Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

The company is expected to be able to compete with other companies that market the same product and be able to manage the company well. Companies that are just developing need to develop service regulations to sustain companies that can compete in quality and quality. Because looking at a sale will be good if a business or concrete steps taken can reach the target and can be seen from how to move a product, whether in the form of goods or services, from producers to consumers as the target can be said that sales are one of the activities in the process of fulfilling the needs of sellers and buyers, both in cash and on credit, which companies can carry out to maintain their business so that they develop and to get the desired profit or profit. The primary purpose of sales is to bring profit or profit from the products or goods produced by the producers with good management. Conducting sales is an activity aimed at finding buyers, influencing and giving buyers so that purchases can adapt their needs to the products offered and enter into agreements offered and enter into agreements regarding prices that benefit both parties. Abstract

This study aims to determine factors such as ideal self-congruence, fashion consciousness, positive emotion, materialism, product attributes, online platform quality, and online sales promotion that affect impulsive buying behavior among Z-Generation in Batam. This study uses quantitative and qualitative method. Sampling method used is convenience sampling for quantitative and disproportionate stratified sampling for qualitative data. A total of 400 questionnaire respondents and 20 interviews which target specifically had an experience of buying fashion products through online platforms, generation Z, and live in Batam. Data analysis using regression analysis by SPSS Statistics 26. The result shows that fashion consciousness, materialism, product attributes, and online sales promotion have a significant effect on impulsive buying. This study provides a different demography compared to previous research, as people from different ages, places, and culture may behave in a different way considering their lifestyle. These can provide insight into what should attract impulsive buying behavior towards Z-Generation consumers in Batam.

Abstract

The eyes are one of the most important senses in the human body. They are used to understanding the surrounding situation so people can understand what is around them. Visual impairment is divided into two types, total blindness and low vision, depending on the degree of disability. A standard walker is a stick that helps you assess the condition of the road and the obstacles in front of you. The developing electric mobility aids are not only walking sticks. A glove-shaped walker was developed to detect objects before the tent and provide information from beeps and vibrations. Produce a walker using a visually impaired smart bracelet using sensor technology to help the blind's vigilance and mobility capable of detecting objects at a predetermined distance. The tool successfully outputs information in human voices recorded in DFPlayer Mini according to the conditions of ultrasonic sensor readings and monitoring of smart bracelets through the blynk application. Operation There are buttons used to turn the system on and off. All sensor inputs and outputs will be processed using the ESP-8266 NodeMCU. From the test results of the entire system, it can be concluded that the smart bracelet runs optimally according to the block diagram the author has compiled. Write down the conclusions of your paper and further research suggestions in the form of narratives and not in bullet or numeral form.

Abstract

Because of age or doing too many activities at home, we often forget the obligation to consume routine medications that we should take that should be scheduled and the doses that have been determined. Therefore, the author wants to develop a tool that helps us consume drugs regularly and regularly. The medicine box uses ESP32 to integrate components such as ultrasonic sensors, loadcells, RTC, sound sensors, and ESP32 modules. Ultrasonic sensors are used to open and close the medicine box automatically, loadcell sensors to find out the condition of the rest or weight of the drug in the box, and RTC sensors as a timer to schedule drug consumption set on ESP32 which will send data on drug consumption schedules, sound sensors to find out the location of the medicine box by clapping both hands so that the detector detects sound and sounds the buzzer,  ESP32 module as a microcontroller and sender of all programs that will be sent via the user's telegram application drug box.

Abstract

Semenjak masa pandemi Covid-19, dokumen seminar di Jurusan Teknik Informatika, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau beralih dari kertas ke digital berupa file PDF. Untuk membuat tanda tangan digital berbasis sertifikat, dosen menggunakan aplikasi pengolah PDF seperti Adobe Acrobat, atau aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang dikembangkan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Sayangnya, dosen-dosen yang menggunakan iPhone belum memiliki aplikasi dengan fungsionalitas serupa. Untuk mendukung transformasi digital di jurusan, perlu dirancang bangun aplikasi mobile berbasis iOS untuk tanda tangan digital. Namun demikian, bahasa pemrograman Swift tidak mendukung penandatanganan file PDF dengan sertifikat digital, dan third-party library tidak murah, sehingga penandatanganan tidak dapat dilakukan di perangkat. Oleh karena itu, dibuat suatu model sistem tanda tangan digital berbasis client-server yang memiliki layanan web agar penandatanganan dapat dilakukan di sisi server. Suatu model arsitektur dan prototipe dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP, melibatkan open source library Apache PDFBox, dikembangkan dan diuji dengan aplikasi mobile berbasis iOS yang juga dirancang bangun dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian blackbox terhadap fungsionalitas layanan web dan aplikasi mobile yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil User Acceptance Test memperlihatkan bahwa fungsionalitas yang dimiliki sistem tanda tangan digital telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze empirically the effect of product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) at the Planet 99 Celuler Unaaha store, with a total sample of 30 0 people. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Oppo cellphone at the Planet 99 Celuler Unaaha store. Product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones at the Planet 99 Cellular Unaaha store. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones at the Planet 99 Celuler Unaaha store. Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones at the Planet 99 Celuler Unaaha store, data is processed using SPSS version 26.

Abstract

A robotic arm or robotic arm is a mechanical robot that resembles a human arm programmed with functions similar to a human arm. Robotic arms are widely used in today's modern industrial world. But not many use robotic arms for purposes outside the industrial world. Robots can also be useful for the environment around us, for example, for collecting trash in the workspace. From these problems, the researcher aims to create a prototype tool for a robotic arm that automatically collects garbage objects in the workspace which has several components such as a no-touch sensor to read other sensor data, an ultrasonic sensor to read garbage objects in front of the robotic arm, a proximity sensor to function as a navigation arm. A moving robot, a load cell sensor to determine the weight of a trash object, and a 16x2 LCD to determine the battery percentage, and if the object exceeds a predetermined weight, which is less than 200 grams and functions for a temporary full trash box, the indicator is in the form of a sound buzzer that will sound.  This prototype tool can help employees clean their rooms and collect trash at work to make the workspace cleaner and more organized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality, service quality, and price effects on motorcycle purchasing decisions at P.T. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha. The population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The analytical method in this study used validity testing, reliability testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, service quality, and price simultaneously has a significant effect on the variable Decision to Purchase a Motorcycle at P.T. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha, the variable Product Quality partially has a positive and significant impact on the Decision to Purchase a Honda Motorcycle at P.T. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha, the variable Quality of Service partially has a positive and significant effect on the Motorcycle Purchase Decision variable at P.T. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha, (4) the price variable has a positive and significant impact on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at P.T. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha.

Abstract

The virtual community strategy is a marketing strategy that is interactive, inexpensive, influential, and can increase sales for e-commerce. Sociolla is the largest beauty e-commerce that has a SOCO virtual community platform. With advanced technology, SOCO's community platform has many features to encourage product and beauty-related reviews, discussions, and topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between familiarity, perceived similarity, social network, structural assurance, trust propensity, impression management, Trust in members, trust in the website, intention to get information, and repurchase intention among members of the Sociolla virtual community, who is domiciled in Jakarta. Using PLS-SEM analysis, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi have purchased on the Sociolla site in the last six months. Rust is essential because beauty products depend on each user's skin condition. This research concludes that structural assurance, trust propensity, and impression management significantly affect Trust in members. Trust propensity and impression management significantly ultimately affect the Trust in the website. Confidence in members and Trust in the website significantly positively affect the intention to get information. Trust in members and Trust in the website significantly positively affect the repurchase intention.

Abstract

Traffic lights at crossroads help regulate the flow of vehicles so they can run smoothly and avoid congestion. One of the causes of traffic congestion is a traffic control light system that is not optimal because it still uses a fixed timer system, so the lights' duration is less efficient in its application. When the green light is on, the streets are deserted. But there is a traffic jam on another road. Therefore the concept of traffic light timing needs to be developed to get efficient timing. This study aims to create a traffic light control system that uses a PIR (Passive Infrared) motion sensor and an ultrasonic sensor based on the Arduino Mega2560 microcontroller based on the congestion level. The method used in this traffic control prototype is an experimental method of reading vehicle objects mounted with PIR sensors and ultrasonic sensors. This system can detect the movement of vehicles approaching a traffic light, measure the distance between the car and the traffic light, and set the timing of the light signal according to the level of congestion detected. This system has been tested using vehicle movement simulations brought closer to the PIR and ultrasonic sensors at different distances. The test results show the system can work properly and produce the light signal according to the detected traffic conditions. For its application to traffic lights in the future, it is feasible to help the traffic unit.
