Abstract

Harmonisa merupakan suatu kejadian yang timbul akibat pengoperasian beban listrik non linier atau motor listrik, yang merupakan sumber terbentuknya gelombang frekuensi tinggi kelipatan dari frekuensi fundamental. Frekuensi tinggi ini mengganggu sistem kelistrikan, sehingga bentuk gelombang arus maupun tegangan menjadi cacat. Dampak dari tegangan dan arus ini dapat menimbulkan panas yang berlebihan pada sistem distribusi kelistrikan,  rugi-rugi energi dan menurunnya faktor daya sehingga pada akhirnya penggunaan energi listrik menjadi tidak efisien. Harmonisa dapat membuat motor listrik menjadi overheat, terbakarnya kabel, dan rusaknya peralatan listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dari peralatan listrik apa saja harmonisa itu muncul dan untuk mencegah hubungan arus pendek pada kapal. Untuk itu penulis telah melakukan analisa terhadap sistem distribusi listrik pada kapal yang memiliki gejala drop voltage yang cukup besar, dengan metode pengukuran harmonisa menggunakan simulasi wiring diagram Kapal latih Bung Tomo pada software ETAP dengan standar parameter dari IEC dan BKI. Data kelistrikan kapal diinput dan dijalankan pada software setelah hasil didapat maka dilakukan perhitungan untuk menentukan filter harmonisa. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah dapat mengurangi nilai harmonisa yang melebihi standar THD 5% menjadi THD 1,77% yang dapat mengurangi kerugian pada sistem kelistrikan kapal yang ditimbulkan dari harmonisa.

Abstract

Sungai Brantas dikenal sebagai salah satu sungai yang paling tercemar di dunia. Sekelompok warga telah membersihkan sungai secara berkala, namun hal ini tidak cukup karena pertumbuhan sampah tidak berkurang. Saat ini belum ada data terkait dengan sampah di sungai Brantas untuk dapat mengambil kebijakan lebih jauh. Jurnal ini menyajikan sistem yang digunakan untuk memantau dan mengumpulkan data tentang sungai Brantas secara elektronik berdasarkan IOT. Data yang diukur adalah kecepatan aliran sungai, tinggi permukaan sungai dan kondisi limbah permukaan. Sistem berbasis pengolahan gambar digunakan untuk menganalisis persentase limbah di permukaan sungai. Sistem yang dibangun telah dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam mengirimkan data ke server, dan ditampilkan melalui situs web untuk dipantau oleh semua pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

The electric car is a solution designed as a zero-emission vehicle which is an alternative to reducing air pollution. There are various types of electric cars, this research focuses more on Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV). HEV is a vehicle that has at least two different energy sources. The most common combination today is the Internal Combution Engine (ICE) and an electric battery. HEV uses ICE with a smaller capacity than conventional vehicles, this results in more efficient fuel use. In HEV, there are several problems, including the response from ICE which is less than optimal when there is an increase in speed. ICE as the prime mover has a smaller capacity than conventional vehicles because it is assisted by the performance of the DC motor. When ICE is unable to maintain speed, the DC motor will help provide power. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate traction on a DC motor to help ICE achieve the desired speed, especially when there is an increase in speed. This study uses a neuro-fuzzy control method which has the advantage of being able to adapt to changes in parameters in the system. HEV itself requires a fast response, therefore, a predictive controller is used in order to predict the future torque value

Abstract

Teknik yang digunakan untuk estimasi sumber suara (DOA) adalah Beamforming. Tujuan dari Estimasi ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan gelombang yang diinginkan dan melemahkan noise. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan estimasi DOA menggunakan teknik Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) beamforming dengan  konfigurasi sensor secara Uniform Linear Array (ULA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan noise yang nilai frekuensinya tidak sama dengan frekuensi sumber dan frekuensi yang sama dengan frekuensi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian noise berpengaruh terhadap estimasi DOA dengan nilai error pengukuran ± 0.10.

Abstract

Abstrak– Knowledge discovery is the method of extracting information from data in making informed decisions. Seeing as classifiers do have a lot of learning patterns in the data, testing an imbalanced dataset becomes a major classification issue. The cost-sensitive approach on the decision tree C4.5 and nave Bayes is used to solve the rule of misclassification. The glass, lympografi, vehicle, thyroid, and wine datasets were collected from the UCI Repository and included in this analysis. Preprocessing attribute selection with particle swarm optimization was used to process the data collection. Besides, the cost-sensitive decision tree C4.5  and the cost-sensitive naive Bayes method were used in the research. On the glass, lympografi, vehicle, thyroid, and wine datasets, the accuracy of the test results was 72.34 %, 68.22 %, 75.68 %, 93.82 %, and 93.95 %, respectively, using the cost-sensitive decision tree C4.5. While the cost-sensitive naive Bayes method outperforms the others by 32.24 %, 82.61 %, 25.53 %, 97.67 %, and 94.94 % on the dataset, respectively.

Abstract

Abstrack- Food court locations are placed in current visited places and usually many customer tables that are widely scattered there. It can be too slowly and inefficient ordering, both in terms of time and the process of delivering order because of difficulty of finding a customer table. Based on the explanation above, the authors make a design and build a table location information system in the food court using RFID based android applications. This system allows customers to inform the location of the table to food vendors using RFID. In designing hardware devices, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller is needed and for designing android software applications using APP Inventor. Google Firebase's realtime database platform was chosen to connect hardware and software devices. The measurement results from the design of this system show that the system is capable of producing precise RFID reading output with an accuracy level of 100% according to the location of the buyer's table. Meanwhile, the average delay obtained from this system is 0.81 seconds. This tool can read the RFID card without a barrier as far as 4.1 cm and cannot read the card if blocked by a metal material. Keywords: Food Court, RFID, NodeMCU ESP8266, App Invetor2, Firebase

Abstract

Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is a device that has the function of capturing the ashes of combustion contained in the exhaust gases before being discharged into the atmosphere through a stack / chimney, so that the discharged gases to be discharged do not contain ash particles that can pollute the environment. PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Paiton has 16 ESP transformers operating 24 hours. During the operating period there are disturbances and damage that causes ESP efficiency is reduced so there is a need to reset the transformer secondary current. It is intended that the efficiency of ESP is maintained and the exhaust gas does not pollute the environment. By using the "5 Whys or RCPS (Root Cause problem solving)" method, the researcher knows the causes of disturbances and damage to the ESP transformer and provides recommendations for the configuration of the current used by the ESP transformer to improve its efficiency when disturbances or damage occurs. The cause of disruption and damage to the ESP transformer consists of 3 factors: the method / method used, human and machine / equipment. The magnitude of the Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) efficiency during faults and damage varies depending on the amount of current in the ESP transformer. The greater the current, the greater the magnetic field strength so that the greater the ESP efficiency value. Although there is less efficiency (below 90%), with the right transformer secondary current configuration, efficiency can be maintained close to the design. The efficiency of ESP on March 18, 2019 increased from 88.23% to 90.58%. The efficiency of ESP on March 30, 2019 increased from 89.71% to 90.55%. The efficiency of ESP on June 10, 2019 increased from 84.38% to 93.63%. The efficiency of ESP on June 13, 2019 increased from 87.38% to 91.92%. ESP efficiency on June 24, 2019 increased from 85.83% to 90.03%

Abstract

This paper contains an evaluation of the implementation Context Based Clustering method into Fuzzy Geographically Weighted Clustering-Particle Swarm Optimization (FGWC-PSO) algorithm on 11 variable from data factors causing the spread of dengue in East Java. Integration of Particle Swarm Optimization as a metaheuristic algorithm makes the computation run longer so, the solution in this paper is FGWC-PSO will be combined with context based clustering to produce a hybrid method (CFGWC-PSO) which can shorten the computational time of the clustering algorithm. Context based clustering in this paper will use 3 ways, namely by using random values, using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), and using mean and standard deviations. CFGWC-PSO algorithm using number of clusters = 2 and CFGWC-PSO will be evaluated using IFV index, based on processing results found that the best clustering algorithm is CFGWC-PSO using FCM

Abstract

Operasi Sistem Tenaga Listrik menyangkut berbagai aspek yang luas, salah satunya adalah stabilitas suplai energi listrik dari pembangkit sampai kepada konsumen. Dalam mempertahankan stabiltas Sistem Tenaga Listrik, diperlukan tindakan yang tepat dari gangguan-gangguan yang dapat terjadi kapan saja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai stabilitas transien Sub Sistem Paiton dan Grati dari gangguan Short Circuit 3 Phase dan Generator Trip. Pada kasus Short Circuit ditentukan nilai CCT(Critical Clearing Time) didapatkan sebesar 0,97 ms, dan untuk kasus Generator Trip dilakukan tindakan Load Shedding. Hasil yang diperoleh ketika terjadi Short Circuit, sistem dapat kembali steady state dengan nilai frekuensi 50,38 Hz. Sedangkan untuk kasus Generator Trip, tegangan transmisi 70 kV naik dari 78,75% menjadi 95,77%, tegangan transmisi 150 kV naik dari 81,24% menjadi 98,53%, dan tegangan transmisi 500 kV naik dari 82,02% menjadi 98,98%.
