Abstract

This research is located in the Management Study Program located in Pekanbaru and the Management Study Program Batam International University. The research began in June to December 2017, this research is motivated that students experience stress as demands of academic life that must be undertaken, including activities outside academic activities including socializing and adjust to fellow students who have different characteristics and backgrounds, these conditions become stressors for students when completing the final project / thesis. The conclusion in this study from the Analysis of Researchers Internal Factors which tends to cause Academic Stress Management Study Program UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau and Batam International University Management Study Program namely Internal Factors such as: Ability and Intelligence are not well developed such as Visual Ability, Verbal Ability and Ability Numerical and Conceptual Ability While External Factors which tend to cause Academic Stress Students of Management Study Program of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau and Batam International University Management Study Program, namely External Factors such as: Procedure System for submission of Thesis Title Proposals is considered difficult for students because they have to pass the Originality and Majority Study Program of Syarif Kasim Riau Study Program and Batam International University Management Study Program. Student Work. Suggestions Students should apply "Problem focused coping" more focused on solving the problem, Students should be able to Emotion-focused coping more focused on controlling emotional responses, Of course the most important thing is to increase Spiritual Questions (Faith and Taqwa) To Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the welfare of the people of the City of Padang measured using the Human Development Index consisting of: 1) To determine the effect of the Per Capita Gross Regional Domestic Product on the welfare of the people in the City of Padang. 2) To determine the effect of number of Poor in community welfare in Padang. 3) To determine the effect of Unemployment Rate on the welfare of people in the city of Padang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection was performed using documentation and hypothesis testing techniques in this study using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that: 1) The regression coefficient value of GDP per capita is equal to 0.0000002 with a probability of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. 2) The regression coefficient value of the number of poor population is 0.156 with a probability of 0.526 which is smaller than 0.05. 3) The regression coefficient value of the Open Unemployment Rate is -0,00014 with a probability of 0.117 less than 0.05. The conclusions that can be drawn are as follows: 1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City. 2) The number of poor people has no significant effect on the welfare of the people in the city of Padang. 3) Open Unemployment Rate has no negative and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City.

Abstract

The Gamta basin located in West Misool district has some unique aspects of its culture, where the culture of the community is influenced by the coming immigrants, thus forming a new culture that has been preserved by the people. Since the reign of the Tidore sultanate, the kings' rights were conferred on the Lilinta and Gamta territories only to control and conquer their territories, dividing Misool by some powers under King Lilinta, Jajao Gamta, Jajao Waigama and Captain Fafanlap. Currently, the public's understanding of Jajao is very low, not only for those outside the Gamta community, but also for the Gamta people in the area. Even in today's generation, where Jajao's leadership is not so visible. Research Outcome: The Tidore Sultanate has influenced the dissemination of cultural or complex features of the Tidore community to the West Misool community, introducing a new nature in the traditional leadership of the West Misool community. The duties and functions of the Gamta indigenous community are based on customary ceremonies, or issues of tenure and the application of customary laws that reflect social class and its role in indigenous society.

Abstract

The problem of traffic and public order on the Tanjungpinang City highway is in the spotlight by the government and society in general. Monitoring and supervision needs to be carried out in order to create public order and convenience. One of the surveillance systems that has been implemented in several areas of Tanjungpinang City is to use CCTV. But in reality there are still traffic problems such as traffic violations, whether in the form of a red light breakthrough, stop passing the stop line when a red light, not wearing a helmet and others, as well as traffic jams at some intersection points that are congested with vehicles. In addition there are still many people who do not know how the use and application of CCTV in traffic needs. This study aims to determine (1) Types of traffic surveillance CCTVs in Tanjungpinang City, and (2) implementation of traffic surveillance systems in Tanjungpinang City. This research was conducted at the Tanjungpinang City Transportation Department Office with the type of research using qualitative methods, while the data collection techniques were interview, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the traffic surveillance system in Tanjungpinang City has not been implemented optimally. The implementation of this policy is aimed at the public, especially public road users with an indirect monitoring and supervision system or inside the CCTV monitoring room of the Tanjungpinang City Transportation Department.

Abstract

The rural community economic development program in order to reduce poverty in rural areas is carried out with the development of a balanced industry, improving the structure of agriculture and programs to improve the education of rural communities, so as to maintain urbanization. The next program is to increase rural community empowerment programs by environmental preservation programs and strengthening of rural institutions and facilities and infrastructure. By realizing the horizontal top-down policy that includes rural communities, the government is only the general policy holder. Pilot project program by supporting rural production at a competitive level, by strengthening rural institutionalism and improving information and management for rural communities. Various ways in which countries reduce poverty and hunger through sustainable food production and consumption have been established within the framework of global sustainable development goals. This type of research is a qualitative study, where qualitative research by describing activities, phenomena, opinions / thoughts / views and documents, with data analysis techniques systematically compile the data obtained.
