Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

Drying clothes is an activity carried out by the community. Uncertain weather, such as rain, causes the movement of drying clothes to be hampered. The uncertain weather factor caused by global warming causes the temperature to change, sometimes, it is hot, and sometimes it rains. This causes clothes not to dry entirely and causes damp garments frequently. In this scientific work, the researcher will make a device that functions as a drying cabinet which is equipped with a temperature sensor and drying time uses a DHT22 sensor temperature sensor and LCD, which works to display the drying process. and the time needed to dry the clothes equipped with a heater which functions as a heat source so that the clothes will dry to the maximum. Measurements were made at several test points in the circuit designed to get the most significant error percentage of 5.5% with an average error of 2 .40 %. The results of the design are carried out by the criteria used. From the results of the tests, the drying process using the tools designed has succeeded in drying clothes to the maximum and minimizing germs.

Abstract

There are so many spices in Indonesia with a variety of ones, one of which is coriander. Coriander is necessary in the kitchen and the world of health, one of Indonesia's most widely used spices. There are two types, namely coarse coriander and powdered/fine coriander. Coriander grinding, sieving, and weighing tools are expected to make it easier for small industries to produce powdered/fine coriander more efficiently and well so that it can affect the pace of economic development. This study aims to discover how to make grinding, sieving, and weighing tools and how they work, assisting small industries in the production of powdered/fine coriander more efficiently and nicely. The measurement results on this tool have good values so that the device can work properly and accordingly. The grinding to weighing process has a different period according to the desired weight. 1 gram can take time from the range of 20-40 seconds

Abstract

The use of tools for monitoring electric power rates and controlling the use of electric power rates is urgently needed. Homeowners often leave the electricity. For example,  they use a  refrigerator and a magic jar that is always turned on, which wastes electrical Energy and makes electricity bills expensive. This report aims to create a tool to monitor electric power in real time and calculate the electricity rates used, which users can be controlled on a WebApp. The hardware used is the Pzem-004T sensor, a reader of the overall electric power,  OLED 128x64 as a display of used electric power rates, Proximity as a distance sensor, Push button as a reset button for electric power rates, DS1307 RTC module as time accuracy and S.D. module Card as log data storage and NodeMCU ESP32 as input and output process, by utilizing the wifi from NodeMCU ESP32 as a link between the device and a cellphone or computer to be able to open the WebApp dashboard. On the WebApp dashboard, there is information on recording electricity rates every month, and there are options to reset bills and change billing limit notifications. A message will appear if the account exceeds the limit, and the OLED screen will continue to live. Electricity bill rates are automatically reset every month, and the data will be stored, which can be seen on the WebApp dashboard.

Abstract

MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta is one of the arterial roads in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta that connects three cities, South Jakarta City and East Jakarta City. Based on IRSMS (Integrated Road Safety Management System), data from the National Police showed increased traffic accident cases in MT. Haryono Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, where in 2019, there were 21 traffic accident cases. In 2020, there were 30 traffic accident cases, and in 2021, there were 38 traffic accident cases. This research method was descriptive, which describes current conditions using the Accident Rate method. This study aims to determine the level of traffic accidents on MT Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street, South Jakarta, to know the factors that cause accidents, and to find the black site area on MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, and to provide alternatives and solutions for prevention and management in reducing traffic accidents. This research shows that the black site area was on Gatot Subroto Street Segment 6, KM 5+500 – KM 6+500, with an accident rate of 6.33. The Blackspot identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27, and the black site identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27. The highest time of occurrence of traffic accidents was on Sunday at 03.00 – 04.00 WIB, so an actual speed survey was implemented at that time. The primary cause of traffic accidents based on POLRI IRSMS data was the human factor as drivers who are negligent and undisciplined in driving. An example of the causal factors found during the survey was drivers driving over the maximum speed limit—the alternatives and solutions for prevention and countermeasures in reducing traffic accidents on MT. Haryono-Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta provides adequate lighting along the way and adds traffic signs before black site areas.

Abstract

At an event booth, there will undoubtedly be many visitors who will come to see the event and go around from one Booth to another. In a situation like this, the air in the booth environment will mix with visitors, from cigarette smoke to pollution outside the booth event so the air quality will be less good. Therefore, it is necessary to create an intelligent booth system to overcome pollution problems by equipping the Air Purifier at the event booth accompanied by lights, ultrasonic sensors, and mini photovoltaic. Mini photovoltaic serves as an alternative source of electrical power, supporting sensors such as ultrasonics to detect people around the Booth, humidity sensors, BH1750 light intensity sensors, voltage sensors, and lamps function as alternative lighting. Air Purifier will filter air pulsions around the event booth. This system works automatically, so it is more effective in its use

Abstract

The industry is growing rapidly, indirectly forcing business actors to pay attention to the quality of the goods they produce during the production process. Companies must maintain the quality of their products because quality affects how satisfied customers are with a product. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in steel construction and fabrication. The problems that often occur are defects such as Overlap welding defects, Porosity welding defects, and unavoidable Cutting process defects. This study aims to determine the level of damage, identify the factors that cause damage and recommend corrective actions. Statistical quality control methods are used to identify the causes of defects in the production process, with statistical tools including: check sheets, histograms, Pareto charts, Control Chart diagrams, and fishbone diagrams. The results showed that product damage or defects were within reasonable limits but corrective action was needed to reduce defects. It can be seen from the Pareto diagram that the Overlap welding defects are 37.5% more than all product defects. Proposed improvements that need to be implemented by the company are cleaning the material before welding, performing treatment on the welding wire according to the Quality Control department's recommendations, checking the machine's stability before use and carrying out machine maintenance once a week.

Abstract

Soil conditions in the Girisubo area, Gunung Kidul Regency, have low soil bearing capacity, so road infrastructure is bumpy and landslides. Therefore, the soil in the area needs to be stabilized and looking for bearing capacity of the soil before use for road subgrades. Clay can be improved by various soil improvement methods, including testing, by mixing plastic sack fiber and rice husk ash. These materials are used based on the high availability of plastic waste and rice husk waste, which are piling up every year. The additional material used was plastic sack fiber with variations of 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3% in rice husk ash variations of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% of the dry weight of the soil with the number of test objects 15 pieces. Based on the results, it found the highest CBR value change was obtained in the composition of a mixture of 0.3% plastic sack fiber and 4% rice husk ash of 18.49% and able to increase the percentage of the soil CBR value by 201.50% from the original soil value of 6,13%. Using plastic sack fiber and rice husk ash with the appropriate composition can increase the CBR value and have good quality.

Abstract

Assessing service quality is one effective strategy for staying ahead of competitors in the field of service, especially customer satisfaction. Consumers who are pleased with the services provided by a business are more inclined to return and use the services of other companies. In this study, the service quality technique is used to examine the goals or gaps that exist between consumer expectations and customer satisfaction. This service quality analysis may be used to assess the value of interest or the gap between expectations and customer satisfaction for each feature. This survey comprised 100 people who used company services between January and November of 2022. According to the study results, all attributes on each dimension have a positive gap value, suggesting that the company's services are satisfactory. According to the dimensions, responsiveness with a gap value of 0.5475, reliability with a gap value of 0.5220, tangibles with a gap value of 0.4960, assurance with a gap value of 0.4920, and empathy with a gap value of 0.4833 have the best gap to the initial rejection. The responsiveness dimension of characteristic C4, which is the availability of people necessary to execute repairs, is the most impacting part of service quality at PT. Destini Maritime Safety.

Abstract

Most humans today have used smartphones or smartphones, and besides that, humans also have pets where these pets require routine care, such as feeding the pet and others. We as humans sometimes when are not available or unable to care for our pets. Therefore the author raises the title "Automation of Animal Feeding Using Nodemcu Esp8266 and Smartphone-Based Blynk App".This research uses Research and Development methods or research and development. The source of data used in previous studies was Pet Feeder and direct observation for making the author's tool using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Based on the observation of the finished results of the tool, it was concluded that the tool can work smoothly and show results to pets in the form of regular pet feeding schedules and with the right portions.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a PT engaged in general contracting, outsourcing, trading and services. In the company there are several workers who had work accidents. According to existing data for 2021-2022 in fabrication work, most accidents are related to negligence of workers at PT. XYZ, namely in the grinding process from being cut to tripping over cables, so the authors conducted this research aiming to reduce and minimize work accidents of workers in the workplace. This research was conducted by measuring accidents in every activity at PT. XYZ. Data processing is done by calculating the level of risk assessment, then determining the level of efficiency to be achieved using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The results of the risk assessment for each job show that there is one highest level of risk, namely in the drilling section with a likelihood value of three and a severity level of four. From the results of risk control in the fabrication process, it can be carried out by means of technical control (repairing or adding technical equipment such as installation Occupational Health and Safety signs), administrative control (briefing before work, using special tools to lift materials), and using PPE. Proposed improvements that can be given are the addition of several personal protective equipment suitable for work at the fabrication site, namely the use of gloves, wearing masks, gloves, safety shoes and welding goggles.
