Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current employment situation in Palalawan Regency as well as estimates of future visits from the demand side and availability. Research locations covering 12 Districts as well as existing companies in Pelalawan District. Methods of data collection used are interviews, seeking and observation. They are analyzed by using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and discrepancy analysis. The result of the study shows that during the period 2009 - 2013 population growth rate is at 4.46%, employment growth rates in the range of 4:30%, economic growth rates in the range of 5.50% and employment growth approximately 4.47%. The study recommends a policy of employment in the sector of economic, social, culture, territory, potential sectors of agriculture, plantation, fishery and animal husbandry, mining and energy, and the education sector.

Abstract

The study of educators the perspective of al-Qur’an extremely unique and exciting, it has its own urgenitas identity that can assemble with noble character educators. There is no holy book, and no is the theory that any one can deliver the ideal educator, except holy book al-Qur’an. Al-qur’an gives the role of humans as Abdullah and khalifatullah fi al-ard, in order to bothroles were implemented, people need education. Education can be implemented through the educator’s role as a cleric, al-mudararis, al-muallim, al-murshid, almurabbiy, al-cleric, nad syarih (pensyarah). Terms of educators who use islam is not only synonym ous terms, but has the identity of the ideal educator, he has significance and must be updated in order to bequeath tamaddun Islam, which form a civil society. The nature of educators that can bequeath a civilization that values akhlaqi,convey its mission to rahmatan li al-‘alamin. Abstract

Education is a tool for transferring the norms of society, knowledge and human capabilities, as well as a tool to assess and convey ideas and new values, including values and norms of gender. Know to have been a lot of gender inquality in society wich is assumed to arise because there is a gender bias in education. Including religious education. As an example of gender bias in te curriculum of the Islamic religion including the material about the origin of human events, the obligation to pray in congregation, the provisions of polygamy, the fungtions of husband and wife in munakahat. In an effort to realize the nature of religious understanding of gender, it is appropriate necessary revisions to matters of gender bias in text books Islamic Religion. It should be all parties, especially the author and editor of books on the fact that the existing curriculum is not gender neutral. Meanwhile, for teachers of religion claimed to be mor critical and sensitive in the review and examine all matters realting to gender ineguality in the learning process taking place in ther daily work

Abstract

Contructivism is a learning model that emphasizes the recent activity of students in each interaction can be instructive to explore and discover his own knowledge. The flow of this constuctivism, in the study of science education is growing stream of theoretical cognitive psychology tha emphasizes the student to able to play an ative role in discovering new knowledge. Constructivism assumes that all learners ranging from child hood to college to have an idea or knowledge about the environment and events (symptoms) that occur in the surrounding environment, although this idea or knowledge often contructivism always retain this naïve idea or knowledge of the firm, because ideas or knowledge related to the idea or other knowledge in the form of sechemata (cognitive structures/knowledge). Learning constriktivism possible to provide better space for the involvement of students in the class room, to explore and dig deeper into the beauty and potential ability and behavior of a more open attitude.

Abstract

Egypt and India are the two centers of world civilization that gave birth to philosophical thought and tamaddun. These two areas have ecperienced ups and downs and ups and downs, both when standing alone or when colonized by foreign nations. Such conditions would have different impacts, both positive and negative. Negative aspects of giving birthor in children’s mental colony complex lander. While the positive aspects of growing patriotic souls among his people. It is natural that these two regions spemd a lot of great characters, among them Muhammad ‘Abduh and Ahmad Khan. Both these figures are considered a corner stone for the renewal of Islam in their respective continents. There are similarities but also many differences in principle between the two thoughts. Event intellectuals often assume both the Muslims and the west are at a parallel. Is it true? So this study tries to analyze the two men thought of the aspects of similarities and differences to answer all the doubts and confusion that ever existed.
