Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research studies the correlation among Leadership,  Communication and  Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau . This Research was done during 4 ( six) months included design, executing and report the result.The research of this case study aims to know the correlation among  Leadership Comunication and Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau either through parsial and also together. The population In this research are the officer at Govermance. Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau , totally 34 people.Keywords : Communication, Leadership and Motivation Officer Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the effect of the reduction in fuel subsidies or subsidized fuel price increase the consumption pattern of low-income households, medium and high in the city of Palembang. Rising fuel prices, led to declining real incomes of households that ultimately every household will adjust their consumption patterns on the type of food and non-food. Changes in consumption patterns of food to non-food indicates a decrease levels of household welfare. The method used to obtain primary data is done by simple random sampling method is sampling with every element in the population has an equal chance of being selected into the sample of primary data in the form of questionnaires were collected by in-depth interviews (depth interview) in the group of households that group of low-income households to obtain more specific information in order to answer the research problem. While secondary data mainly comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in order to complete the Primary or comparison of data obtained. Processing the data using SPSS version 17 by first testing the validity and reliability of the data used before and after the increase in fuel prices. The results showed that the low-income community was hit hard by rising fuel prices. The result is a substitution effect where there is a change in the pattern of consumption of non-food consumption into food consumption as a result of rising the fuel price Key Word: consumption patterns, consumption of food, consumption of non- food

Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship development has become a national issue, because it is believed entrepreneurship is the key to a number of desirable social outcomes, including reducing unemployment. One of the causes of high unemployment I Indonesia due to lack of entrepreneurial intentions, especially among students of fact in order to stimulate the economy is strong, it takes at least 2% of the population who have an entrepreneurial spirit. The reality in Indonesia there are about 1% of the population are self-employed.This study will be made by using the Theory of Planned Behaviour approach (TPB). This behavior theory is closely related to aspects of entrepreneurship motivation. This means that entrepreneurship can be learned and mastered. Entrepreneurship can be a job and a career choice for college graduates, if the student's self there is no intention and motivation to become a entrepreuneur.             This study will be conducted over six months in Palembang, from April 2014 through October 2014 and will examine the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions Palembang students that attitude, subjective norm and selfcontrol. From the research that has been conducted on a sample of 100 students PTS Palembang, can be of value in the following regression:             Y = 11.435 + 0.271 + 0.227 X1 X2 X3 + 0.215 + e Constant of 11.435 states that if there is no increase in the variable Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control then Intention Entrepreneurship remains at 11.435 a balanced unit, while the view that the regression coefficient of 0.271 attitude variables, Subjective Norms of Behavior Control of 0.227 and 0.215 means that the tendency the projected changes between variables Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control for Entrepreneurship intensity variable indicates that any change or improvement of variables Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control at 100% then also lead to an increase in the variable intensity of Entrepreneurship at 27.1%, 22.7% and 21.5%.             While the magnitude of correlation (R) variable Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control for Enterprise intensity of 0.621 means that showed a very strong correlation and positive (unidirectional) amounted to 62.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not diteliti.sebesar 37, 9%. Key Words: subjective norm, behavior control, intention entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract A thriving business world in Indonesia increasingly heavy in the position as the industry and employers in dealing with other industry competitors. Strategies and appropriate consideration should be owned businesses in the face of competition .PT  Raden  Gempita Travel and Tour l is one of the travel agencies in Palembang in marketing their products PT Raden Gempita Tour and Travel using the marketing mix strategy which consists of product, price, promotion, place, people, procces, physical evidence. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the marketing strategy services using the marketing mix variables were performed by the company to increase sales of tourism services. Result  of research shows that; The first, from the aspect of promotion lowest level according to 51.84% of respondents Raden Gempita Tour and Travel is still not optimal in promoting the product, this is due to the ineffectiveness of the distribution of brochures, advertisements either by newspaper, television, the Internet or in the form of billboards , Both companies can use the model of growth through horizontal integration strategy for the control of competitors. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how to predict corporate bankruptcy using a Z Score and to determine whether partially or simultaneously variables Working Capital / Total Assets, Retained Earnings / Total Assets, Earnings Before Interest and Taxes / Total Assets, Stock Market Value / Total Payable and Sales / Total Assets significant effect on profitability (return on equity). This information is useful for management and creditors in making decisions.       The data used in this study is the Financial Statements period ended 31 December 2007- December 31, 2012 Transportation Services Industry Sub-Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange with a population of 25 companies and a sample obtained by using purposive sampling technique which amounts to 9 companies. Model analysis using the equation Z Score by category value Z score: Z <1.8       (: Bankrupt), 1.8 <Z <2.99 (: Grey) and Z> 2.99 (: Not Bankrupt) and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0.       The results showed that: 1). On the average of the years 2007-2012 the value of Z Score of -1.2 categorized Bankrupt. However, if there are several companies partially as: PT Tanah Laut Tbk from years 2009-2011 and PT Entris Multi Pratama Tbk in 2012 categorized Not Bankrupt. 2). Partially Working Capital / Total Assets  variables, Earnings Before Interest and Tax / Total Assets  and the Stock Market Value / Total Debt  significantly affect the profitability (return on equity). While Retained Earnings / Total Assets variable and Sales / Total Assets  does not significantly affect the profitability of the Company, so that the first hypothesis is not proven. 3). Simultaneously all independent variables studied are significantly affect the profitability of the Company, meaning that the second hypothesis is proven. 4). Stock Market Value / Total Debt  variable is a variable that has dominant influence on the profitability of the Company, not Working Capital / Total Assets variables as previously thought, meaning that the third hypothesis is not proven. 5). The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 59.40%, meaning that there are other variables that affect the profitability of the Company amounted to 40.60% more that have not been studied. Key Word : Z Score, Profitability,Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and identify how much influence the health and safety of employees can affect the productivity of work. The sample used in this study is saturated sample by using the entire population employed about 49 people were used as the respondents, with data collection questionnaires, by using variable research is Health, Safety, Productivity . Data validity was tested using Pearson product moment correlation, and fatherly test level using Cronbach Alpha reliability with, then the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test with significance level of 5%. Researchers using SPSS Version 16. tools for Windows. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational health (X1) and Safety (X2) has an influence on employee work productivity (Y). from the calculation of the F test, it can be seen that the F test (25.507)> F table (3,19). So Ha which says there is a significant effect of occupational health and safety of employees working on productivity. Results of tests performed with partial regression analysis occupational health variables (X1) has t X1 3.017> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is significant influence by the occupational health variables (X1) of the Work Productivity of employees. (Y). Safety variables (X2) has t X2 3.364> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is a significant influence by the variable Safety (X2) of the Work Productivity employees of PT Sekawan Kontrindo Palembang (Y). This means health variables (X1) and Safety (X2) significantly influence labor productivity. See from these results that the health and safety it is necessary to increase employment in the company. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find the factors that affect customer satisfaction with coffee in Palembang and know the level of customer satisfaction with coffee consumed in Palembang. The research was conducted in Palembang which took place in two places,  JM Supermarket cabang Kenten and Diamond Supermarket determined by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect customer satisfaction with coffee that is based on the results of a factor analysis of the packaging,  brand factors, aroma factors, price factors ,   factors of motivating and  perception. The level of customer satisfaction with coffee in the city of Palembang is, of the 45 respondents, 19 (42.22%) were very satisfied, 15 people (33.33%) were satisfied and 11 (24.45%) were not satisfied . Keywords : consumer satisfaction, coffee, brand,aroma, price, motivating,and perception.

Abstract

The following research investigates the effects of Earnings Manipulation risk and Corporate Governance Risk on audit planning. Audit planning, followed by well-executed and well-implemented corporate governance, should reduce earnings manipulation risk.Population of this research is auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Palembang. Questionnaires are used as main method for collecting data. Multiple regression is used for analysis. The data for this research is obtained from a group of auditors who work in public accounting firm located in Palembang.The result of this research shows that earnings manipulation risk significantly and positively affects audit planning and Corporate Governance risk significantly and positively affects audit planning. In other words, earnings manipulation risk and corporate governance risk mutually affect audit planning in significant and positive manner. Keywords: earnings manipulation, corporate governance, and audit planning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study basically discusses the implementation of the Social and Environmental Accounting as a Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Social and Environmental Accounting as a Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang.               Implementation of corporate social responsibilit, Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang can be said has been good to be divided into two usage. For the Partnership Program and Community Development made Statements of Financial Position and separate Program Activity Report with the Financial Statements of the Company. For its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang seen from the post Expense Community Development (ComDev) in the Income Statement are classified in the Other Expenses. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang also reveal the activities of social responsibility that a Sustainability Report in narrative form, because it's social responsibility does not have control of the company and indeed the position is outside the company's operations, and not has a significant influence on the company for the purpose of PT. Pertamina (Persero) carry out its social responsibility is to meet the existing regulations, to improve the image, quality and productivity, reduce the cost of risk on the company's operations, lowering stress, and increase customer loyalty. Keyword : Social and Environmental Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility
