This study uses a descriptive method that aims to provide an accurate picture of the material and the observed phenomena. Subjects in this study were 28 Bandar Lampung SMP teachers either certified or not certified with a sample of 42 people. Data collection using questionnaire technique. The results were analyzed using t-test and the percentage formula. the results showed that the performance of teachers who have been certified tend to be better than the performance of teachers who have not certified that can be seen from the percentages. in both categories of teachers who have been certified performance greater than the performance of teachers who have not been certified that 67% of teachers who have been certified and 53% for teachers who are not certified teachers, while for the medium category which has been certified by 15% and certified teachers who have not 20% then to bad category as much as 18% for teachers who have been certified and 27% for teachers who have not been certified. Based on statistical calculations there is a comparison between the performance of teachers who are certified and non certified in the implementation of learning with t count t table that is equal to 97.33 2.02.Keywords: certification, teacher performance, implementation of learning

The purpose of this research is to discover and explain the factors determining the formation of social empathy among students of SMP Negeri 1 Abung North West Lampung school year 2012/2013. This research uses descriptive method, the subject under study is a class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 West Abung learners totaling 240 people. Samples taken 10% or 24 students. Data collection used was a questionnaire, which is supported by interviews and documentation. While to analyze the data using a percentage formula. The results that the internal factors determining the formation of social empathy among students of SMP Negeri 1 Abung North West Lampung regency school year 2012/2013 based on calculations at the high category as much as 70.83%, external factors determining the formation of a family social empathy in students is the category of being as much as 50%, external factors determining the formation of peer social empathy in class VII student at West Junior High School 1 Abung school year 2012/2013 at the high category as much as 66.76%. This suggests that intense and external factors determining the formation of social empathy class VII student at West Junior High School 1 Abung North Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013.Keywords: Social Empath

The purpose of this study to explain the difficulties teachers in implementing the thematic learning in the classroom and then provide a solution to the teachers, especially in elementary school 3 Haji Pemanggilan to implement thematic learning in classes I-III. This research uses descriptive method, the research subjects all teacher in elementary school state 3 Haji Pemanggilan.Techniques of data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that; on indicator of knowledge factor they know but do not understand the concept of thematic learning and its sub-indicators, it is shown by the percentage of 80% of respondents.By 10% of respondents already and understand the concept of thematic learning, and 10% of respondents lack knowledge and understanding about the concept of thematic learning.Then on indicator of interest and willingness factor is as much as 60% of respondents have an interest and willingness in the medium category, and even 30% of respondents can be said to have a low interest and willingness, and only 10% of respondents who have a high interest and willingness.In addition, the indicators of carrying capacity is as much as 40% of respondents said that the carrying capacity of the thematic learning has not been adequate in the several themes of learning, even 50% of respondents said that the carrying capacity of the thematic learning is inadequate and only 10% of respondents who said that the carrying capacity in thematic learning was adequate. Based on the research concluded that the respondent had difficulty in the implementation of thematic learning as influenced by several factors, such as knowledge about the concept of thematic learning, low interest and willingness to understand the concept of thematic learning, inadequate carrying capacity, and socialization are less of education office.

The problem in this research is factors that cause the low interest in learning Al-Qur’an of students in junior high school state 1 Braja Selebah East Lampung district academic year 2012/2013. The purpose in this research is to analyze and find factors that cause the low interest in learning Al-Quran of students in junior high school state 1 Braja Selebah East Lampung district. This research using descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research are students of junior high school state 1 Braja Selebah East Lampung district who get grades C and D. The sample of this research are thirty two students in junior high school state 1 Braja Selebah that choosed by Porpotional Stratified Random Sampling technique. This research using basic technique is questionnaire, support technique in this research are interviews and documentation. Reliability test questionnaire using product moment and data analysis using interval and presentation.This research get the results that factors cause the low interest in learning Al-Qur’an of students in junior high school state 1 Braja Selebah are individual factors, family behavioral, peer and environmental society.Keywords: Learning Quran with variables is factors that cause the low interest in learningQur'an.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the students' perceptions of politeness etiquette in communicating with students and student teachers with students during the learning process Civics. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with a population of 35 students. Data analysis using the percentage. Based on the analysis of the data it can be seen that the students' perceptions of politeness etiquette in communicating the learning process from the Marketing Civics class XI students with teacher indicators have unfavorable category. While the indicators of students with students having no good category. And based on the analysis of the overall data have unfavorable category, This shows that the civilized politeness in communication are at levels less good at learning civics class XI SMK PGRI 1 Marketing in Central Lampung Punggur Academic Year 2012/2013. The implementation of this research was meant to explain the influence of self control and family environment against moral degradation at the age of schools in MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Kaliawi Tanjungkarang Pusat Bandar Lampung academic years 2012-2013. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive correlational. Population in this research is students mts nahdlatul ulama tanjungkarang lampung academic year 2012 / 2013 with the number of 66 people of respondents as sample of the population with the number of 30 people. Data in this research are collected through questionnaire, and documentation. the engineering data analysis using formulas a coefficient contingency or chi quadrat. The result showed that: (1) there are the influence of self-control against moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Tanjungkarang academic year 2012-2013. The influence of self-control against moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII was in the category of strong. (2) there are environmental influences families to moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Tanjungkarang academic year 2012-2013. The aims of this research was to explain the correlation of ability opinion suggested about right and duty of student in the school with violation of a rule in Junior hight School 20 Bandar Lampung on 2012/2013. Method used correlational research. Sample was 21 persons. Data analyses used Chi Quadrate. Research result showed that: (1) correlation of ability opinion suggested about right and duty of student in the school (X) dominant on able enough category or 66,67%, (2) violation of a rule (Y) dominant on light category or 47,62%, (3) research result showed that there was positive, significant correlation and high bounded between correlation of ability opinion suggested about right and duty of student in the school with violation of a rule it means that if ability opinion suggested about right and duty of student in the school was more able, so violation of a rule of student was light. The implementation of this research was meant to explain the influence of study result of the Civic education on the application of the value character students In The Class XI State Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive correlational. Population in this research is the students class XI Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah academic year 2012/2013. Data collected through questionnaire in this research and documentation, the engineering data analysis using formulas correlation product moment. The result showed that there are the influence of study result of the Civic education on the application of the value character students In The Class XI In The State Senior High School 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah academic year 2012/2013. The influence of study result of the education Civic on the application of the value character of students in the school class XI was in the category of very strong. This would mean higher study result of the obtained of students in the subject Civic hence the higher education also the level of the application of the value character of a student XI in the school. The purpose of the research is to reveal the breakdown of the valgus material presented with material in question teachers LKS and reveals the impact of the alignment of bio-material presented with material about the teacher in the learning achievements against LKS In Grade VII in the MTs Al-Muhajirun, Ketapang, Lampung Regency South in the lessons of 2012/2013. The methods used in this study is the method descriptions, with data sources 6 people including 5 pupils and one teacher and 30 students for achievement test. Engineering data collection using subject interview, documentation and tests. Data analysis using qualitative analysis Based on the study results were obtained: 1. most discrepancies description material presented with material in question teachers LKS, because there is a problem in this matter is not described LKS guru, and there is also a description of the material that described the teacher is not in the matter of LKS. 2. There are differences impact description material presented with material about the teacher in the learning achievements against LKS PKn. This means getting lazy students seek additional material from other sources then his achievements are getting lower. This study aims to (1) Determine the role of scouting activities in improving the independence of students in Senior High School 1 Sumberejo, (2) Knowing the role of scouting activities in improving the independence of students in SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo. Method used descriptive quantitative. Sample was 30 persons. Data analyses used Chi Quadrate. Research result showed that: (1) The role of scouting activities to improve students'self in Senior High School 1 Sumberejo on the calculation results of the study revealed that there is a positive and powerful category of closeness between the role of scouting activities to increase student independence. (2) The role of scouting activities to improve student responsibility performed in Senior High School 1 Sumberejo on the calculation results of the study revealed that there is a positive and powerful category of closeness between the role of scouting activities to enhance the student's responsibility. This shows that the scouting activity has a strong role in increasing independence and responsibility in class XI student of Senior High School 1 Sumberejo school year 2012/2013.
