Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas pelayanan antara Grab Food dan Maxim Food Delivery di kota Bengkulu berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelayanan pesan antar yaitu: waktu pengantaran, keluwesan pelayanan, ketepatan waktu pelayanan, layanan purna jual, manajemen pesanan, pelayanan yang tersedia, pemasaran dan komunikasi serta informasi daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data pelengkap. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pemesanan makanan atau minuman melalui pesan antar pada layanan Grab Food dan Maxim Food Delivery di kota Bengkulu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 276 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji One-way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada semua dimensi kualitas pelayanan. Dari segi nilai rata-rata keseluruhan, layanan Grab Food lebih unggul dengan nilai 3,96 sedangkan layanan Maxim Food Delivery dengan nilai 3,90. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa persaingan antara kedua layanan tersebut tidak jauh berbeda dan begitu kompetitif. Kedua layanan tersebut harus meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kualitas layanannya, melakukan inovasi layanan secara cepat agar dapat meraih pangsa pasar yang lebih tinggi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of profitability (ROA), company size (Size) on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sample of this research is 8 pharmaceutical companies. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression using the Eviews 10 application. Hypothesis testing is the determinant coefficient and T test. The results of the analysis in this study simultaneously show that the profitability variable and firm size variable have a significant effect on capital structure. The results of the study partially show that profitability has a significant effect on capital structure. Firm size variable has no significant effect on capital structure. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the effect of the product on the sales volume of Culinary MSMEs in Bengkulu City. (2) determine the effect of price on the sales volume of Culinary MSMEs in Bengkulu City. (3) determine the effect of location on Culinary MSME sales volume in Bengkulu City. (4) determine the effect of promotion on Culinary MSME sales volume in Bengkulu City. (5) determine the effect of product, price, location, and promotion on sales volume of Culinary UMKM in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire, in analyzing the data using SPSS.26 for Windows. The sample study was 110. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling. The findings show that the product, price, location, and promotion of Culinary MSMEs significant and positive effect on the sales volume of Culinary MSMEs in Bengkulu City in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic partially. As for the practical advice in this research, Culinary MSME’s practitioners in Bengkulu City can pay attention to each product offered both in terms of taste and quality, it is hoped that they can also innovate products, be able to see competitor distribution, increase promotions to attract consumer attention, and provide security and convenience for consumers, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, work from home, and competence on employee work productivity at the Bengkulu Provincial PUPR Service. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with primary data obtained from offline questionnaires. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with a sample of 163 people. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous) and determination (R2) with data processing tools using the SPSS For Windows Version 16.0 program. The results showed that all statement items for the variables in the research carried out were valid and reliable. In testing the hypothesis, the non-physical work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. work from home (X2), has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. and competence (X3), have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The F test shows that non-physical work environment, work from home and competence have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of capital structure and company growth on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Sample selection was done by using purposive sampling method. The amount of data that was processed in this study was 42 data. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the help of the eviews 10 application. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has no effect on firm value while firm growth has a significant negative effect on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand love and brand image mediated by customer engagement on customer loyalty of Eiger Adventure consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research design, namely a survey design. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. The research population is Eiger consumers who buy Eiger products on Tokopedia and Shopee. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The total sample in this study was 232 respondents. The data processing technique for this study uses PLS-SEM with the help of the SmartPls program with version 4.0.0. The tests conducted in this study are the outer model test, the inner model test, and the mediation effect test. The results of the study indicate that brand love and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, customer engagement has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand love and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand love and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer engagement. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of a hedonist lifestyle and self-esteem on the financial behavior of Bengkulu University students with gender as a moderating variable. The research method used in this study is quantitative using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed online through various social media. This study has a total sample of 250 active students of the Diploma (D3) and Bachelor Degree (S1) programs at the University of Bengkulu. Data processing in this study used SPSS for Windows version 26. The results obtained from this study include, a hedonist lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on financial behavior, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, gender is not able to moderate the effect of a hedonist lifestyle on financial behavior, gender is not able to moderate the effect of self-esteem on financial behavior, hedonist lifestyle, and gender simultaneously influence financial behavior. Abstract

This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. The main objective of this research is. 1) Testing the effect of Psychological Empowerment variable on the performance of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu employees. 2) Testing the effect of the Innovative Work Behavior variable on performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. 3) Testing the effect capability on the performance of the employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data and primary data collected through a list of questionnare. The sample in this study were 163 employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu taken by sampling sensus. The analytical tool used is SPSS22.0 software. validity test, reliability test, t test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are; 1). Psychological Empowerment has a positive impact and significant effect on the performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. The higher it is psychological empowerment of employees in the workplace, the higher employee performance; 2). Innovative Work Behavior has a positive and significant influence affect the performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. The higher the innovative work behavior in the workplace, the higher the employee's performance; 3). Capabilities have a positive impact and significant effect on the performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. The higher the capabilities possessed by employees at work, the higher the performance that will be generated. Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal distribution route and minimum distribution costs for PT Caroline Putri Anwar Lubuk linggau using the saving matrix approach. This study uses qualitative research. Data collection was used through interviews and observations at the research location by conducting interviews with key informants and requesting documents for shipping 3 KG of LPG gas from the company. Data processing is used using the saving matrix method with the nearest neighbor determine determining the order of visits to the base with the help of analysis tools. The results of this study note that in one day there are 6 routes and the distance that must be traveled is 2,856.6 KM in one month with a distribution fee of Rp.41,508,938.5 in one month, so the company can reduce the distance traveled by 33.2% or 1,423.4 km and can save distribution costs up to 3.8% or Rp. 1,648,736.5 in one month using three units of trucks with a truck capacity of 560 units of LPG Gas. Abstract

The Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office is a government agency engaged in providing public services. However, there is still suboptimal job satisfaction among its employees. Several factors contribute to this, including work discipline and the work environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of work discipline and the work environment on job satisfaction at the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office. This study employed a census sampling technique, involving 123 employees of the Central Bengkulu Regent's Office. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of 14 statements. The analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results showed that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Central Bengkulu Regent Office’s; (2) The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office; For future researchers, it is recommended that this study be used as a reference to address any shortcomings and improve upon the findings. Additionally, it is suggested that the Central Bengkulu Regent’s Office prioritize efforts to enhance job satisfaction by promoting high levels of work discipline and cultivating a positive work environment.
