Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether job demands and orientation of learning objectives had an effect on work engagement at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara. In addition, this study was used to test whether learning goal orientation had an effect on work engagement mediated by job crafting at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara. The type of research used is quantitative research, where there is hypothesis testing. The data collection method is by distributing online questionnaires through a hand delivery survey. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. This study has 43 questions given to the respondents. The number of respondents in this study that was processed was 242 respondents. The analysis in this study uses SmartPLS. The results of this study explain that: (1) job demands affect job involvement, (2) learning goal orientation affects job involvement, (3) job demands affect work craft, (4) learning goal orientation affects work craft, (5) work craft affects work job involvement, (1) job demands affect mediated job involvement. by job crafting and (7) the orientation of learning objectives affects work engagement mediated by job crafting. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of e-service quality on e-customer loyalty which is mediated by e-customer satisfaction on the service of online diesel car modified item consignment service @2gdvabiru in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed online via Instagram. Measurement research in this questionnaire consists of 16 questions to respondents. The number of samples is 116 Instagram account users @2gdvabiru in Indonesia. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPls version 3.3.9. The results showed that (1) electronic service quality had a significant positive effect on electronic customer satisfaction; (2) electronic service quality had a significant positive effect on electronic customer satisfaction; (3) electronic customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on electronic service quality; (4) e-service quality has a significant positive effect on e-customer loyalty mediated by e-customer satisfaction; Keyword: E-customer loyalty; E-customer satisfaction; E-service quality

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku keuangan, pengetahuan keuangan dan pengendalian diri terhadap kesejahteraan finansial Generasi Z di Indonesia. Supervisi dilakukan terhadap 255 responden Generasi Z di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan g-forms kepada responden Generasi Z di Indonesia. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku keuangan dan pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan finansial, yang berarti hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi perilaku keuangan dan pengetahuan keuangan dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kesejahteraan finansial mereka. Sementara itu, pengendalian diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan finansial. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi literatur baru untuk menunjukkan pengaruh pengendalian diri terhadap kesejahteraan finansial. Abstract

In today's digital era, technology is developing rapidly so that digital developments also develop. With the internet, it is easier for all existing needs to be practical and efficient, including the need for business. Business in the digital era has undergone many changes, including in marketing. According to De Vries and Carlson (2014) continuing the theory from Gensler et al (2013), Presence on social networks has become an important part of marketing strategy: online product promotion through business accounts and advertising on social networking platforms have proven efficient. This study uses quantitative methods in which there is a variable hypothesis testing. In this study, data were collected through online questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale, the data collection method was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as a sampling method, and 190 respondents were obtained, data processing techniques used SPSS Statistical Package for Social Science version 21. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Content Creator variable has a positive effect on Purchase Intention, 2) Parasocial Interaction variable has a positive effect on Purchase Intention, 3) Credibility variable has a positive effect on Purchase Intention, and 4) Content Creator, Parasocial Interaction, and Credibility variables both have a positive effect on the Purchase Intention variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Asset Structure (FAR), Company Size, Business Risk and Profitability (Return On Assets/ROA) on the Capital Structure of cosmetic and household companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The sample in this study were cosmetic companies and household needs as many as 5 companies. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 application. Hypothesis testing is the determinant coefficient, F test, and T test. The results of the analysis in this study simultaneously show that the variables of asset structure, company size, business risk and profitability significant effect on capital structure. The results of the study partially show that the asset structure has a no significant effect on the capital structure. Firm size has significant effect on capital structure. Business risk has no significant effect on capital structure, and profitability has a no significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of thus study was to analyze whether process innovation and product innovation can improve operational performance at the Batik Production House “Uni Batik” in Surakarta, Center of Java. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a research design that is semi-structured interview design and direct observation. The data used is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The informants consisted of one key informant and one key informant. The analytical method used is content analysis method which is qualitative in nature (Henning et al, 2004). The resulting data is a 'thick description' or an in-depth interpretation that is based on a real context. The interview results were transcribed using true verbatim transcripts. The results of this study explain that the process innovation carried out at Uni Batik uses a measurement method based on the OECD Oslo Manual (2005) by assessing the level of efficiency of the production process, the quantity and quality of the products produced, the accuracy of the delivery process, and the level of production costs. Product innovation carried out at Uni Batik uses 6 stages of the product innovation process. Therefore, with the implementation of process innovation and product innovation, direct benefits can be felt in the form of increased productivity and operational performance of the company as a whole. Abstract

Person-Organization fit has provided a deep understanding of increasing the fit between employees and the organization, retaining employees in the long term by increasing employee satisfaction and commitment to the company, as well as improving individual outcomes which have implications for sustainable strategic growth for an organization. Individual-job fit (person-job fit) is a job specification process as an effort to help identify individual employee competencies needed to obtain success, such as knowledge, abilities, skills and other factors that can refer to obtaining superior performance, therefore variables This is very important for the company to pay attention to. This study aims to analyze the effect of person-organization fit and person-job fit on employee performance in companies in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study are employees who work for organizations/companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. A total of 93 respondents participated in this study. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online. The data in this study were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of person-organization fit and person-job fit on employee performance. Abstract

In Payakumbuh, there are lots of Instant Noodles circulating, ranging from local and imported products. The most popular imported noodle by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Andalas University, is Samyang Noodle from Korea. Although the price of this noodle is more expensive, many students buy this product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the halal label, price, and product quality affect the decisions students make to buy certain items. Quantitative research methods with surveys. This study uses the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression to analysis the data. The number of research samples is 154 samples. Research locus at the Payakumbuh Campus, Andalas University. The results of research on halal labeling, price, and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for imported instant noodles (Mie Samyang) for students of Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus, Management Department.

Abstract

The use of cashless payment systems continues to increase in line with developments in technology, information and digital communications. This study examines the main determinants of e-wallet use intention and proposes a model of e-wallet adoption, integrating mindfulness as a significant factor. The respondents in this study are e-wallet users living in Bengkulu City aged 17-40 years old. The non-probability sampling technique was used to obtain data samples from respondents. Online survey questionnaires collected respondents of this study through social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram. After adopting the listwise deletion method through Mahalanobis Distance on SEM-AMOS, 257 useable questionnaires were available for analysis. For data analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), assessment of normality, and regression weights were applied to this research. The result indicates that (1) mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; (2) mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on perceived ease to use; (3) perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use; (4) perceived ease to use has no significant effect on the intention to use; and (5) intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use. Abstract

Student career adaptability refers to the critical abilities of individuals in directing the decision- making process in the world of work pursuing their career paths. This study aimed to examine the influence of the proactive personality variable on the career adaptability mediated by the self-efficacy variable. Using census technique, bachelor’s degree students who were registered at Accounting, Development Studies, and Management Departments of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Bengkulu in the second semester of their third year and above were sampled and surveyed. Data were collected using a set of questionnaires and distributed through hand-delivered survey and web survey methods. After screening for the missing values, 522 questionnaires were valid for further analysis. Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis (HMRA) was employed to analyse the data gathered, the results showed that The ability to identify opportunies, the showing initiative, the taking action, and persisitent dimensions of the proactive personality variable influenced partially and simultaneously on the career adaptability and had the positif effects. Similarly, the four dimensions of the proactive personality variable influenced positif on the self-efficacy variable. The self-efficacy had an effect on the career adapatability, but it was partially positif on the self-assessment, the future plans, and the problem solving dimensions. The self-efficacy received the partial mediation. Only the self-assessment, the future plans, and the problem solving mediated the relationship between the ability to identify opportunies and the showing initiative of the proactive personality and the career adapatibility. Because the results meant that the students should develop their self-confidence to increase the level of self-efficacy for the readiness of their careers. The personality possessed could be the basis for the students to increase career adaptability by increasing self-efficacy that can motivate themselves. It was recommended that the students should seek career information from various sources, take opportunities to develop themselves and were not easily desparate in facing various obstacles.
