Abstract

The objectives of the research are to examine some factors that influence personal computer acceptance from user in manufacture company. The study is based on the model proposed by Venkatesh et al.,(2003) and Lin and Wu (2004). This study used data that obtained from individual perception of information sistem user in manufacture company at Surakarta. Data gathered from mail survey.  Three hundred questionnaires have sent to companies, 105 questionnaires were returned, and only 83 questionnaires can be used. The data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) by Smart PLS software. Study results show that social influence give insignificant negative to attitude toward using PC. Perceived ease of use give significant positive to perceived usefullnes and attitude toward using PC. Perceived usefullnes give significant positive to attitude toward using PC. Attitude toward using PC give significant positive to personal computer acceptance. Management support give significant positive to perceived usefullnes and perceived ease of use

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to examine the effect of exhibitions on sales performance. This research will also compare the level of sales in the event of a sales event and when there is no sales event. Data collection techniques with observations and documentation of sales results at the SPEKTRA Solo financial institution in 2016. The results of normality test results are known to a value of ? of 0.791 which shows the data are normally distributed. From the t-test results obtained an average sales order before event 470 and when there was event 544, because the p-value of the t-test statistic was 0.007, it means that there were differences in the number of sales before and after the event. From the results of rank calculation it can be concluded that there was an increase in sales due to the event. In the statistical test with Wilcoxon test obtained p-value of 0.028 so it was concluded that the event affected the level of sales.

Abstract

This study examines the significance of the influence to work discipline, job training and job stress on employee performance, and knows the variables that most influence the performance of PT Pan Rama Vista Garment in Sukoharjo as well. The number of samples is 50 people with sampling techniques using convenience techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. Analysis on t test obtained t count> t table for work discipline variables and job stress which means that each of these variables individually influences employee performance, but for work training variables t count

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemilik UMKM dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi adalah minimnya kemampuan keuangan dan manajerial. Keterbatasan kemampuan tersebut menyebabkan UMKM menghadapi kesulitan untuk mempersiapkan modal kerja dan memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. UMKM mengalami kesulitan untuk memperkirakaan ketersediaan kas dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan operasional dan kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan kas bagi UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi adalah menggunakan ceramah dan dialog aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan UMKM mengenai manajemen kas. Rata-rata nilai pre test sebesar 46,09 dan rata-rata nilai post test sebesar 60,43 memberikan bukti adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 31%. Namun, sebaiknya kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM tersebut sehingga pengelolaan kas yang akan digunakan untuk persediaan modal kerja dan pemenuhan kewajiban jangka pendek UMKM menjadi semakin baik. Kata Kunci : manajemen kas; modal kerja; kemampuan keuangan; kemampuan manajerial ABSTRACTOwners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are faced with various obstacles in running their business. One of the obstacles faced is the lack of financial and managerial capabilities. This limited capacity causes MSMEs to face difficulties in preparing working capital and fulfilling their short-term obligations. MSMEs experience difficulties in estimating cash availability in order to meet their operational needs and short-term obligations. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge regarding cash management for MSMEs. The implementation method used in socialization is using lectures and active dialogue. The result of this activity is an increase in MSME knowledge regarding cash management. The average pre-test score was 46.09 and the average post-test score was 60.43, providing evidence of an increase in knowledge of 31%. However, it is best if this socialization activity is carried out on an ongoing basis by providing assistance to these MSMEs so that the management of cash that will be used to provide working capital and fulfill short-term obligations of MSMEs is getting better. Keywords : cash management; working capital; financial capability; managerial capability

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low productivity of small industries. The main objective of this study is to develop research concepts related to path-goal theory and empirical research models to fill research gaps on the effect of workability and work experience on productivity.This research is critical to achieving expected productivity through increased capabilities, work experience, and innovation. Respondents were small snack entrepreneurs, and data analysis with regression.The findings of this study are that work ability, work experience, and innovation significantly affect productivity. Innovation cannot strengthen the effect of workability on productivity, but it can enhance the influence of work experience on productivity.The novelty of this research is the development of path-goal theory, which that work ability and work experience can be used as dependent variables that can affect productivity.

Abstract

This research is to find out how leadership, discipline and work motivation impact employee performance at the Grobogan Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The population taken was a sample of seventy workers, and data was collected using a questionnaire. The research uses multiple regression analysis via the Windows SPSS 24.0 application. It is known that leadership, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Grobogan Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. There are also variables other than those used in this research that can explain 17.6%.

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to increase customer satisfaction at tutoring institutions, especially at LBB Ganesha Operation Pacitan City. The focus is to analyze the impact of service quality, price, also location on student satisfaction. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with 80 LBB Ganesha Operation students in Pacitan City as the sample selected using a purposive sampling method. Analysis was done using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS 22 for Windows. The test results show service quality influences 0.315, price -0.111, also location 0.444. The F test value shows these three variables jointly influence student satisfaction (F count 67.532 > F table 2.72, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05). The t-test shows service quality also location have a significant partial influence on customer satisfaction (t count 3.551 also 4.819 respectively > t table 1.990). In contrast, price does not have a significant partial influence (t count -1.812 < t table 1.990). The coefficient of determination shows 71.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality, price, also location, while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other factors. It was concluded service quality also location had a positive also significant influence on student satisfaction at LBB Ganesha Operation Pacitan City, but the price did not have a significant influence.
