis: Researchers found 8 articles that were appropriate and met the inclusion criteria regarding the topics discussed, namely descriptions of stressors and coping mechanisms in adolescents, two of which were taken in international journals, two of which discussed dysmenorrhea stressors and the others discussed educational stressors and some Most use adaptive coping mechanisms in solving problems. Conclusion: Based on the literature review, the researcher concluded that there is a description of stressors and coping mechanisms in adolescents. Adolescents react to stress in different ways and most use adaptive coping mechanisms in dealing with stressors, there are also a small number who use maladaptive coping mechanisms. Abstract

Background: The number of UTI sufferers in Indonesia is 95 cases, 104 residents per year or around 180,000 new cases per year. One of the factors causing UTI is the lack of knowledge about personal hygiene, especially in the urogenital area. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene knowledge and the incidence of UTI. Methods: Literature review, a comprehensive summary of several research studies based on themes. Literature search using PubMed and Google Scholar databases. The research design used a cross-sectional design, taken from articles published in 2015 to 2020. Results and analysis: the researchers found 5 articles that were feasible and met the inclusion criteria of the relationship between personal hygiene knowledge and the incidence of UTI. Discussion and conclusions: In this study, through these journals that have been identified and analyzed, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between personal hygiene knowledge and the incidence of urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infections can be experienced by children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, especially with various factors that can cause urinary tract infections such as gender, age, lack of drinking water, holding urine and so on. Abstract

Background:. Background: A schizophrenic with delusions has unrealistic beliefs and dangerous delusional ideas. Purposive: This research aims to identify ideas when delusions occur in schizophrenia patients. The method used is a literature review, a comprehensive summary of several research studies determined by theme. Literature search using the Google Scholar database.Research methods : Literature Review. This research uses case studies, qualitative phenomenological studies, descriptive qualitative, normative law, cross-sectional and case reports taken from articles published from 2016 to 2020.Results and analysis: researchers found 6 articles that were appropriate and met the inclusion criteria for describing ideas when delusions occur in schizophrenic patients, namely having a magical item or tool, having supernatural powers or abilities, experiencing possession or being possessed by a creature, having a high position, feeling frightened by a creature, feeling empty or hollow in the heart, feeling hurt or physically harmed, fasting or certain rituals, feeling like receiving magic/witchcraft from other people, meeting supernatural beings, thinking that other people feel jealous/envy, feeling like they are going to be killed , feels physically disabled/damaged, claims to be God and is controlled by God. As for the aggressive ideas that arise, such as injuring other people, injuring themselves or having suicidal ideas when their delusions occur, even schizophrenic patients when delusions occur in the form of delusions of being chased have ideas about killing because they feel excessively suspicious and feel like they are being chased.
