Abstract

Advances in science and technology is growing. Almos every agency of government has felt the impact of technology advances. In order to meet the performance and mobility of the employees would not want to participate and take advantage of the technologycal sophistication. Advances in technology, innovation and efficiency continue to be done to support the performance of employees in a varity ways, including viewing and analyzing th enumber of people unemployed in a region. So this study is more on providing information and analysis on the spred factor of unemployment in a region.

Abstract

Exam is one way to measure the performance of students in the learning process. The type of test that is often tested on every student's learning activity is the description of the type of exam (essay). This study focuses on the manufacture of automatic assessment to test the extension of type descriptions using text similarity. This method has several stages such as text mining, text preprocessing algorithm to process stemming Nazief-Adriani, transforming text, then the assessment using tf-idf method, as well as cosine similarity. Results of this study is the final value assessment system using text similarity did not differ significantly from the results of expert assessment. This is proven by testing using paired T test with degrees of freedom (α) of 5%, where the value ttabel> thitung (2,045> 0.3755) as well as the significant value> degrees of freedom (0.71> 0.05). However, there are several different types of questions that a significant result because there are unique characters that terrekam in the database as well as answers to the key does not contain relevant keywords that match the correct answer. Ujian adalah salah satu cara untuk mengukur performa siswa dalam proses belajar. Jenis ujian yang sering diujikan pada setiap kegiatan belajar siswa adalah tipe ujian uraian (essay). Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan ekstensi penilaian otomatis untuk ujian bertipe uraian dengan menggunakan metode text similarity. Metode ini mempunyai beberapa tahapan seperti text mining, text preprocessing dengan proses stemming menggunakan algoritma Nazief-Adriani, text transforming, lalu penilaiannya menggunakan metode tf-idf, serta cosine similarity. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai akhir hasil penilaian menggunakan sistem text similarity tidak berbeda signifikan dengan hasil penilaian dari pakar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian menggunakan uji T berpasangan dengan derajat kebebasan (α) sebesar 5%, dimana nilai ttabel > thitung (2.045 > 0.3755) serta nilai signifikansi > derajat kebebasan (0.71 > 0.05). Namun, terdapat beberapa tipe soal yang hasilnya berbeda signifikan dikarenakan terdapat karakter unik yang terrekam di dalam database serta jawaban pada kunci tidak mengandung keyword yang sesuai dengan relevansi jawaban yang benar.

Abstract

The development of database technology is currently very rapidly , many forms have only used as data storage technology that consists of fields , and the record is processed and displayed a variety of display formats of information in a simple , but now stems from the simple form have obtained a method for displaying a database useful to analyze the data for a particular purpose . By utilizing existing relational database then obtained a way to anticipate the need to analyze data quickly to help get a decision in an organization Methodology that will be used in this study include ; Literature and SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ) which includes the step of Analysis , Design , Implementation , Testing and Maintenance . Software used to build this application is SQL Server 2012 . The results of this study are business intelligence applications with OLAP concepts for education ( case study in Informatics Engineering Department UPN " Veteran " Yogyakarta ) that can help to get information quickly and accurately in analyzing student data and analysis that analyzes ipk credits .

Abstract

Natural Language Processing (NLP) to know Al-Quran reading law can analyse text data input in the form of sentence with everyday human being Ianguage of process early by recognizing syntak order and existing production order through scanning, identifying token, result of from token will be conducted by parsing and processed later;then to be conducted by adaptation with existing production order. Result of adaptation will in accepting or is not accepted by if do not fulfill existing production order will emerge message of mistake. The result if as according to order produce hence will present as according to wanted sentence to present Al-Quran reading law. Knowing real correct Al-Quran reading law as according to tartil, its science of its law nya of kifayah fardhu, therefore in studying and knowing Al-Quran reading law by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) can fulfill science procedures learn to read Al-Quran matching with tajwid science. NLP which can recognize wanted reading law by consumer for the letter of Al-Fatihah, Al-Baqarah Juz 1. made Application Software can give appearance result of Al-Quran reading laws, NLP which can analyse about wanted reading law with input pass text. Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is a business entity which collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distribute to the public in the form of the People 's Business Credit (KUR) or loan. Along with over time after KUR realized, there is no doubt BRI will be faced with the problems of risk, namely the risk of KUR problematic. There are several methods that can be used in making a decision to be able to solve the problem include the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).AHP is used when the decision involves many factors, where the decision had difficulty in making the weight of each factor. Despite this problem the use of AHP in Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach has less to cope with uncertainties taken by decision-makers, when it should give a definite value in the pairwise comparison matrix therefore, to overcome the weaknesses of the existing AHP then developed a method namely Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). F-AHP method is the combination between fuzzy AHP approach. The results of research conducted using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) has a 100 % accuracy this is evidenced by the results obtained together with the calculation of banking. Calculation banking mention of 20 customers, acquired 14 accepted and rejected 6.

Abstract

Information is an important part of the current era. Information has become a necessity so as not to be left behind by the times. By utilizing information, ideas and innovations will emerge. This information can be used for the benefit of many people. The more developed means of communication, the more the use of information is also developing. With the increasing number of ways to access this information, we need an application that can be used to secure information by storing information in containers such as sound, so that information can not be known by others. Steganography is a file hiding technique that becomes confidential so that other people do not understand the secret message that is in it. Cryptography is the science and art of secure messages. Utilizing sound as a media to insert secret messages, as well as adding cryptography as a security message secret before being inserted, so that the process of transferring information can be done safely. The results of this study steganography techniques can be used in sound. By inserting a text message that is first encrypted and then entered into sound by the Least Significant Bit method.

Abstract

Geospatial information is currently not only can be displayed using GIS software in a stand alone but can use the Internet as a medium for distributing geospatial information. Through the internet the whole population in the world can access geospatial information and provides a medium for geographic information processing desired without being limited by location. Web-based GIS map evolved from a web and client server architecture for distributed into a unity. Internet technology provides a new form for all functions of information systems is data collection, data storage, data retrieval (retrieving), data analysis and visualization of data. In this paper, the latest technology, web-based GIS with emphasis on architecture and stage of development of web-based GIS software that starts from the needs analysis to the maintenance stage. The implementation phase of the development of web-based GIS software to produce a web-based GIS product is right with the right process as well.

Abstract

Strategi menyerang merupakan dasar strategi dalam robot sepak bola. Keberhasilan suatu tim robot sepak bola dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan pemain robot untuk memasukkan bola ke dalam gawang lawan. Strategi menyerangan merupakan faktor utama penentu keberhasilan tim robot sepak bola untuk memenangkan setiap pertandingan. Dalam penelitian ini kami akan membuat perancangan strategi penyerangan yang dipergunakan dan diimplementasikan pada robot MiroSot UPN V Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian menghasilkan fungsi membawa bola ke gawang dan fungsi prediksi bola. Dalam fungsi penyerangan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu pergi ke belakang bola setelah robot berada di belakang bola maka tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mengahadapkan robot ke arah gawang. Tahap terakhir yaitu membawa bola ke gawang. Hasil pengujian pada Robot MiroSot UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta adalah 53,3%. Hasil pengujian menggunakan robot yang telah dilengkapi dengan sensor gyroscope adalah 63,3%. Hasil pengujian fungsi prediksi bola adalah 15,55 % sedangkan kemampuan robot untuk memotong bola sebesar 14,44%.

Abstract

Expert system is made to transfer the expert knowledge into the system, so it hopefullycan give solution to problem.“Expert system for diagnosis of infection TBC lung disease” is analternative for the various expert system that can be used to overcome the problem. The aim ofdesigning expert system is for diagnosis of infection TBC lung disease, should that users candiagnose towards this illnes based on symptoms put into this system. Development of expertsystem uses knowledge base stored in database using Paradox, rule based with forwardchaining method.The result of consultation with the system indicate that this system candetermine disease and suggestion based on symptoms inputed by user.Keyword : Expert System, Forward Chaining, Knowledge Base

Abstract

The longest distance in a graph that has a number of vertices, arcs and small strands easily done manually. However, if the graph has a number of vertices, arcs and strands of many, the determination of the distance and the longest path will be difficult. Research has developed Longest Path Algorithm (LPA) in order to search for the longest distance and trajectory continued trending stranded on a graph. LPA enables application development and search distance of the longest path in the graph continued trending quickly and accurately. LPA in the development of a solution to help solve the problem of finding the longest path in a directed graph stranded concatenated.
