Abstract

This Study aims to examine the effect of price fairness, product quality and promotion to customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative, and primary data collected by online questionnaires. Participants of this research consisted at 140 gamers in Bengkulu City who bought the virtual goods. The data were processed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 16.0. The result were obtained in this study: (1) price fairness influences customer satisfaction positively and significantly (2) product quality influences influences customer satisfaction positively and significantly (3) promotion influences influences customer satisfaction positively and significantly. This paper suggest that the game developers should actively give their best product pricing, develop quality of virtuals goods and should make the differentiated marketing strategies. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran transformasi digital dalam memperkuat posisi kompetitif Lay’s di industri makanan ringan dengan menggunakan kerangka Porter Five Forces. Transformasi digital mencakup otomatisasi produksi, analitik data konsumen, digitalisasi rantai pasokan, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis tematik terhadap data sekunder dari laporan industri, publikasi akademik, dan sumber daring yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi meningkatkan hambatan masuk melalui efisiensi biaya dan skala produksi, menurunkan daya tawar pemasok melalui integrasi logistik, serta memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen melalui personalisasi berbasis data. Selain itu, teknologi memungkinkan Lay’s merespons ancaman substitusi seperti cassava chips dengan inovasi produk dan komunikasi nilai nutrisi. Rivalitas kompetitif juga dikelola melalui pemanfaatan big data dan kampanye digital yang adaptif. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital merupakan faktor strategis yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing Lay’s di pasar global. Disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan investasi pada inovasi berbasis AI dan IoT untuk pengembangan produk, pemantauan kualitas, serta personalisasi pemasaran secara real time.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology makes it easier for consumers to make transactions. In the past, consumers had to come directly to the store to buy necessities and of course bring some cash, now buying these needs can be easily fulfilled through electronic cash (e-cash) payments. Quantitative research using this online questionnaire will examine the effect of e-cash on non-cash transactions, test the TAM model with perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness variables plus perceived security and risk variables. safety and risk) to non-cash intensity. With 18 questions given to 248 respondents, the population in this study are consumers using e-cash and also consumers who have not used e-cash. From the processed analysis, it shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived safety and risk have a positive effect on the intensity of non-cash transactions. Practical suggestions in this research for e-cash application service providers are a lot of application development, increasing ease of use and security, as well as increasing features so that the intensity of people who use e-cash applications as a means of payment and transactions in their daily activities is higher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of workload, work stress and situational leadership on the performance of the Central Bengkulu Resort Police Force. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using a questionnaire as a research instrument distributed to 189 respondents at the Central Bengkulu Resort Police Force. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis which is used to describe the sample data profile, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that 1) Workload, Work Stress and Situational Leadership simultanly have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Bengkulu Tengah Police Station. 2) Workload has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of Central Bengkulu Resort Police Force. 3) Work Stress has a partially positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Central Bengkulu police employees. 4) Situational Leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of Central Bengkulu police employees. The suggestions given in this study here to improve workload management through more even distribution of tasks and more efficient scheduling. Furthermore, the Central Bengkulu Resort Police Force to reduce work stress, namely by providing motivation to Central Bengkulu Resort Police personnel to keep their enthusiasm for doing their work. And the final suggestion to the Central Bengkulu Police Force is to increase the effectiveness of situational leadership, namely with implications that focus on developing capabilities for leaders including identifying the needs of members and situations and adjusting leadership styles effectively. Abstract

Coffee is a drink that has a distinctive aroma, taste and popular with various groups. One of the best coffee shops is Kopi Janji Jiwa. One of them is in the city of Bengkulu, which is located on Jalan Sutoyo No 08 Tanah Patah, Ratu Agung District. This study aims to look at the influence of social media marketing, lifestyle and product knowledge on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in the city of Bengkulu. This study uses three independent variables, namely lifestyle, product knowledge, and social media marketing, one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions and a mediating variable, namely purchase intention. This study uses quantitative methods, the type of data used is primary data. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed online to 210 respondents who live in Bengkulu and have purchased a copy of Janji Jiwa in the city of Bengkulu. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle variables have no effect and are not significant on purchase intention. Lifestyle has no effect and is not signif icant on purchasing decisions. Purchase intention has significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product knowledge has significant and significant effect on purchase intention. Product knowledge has a significant and influential effect on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing has significant and significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the Rupiah exchange rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of monthly Rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar and IHSG data from January 2020 to December 2025. The analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression. The results show that the exchange rate has a positive and significant relationship with IHSG, with a correlation coefficient of 0.534 and a significance level below 0.001. The regression model also indicates that the exchange rate significantly affects IHSG with a contribution of 28.5%. These findings suggest that exchange rate movements are an important factor influencing the dynamics of the capital market in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Strategy on Firm Performance and to examine the moderating role of Corporate Governance in that relationship among energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study employs a quantitative approach using a panel data design for the period 2022–2024, with 243 observations. Corporate Strategy is measured using eight content analysis-based indicators, while Corporate Governance is measured through three supervisory mechanism indicators. The analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that Corporate Strategy has no significant effect on Firm Performance (sig. 0.113), Corporate Governance has no significant effect on Firm Performance (sig. 0.341), and Corporate Governance does not significantly moderate the relationship between Corporate Strategy and Firm Performance (sig. 0.288). These findings suggest that the performance of energy companies in Indonesia is more influenced by external factors such as commodity price fluctuations and regulatory policies than by internal strategy and governance mechanisms.
