Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of career development on employee loyalty in the Supply Chain Division of PT PINDAD Bandung. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Data obtained for this study by distributing questionnaires with 20 questions to 37 respondents. Data processing using SPSS V25. With the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test research stated that career development has an influence of 45.6% on employee loyalty and 54.4% influenced by other factors. While the results of the Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test areVariable Y Employee Loyalty has a fixed value of 16.533 and the regression coefficient value of Variable X Career Development is 0.706, meaning that if variable X Career Development increases by 1 (one) value, then Variable Y Employee Loyalty increases by 0.706. Then the company needs to pay attention to employees who have underdeveloped careers, because it can affect employee loyalty to the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), and size on company value (PBV), partially and simultaneously. Data processing in this research uses quantitative data analysis and uses SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The sample in this research is industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 31 companies during the 2020-2022 period. The research results show that Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Size together or simultaneously influence company value (PBV). Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). Return on Assets (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). Size has a negative and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). And the Return On Assets (ROA) variable is the dominant variable.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran tentunya memerlukan sarana dan prasarana guna mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih baik, salah satunya dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Seiring perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi, penggunaan media pembelajaran perlu disesuaikan dan diperhatikan lagi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan iSpring Suite 11 pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Akuntansi untuk kelas X, mengetahui kelayakan media yang dikembangkan, serta mengetahui respons peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan.     Dalam penelitian ini model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE dengan tahapan analisis (analisis), desain (desain), pengembangan (pengembangan), implementasi (implementasi), dan evaluasi (evaluasi). Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dilakukan telah dan validasi terlebih dahulu oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, serta ahli media. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba terbatas pada 20 peserta didik kelas X Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMK Negeri di Surabaya.     Hasil validasi ahli diperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan rata-rata presentase kelayakan untuk ahli materi sebesar 91,88%, presentase kelayakan untuk ahli bahasa sebesar 96,36%, serta presentase kelayakan untuk ahli media sebesar 94%. Sedangkan untuk respon peserta didik diperoleh kriteria sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 97,98%. Dengan demikian diperoleh hasil akhir bahwa produk media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan iSpring Suite 11 sangat layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran dengan rata-rata kelayakan ≥ 61%.Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, iSpring Suite 11 , Dasar-Dasar Akuntansi

Abstract

Currently there is more and more competition from small businesses. Especially in businesses that sell similar products. This is a threat for small business owners that must be acted upon immediately because it will affect the survival of their business. So business owners must be smarter in determining the selling price for their business products. Before determining the selling price, business owners must calculate the total cost of production first. The aim of this researcher is to analyze the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method to determine the selling price for the UMKM Nurul cookies and bakery, Dukuharum village, Megaluh sub-district, Jombang regency. To be more conducive, this researcher used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data source uses data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is the calculation of the cost of production using the company method to produce IDR 22,590,000. Meanwhile, calculating the cost of production using the full costing method produces IDR 27,519,000. To calculate the selling price using the company method it produces IDR 2,000. Meanwhile, the selling price calculation using the full costing method is Rp. 2,500. Because the calculation uses a calculation method that does not take into account costs that should be included in the detailed calculation of the cost of production, namely labor costs, fixed factory overhead costs such as water and electricity costs and other depreciation costs. Meanwhile, calculating the cost of production using the full costing method calculates all costs in detail.Keywords: Cost of Production, Full Costing Method, Selling Price.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology necessitates a transformation in learning approaches, including in Digital Economics courses. However, the available instructional media have not fully addressed students' needs in understanding technology-based economic concepts. This study aims to analyze the need for developing interactive e-module–based learning media in digital economics to enhance students’ economic literacy. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 20 students from the Economic Education Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro who had previously completed the Digital Economics course. The data were collected using a student questionnaire focused on their expectations regarding e-module features, covering eight key indicators. The results show that most students expect learning media to be interactive, user-friendly, visually appealing, and integrated with real-world digital economic practices. These findings highlight the urgency of developing adaptive interactive e-modules that align with the characteristics of the digital generation and support active learning processes. The study concludes that students have high expectations for the presence of digital economics learning media capable of enhancing economic literacy and overall learning engagement.
