Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality and company image on customer loyalty mediated customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng Sragen Branch Office. This research is a survey research, in which the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers at PT. Bank Jateng Sragen Branch Office. A sample of 100 respondents was determined by convenience sampling technique. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. While the hypothesis test used path analysis with the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence on service quality and company image on customer satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty with mediated customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence related to the role of balanced scorecard which is used as alternative strategic management system of boarding school. Salafiyah, khalafiyah and modern boarding school serve as sample in this research with random sampling sample selection system. The case study was used as a research method by conducting unstructured interviews and direct observation. The results show that in principle BSC map strategy attributes can be applied in all boarding school, however not all types of boarding school can respond quickly but need to make some adjustments. Modern boarding school most quickly apply the attributes of the BSC's map strategy, khalafiyah boarding school can apply with some adjustments and salafiyah boarding school has not applied at all but interested to make improvements of strategic management system boarding school so that BSC serve as an alternative strategic management system boading school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research population is customers in the Surakarta city area, from the population randomly taken as many as 130 respondents.The method was used probability sampling.Data collection methods were used interview, questionnaire, and observation.Causal relationships between variables of product, price, location, service and customer satisfaction and their implications for customer loyalty were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model.Based on the description of the analysis and discussion can be concluded that 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;3) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Surakarta City HIK;4) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of the customers of Surakarta City HIK;5) Product quality has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty in Surakarta City HIK because consumer segment is unique and will have an effect if there is a contribution of satisfaction;6) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, instead it contributes to satisfaction in reducing the loyalty of HIK customers in Surakarta City;7) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by reinforced customer satisfaction contributions;8) Product quality has an indirect positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Bina Usaha Lahat Business is one of the business entities engaged in financial cooperatives. This business entity aims to help improve economic growth in the community that cannot be separated from information technology interference every day. Routine activities are carried out every day by carrying out a system of savings and loan transactions with customers. The increasing level of the economy of the community and the increasing capital needs of KSP. Therefore the Lahat Business Development Cooperative is one of the solutions in obtaining and saving funds for the community. This study aims to analyze profitability ratios to measure financial performance. This study uses a type of descriptive quantitative research, through descriptive research that will get an overview of the status of the subject under certain conditions. The method used in data collection is in the form of interviews and direct observation. This study examines the significance of the influence to work discipline, job training and job stress on employee performance, and knows the variables that most influence the performance of PT Pan Rama Vista Garment in Sukoharjo as well. The number of samples is 50 people with sampling techniques using convenience techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. Analysis on t test obtained t count> t table for work discipline variables and job stress which means that each of these variables individually influences employee performance, but for work training variables t count

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional financial independence, effectiveness of PAD, efficiency of regional expenditures and harmony of expenditure on the allocation of capital expenditure. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 19 regencies / municipalities covering 12 regencies and 7 municipalities in West Sumatra Province. The research period is 2013-2016, so the total sample data is 76 sample data. The analysis is carried out using Eviews 8. The results of testing of the four factors that influence the allocation of capital expenditures show that regional financial independence and effectiveness of PAD do not affect the allocation of capital expenditure, while regional financial efficiency and harmonious regional expenditure have a significant positive effect on the allocation of capital expenditure .
