Abstract

During this time many organizations or companies that perform marketing productsusing brochures . The spread of this brochure done anywhere and at any time regardless of theamount . The purpose of this course the distribution of brochures to attract people to buy aproduct from a company or organization . However , companies often do not pay attention towhen the time is right to make the distribution of brochures where and who are the targetconsumers of the company in accordance with the products on offer , so it designed a systemwith data mining technology that can be used to determine the distribution of brochuresschedule , location deployment brochures and anyone taget consumer . The methodology usedin the making of this application is a waterfall methodology . While the software used in buildingthis application is c45 algorithm and its implementation in the form of desktop built using VisualBasic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 . Application of data mining technology using c45 algorithmgives information in determining the effectiveness of the distribution of brochures . Abstract

Hospital give service of treatment and medication for society.With growth of computer technology, hospital cope to apply the system computerize in all areas, specially part of medical record. Constructively the computerization, it can upgrade and also quicken the medical service.Hospital information system use GRAPPLE development method ( Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering), consist of 5 step that is : requirement gathering, analysis, design, developnment, and deployment. Step in grapple is not compiled in the form of static. the step workable repeatedly with different activity sequence with the sequence before all.This web based nformation system developed using JSP and apache Tomcat. Tomcat is servlet engine open source which included in project Jakarta done by apache software foundation.Rumah sakit berfungsi untuk memberikan pelayanan perawatan dan pengobatan bagi masyarakat.  Dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer rumah sakit berupaya untuk menerapkan sistem komputerisasi dalam segala bidang khususnya bagian rekam medis. Dengan bantuan komputerisasi tersebut, dapat meningkatkan mutu serta mempercepat pelayanan medis.Sistem informasi rumah sakit ini menggunakan metode pengembangan GRAPPLE (Guidelines for Rapid APPLication Engineering) yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu :requirement gathering, analysis, design, developnment, dan deployment. Tahapan dalam GRAPPLE tidak disusun dalam bentuk statis sehingga tahapan dapat dikerjakan berulang kali dengan urutan kerja yang tidak harus sesuai dengan urutan yang ada.Teknologi yang dipakai untuk membangun sistem informasi berbasis web ini adalah menggunakan JSP dan apache Tomcat. Tomcat merupakan servlet engine open source yang termasuk dalam proyek Jakarta yang dikerjakan oleh Apache Software Foundation.

Abstract

Development of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) describes that there are dominant factors affecting the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in society. This paper described the development of TAM in the context of the implementation of community development towards an information society. Implementation of empowerment facilitators conducted with the community. Implementation of empowerment aims to build positive perceptions of the benefits and convenience of ICT in society. Perceptions will positively affect the willingness of communities to utilize ICT. Furthermore, the willingness to utilize ICTs will influence the awareness and public demand for information as a source of strength. Communities that utilize ICT in order to satisfy the high demand for information is called information society.

Abstract

AbstractPeople's interest to make the museum as a tourist destination is very low. Therefore, innovations are needed to attract the public interest, and in this case innovation is done in the utilization of NFC technology on android. Currently NFC technology is growing rapidly and has been exploited in various applications, so the utilization of this technology is expected to eliminate the impression of outdated and less attractive to the museum. This application will be divided into two, ie mobile apps for visitors developed using Android Studio software and web applications developed using SublimeText. Mobile apps created to display information from objects in the museum in the form of text, images, video, and audio, by scanning the NFC tag which then the scan results will direct the application to retrieve data from web applications that serve as a server for database management . This mobile app can also display 360o rooms from every room in the museum. Based on the results of the implementation that has been tested, this application was able to convey information in text, image, sound, or video format by doing a scan on the NFC tag. From user random application feasibility test. Keywords: Android, NFC, Biology Museum, Multimedia Information, Mobile Application AbstrakMinat masyarakat untuk menjadikan museum sebagai tujuan wisata sangatlah rendah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan inovasi untuk menarik minat masyarakat, dan dalam hal ini inovasi dilakukan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi NFC pada android. Saat ini teknologi NFC sedang berkembang pesat dan sudah dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai aplikasi, sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi ini diharapkan dapat menghilangkan kesan ketinggalan jaman dan kurang menarik pada museum. Aplikasi ini akan dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu aplikasi mobile untuk pengunjung yang dikembangkan menggunakan software Android Studio dan aplikasi web yang dikembangkan menggunakan SublimeText. Aplikasi mobile yang dibuat dapat menampilkan informasi dari benda di museum dalam bentuk text, gambar, video, dan audio, dengan cara melakukan scanning pada NFC tag yang kemudian hasil scan tersebut akan mengarahkan aplikasi untuk mengambil data dari aplikasi web yang berfungsi sebagai server untuk manajemen database. Aplikasi mobile ini juga dapat menampilkan ruangan 360o  dari setiap ruangan yang ada di museum. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi yang telah diuji, aplikasi ini ternyata mampu menyampaikan informasi dalam format teks, gambar, suara, maupun video dengan melakukan scan pada NFC tag. Dari uji kelayakan aplikasi oleh pengguna secara acak.   Kata Kunci : Android, NFC, Museum Biologi, Informasi Multimedia, Aplikasi Mobile

Abstract

Agriculture is an activity in utilizing natural resources made by humans so that they can produce food, raw materials for industrial enterprises, energy and natural balance. Imagine if a country's territory there is no agricultural land as a strategic sector or agricultural land into residential land entirely different functions then the country can not meet the primary needs due to hold human life in need of food. Food is a primary need of agricultural products should need to be increased the number of its production due to offset population. The limited agricultural land in Denpasar from year to year will affect agricultural output. Based on these problems will require analysis of agricultural products in order to determine the increase or decrease in agricultural output in Denpasar using geographic information systems and GIS ArcView 3.3 as tools that can be used as an ingredient in decision making by the government. The method used in this research is the collection of spatial data and non-spatial data, data analysis of agricultural products in their respective districts in the city of Denpasar, database creation and conduct digitized into a digital map. Results from this study is a digital map that provides information on the increase or decrease of agricultural output in 2011-2014 in each district in the city of Denpasar.

Abstract

Traveling salesperson problem-TSP problem is an optimization problem to find the optimal way for the traveling salesman who wants to visit several cities, and returned to the original departure city. TSP is a difficult problem when viewed from the point of computing. Several methods have been used to solve these problems but until now not been found mangkus algorithms to solve them. The easiest way to solve TSP is to try all possible routes and find the optimal route. However, at the time of the very practical now required to complete an algorithm that quickly so that the TSP solution obtained near optimal solutions.TSP is very precise algorithm used for solving complex optimization problems and solved difficult conventional methods. Route and distance data used to determine the optimal route in the system is obtained from the survey results at the post office Lhokseumawe. The results showed that the algorithm is the shortest route from the post office to post office Lhokseumawe, Meulaboh, Lhokseumawe is through the route - Bireun-Simpang Tiga-Takengon-Meulaboh with a total distance of 326 kilometers. The implementation of this system using the programming language PHP, MySQL, and Macromedia Flash.

Abstract

Arrowroot is an alternative food substitute that can be used as processed flour or starch. This arrowroot can also produce several processed products such as arrowroot chips. The number of arrowroot requests from various regions causes the need for accurate calculations related to the volume of harvest from the arrowroot. Fuzzy logic is a method that can be used to predict arrowroot yields every period to meet market demand. The parameters used in this system are based on environmental data (temperature humidity, climate, altitude), genetic data (age and variety), and cultivation technique data (seed quality, fertilizing, planting media). The results of this study are in the form of an application to predict the volume of arrowroot crop yields based on these parameters. From the results of MAPE, get a percentage of 11.7% which indicates that the level of accuracy using the fuzzy cheng time series model is said to be useful for forecasting on arrowroot plants.

Abstract

Position function on the robot system MiroSot is the basic of the robot ability is used controlled the robot movement, to controlled the robot be able to move into the desired position. The position function of robot soccer UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta is using by the position functions was developed by Prof. Kim. The position functions are not suitable with the characteristics of the robot MiroSot UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. The robot movement is not suitable, slow and can not stopped when it reached the position. It is caused by the position function is used have speed and control parameters using proportional control PID (Proportional Integral Derifative). PID parameters are used not suitable with the character of the robot.function. The results of the function test, the robot position function without a gyroscope sensor has a maximum speed of with distance more than 100 cm, with a maximum speed are 70 cm / s, is greater when compared with positioning function developed by Kim at 55 cm / s. while the position function are using gyroscope sensor has a maximum speed of the error distance of more than 100 cm, with maximum speed of 120 cm / s, is greater when compared with the position function developed by Kim and position functions without using a gyroscope sensor. Fungsi posisi Pada sistem robot MiroSot merupakan kemampuan dasar robot yang digunakan untuk menggerakkan robot agar dapat menuju ke posisi yang diinginkan. Fungsi posisi dalam robot sepak bola UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta masih menggunakan fungsi yang dikembangkan oleh Prof Kim. Fungsi didalam strategi tersebut tidak sesuai dengan karakter dari robot MiroSot UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Pergerakan yang dihasilkan tidak tetap, lambat dan tidak dapat berhenti ketika sudah sampai di posisi dituju. Hal ini dikarenakan fungsi posisi yang digunakan mempunyai parameter kecepatan dan kontrol kendali proportional dari PID (Proportional Integral Derifative). Parameter PID yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan karakter dari dari robot.Fungsi yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian fungsi posisi tanpa menggunakan sensor gyroscope mempunyai kecepatan maksimal pada eror jarak lebih dari 100 cm, yaitu dengan kecepatan 70 cm/s, lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan fungsi positioning yang dikembangkan oleh Kim yaitu 55 cm/s. sedangkan fungsi posisi dengan menggunakan sensor gyroscope mempunyai kecepatan maksimal pada eror jarak lebih dari 100 cm, yaitu pada kecepatan 120 cm/s, lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan fungsi posisi yang dikembangkan oleh Kim dan fungsi posisi tanpa menggunakan sensor gyroscope.

Abstract

MiRoSoT Robot movement is influenced by the speed control from right and left wheels. Wheels speed control on MiroSot robot is determined by parameter PID (Proportional Integral and Derevative) value. PID value determined by robot position and angle. MiroSot robot movement is still not stable and can not move in accordance with the instruction have been made. Instability of the robot movement in the game is affected by friction wheels against the ground, friction gear and robot load. In this study, implemented a gyroscope and accelerometer sensors to stabilize robot movement. Based on both sensors are controlled by using a microcontroller ATmega64. Speed control system based on gyroscope and accelerometer sensor is obtained that the robot is able to face a certain angle more precisely. The accelerometer sensor is used as a parameter for the braking system, so the robot is able to move more stable without the loss of power from the motor during a reduction speed from the strategy control.
