Abstract

This study examines the significance of the influence to work discipline, job training and job stress on employee performance, and knows the variables that most influence the performance of PT Pan Rama Vista Garment in Sukoharjo as well. The number of samples is 50 people with sampling techniques using convenience techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. Analysis on t test obtained t count> t table for work discipline variables and job stress which means that each of these variables individually influences employee performance, but for work training variables t count

Abstract

This research addresses the problem of how school principals manage and improve students’ religious competence, which is often overlooked in the development of educational quality. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) how the headmaster plans to increase students’ religious competence, (2) how the headmaster organizes the efforts, (3) how the headmaster carries out the plan, and (4) how the headmaster evaluates the process. Using a qualitative methodology, the study collects data through field observations, interviews, recordings, written notes, and documentation to ensure reliability and depth of information. The findings reveal that principals implement strategies and policies involving planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation which result in graduates capable of actively engaging in society through religious activities; student admission is conducted both online and offline with assessments also integrated digitally, while religious culture is strengthened through active participation in Islamic events such as Isra’ Mi’raj, Muharram, Ramadhan activities, Mawlid, Qur’anic recitation, and Khotmil Qur’an programs. These results indicate that the principal’s leadership not only enhances students’ religious competence but also contributes to building a strong religious culture in schools, offering practical models for other educational institutions to adopt to integrate religious competence with broader academic achievement.

Abstract

Kerang hijau (Perna viridis) merupakan organisme yang memiliki sifat non selective filter feeder yang merupakan pemakan mikroalga di perairan. Mikroalga dapat tumbuh tidak terkontrol akibat banyaknya kandungan nutrien di perairan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kelimpahan mikroalga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji laju filtrasi kerang hijau yang berbeda ukuran pada tingkat salinitas yang berbeda terhadap Chaetoceros calcitrans (Paulsen. 1968). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan  Sembilan perlakuan dan tiga taraf pengulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan mengkombinasikan salinitas 25‰, 30‰, 35‰ dan ukuran 3, 6 and 8 cm. Kepadatan mikroalga yang diberikan pada tiap perlakuan sebanyak 5 x 106 sel/l. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh ukuran kerang hijau dan salinitas terhadap laju filtrasi kerang hijau yang diberi pakan Chaetoceros calcitrans.
