Abstract

loan shark services being commonly seen in traditional markets. The offer of loan shark financial services in the form of easy loans has made many traders easily tempted to take express loans without thinking about the impact. This impact starts from high loan interest, which causes the borrower to have difficulty repaying loan funds. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the formation of cooperatives and the strategy of managing market cooperatives in reducing dependence on traders in traditional markets using loan shark services. The research approach uses qualitative narrative by describing the history of the formation of market cooperatives to the cooperative manager's strategy in attracting traders who for years have used loan shark services to cover all funding needs. The results showed that the formation of a market cooperative was due to the demands of the Probolinggo district government where every market was required to have a cooperative. With courage, honesty and strong determination, cooperative managers believe they can develop cooperatives to eliminate moneylender transactions among traders. Meanwhile, the strategy used is in the form of a familial approach with trust capital among the Bayeman Market traders who are members of the market association organization. Research suggestions for the Probolinggo Regency government through the information on the results of this study can provide real support for policies to develop market cooperatives such as those that have been formed according to the initial commitment.Keywords: : market cooperatives; minimize bank tithil

Abstract

Good teaching and learning activities are teaching and learning activities that are not monotonous and saturating, because when learning is needed an atmosphere that provides comfort for learning so that students' minds stay focused, they also remain eager to continue learning, especially learning economic literacy. This study aims to determine the role of art appreciation as a negative reinforcement in increasing the enthusiasm of learning economic literacy of students during teaching and learning activities. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources of this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data from observations and interviews, while secondary data is documentation (in the form of photographs). The participants of this research were level 2A students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP Swadaya Gunung Jati University, who took 26 Kapita Selekta courses in Economic Education. Data analysis was performed qualitatively, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that negative reinforcement that is positive, namely punishment with art appreciation can increase the enthusiasm of learning economic literacy of students, can also provide opportunities for students to appear in front of the class in order to hone and develop their talents and interests in poetry as well as singing, even if only on a scale The conclusion of this research is the appreciation of art, boredom and boredom that afflict students can be overcome. It only depends on the lecturer, when the right time for art appreciation is done while studying. Art appreciation is chosen because everyone likes and loves art, especially music. In this way, in addition to the punishment given can entertain and create a pleasant learning atmosphere, it can also hone the talents and interests of student art that are rarely displayed in public, especially in front of classmates and lecturers. Keywords: Art appreciation, enthusiasm for learning, economic literacy.

Abstract

This research is motivated because poverty is one of the economic problems experienced in every country including Indonesia, Indonesia as one of the largest Muslim countries actually has one solution in alleviating poverty, namely zakat. Zakat if managed optimally is expected to be able to eliminate the gap between people who have excess assets and people who still need one of the indicators by increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) which in turn can have an effect on efforts to reduce poverty levels. The research method used is the Anylisis data panel where samples were taken as many as 12 provinces in Indonesia for 7 years starting from 2012 to 2017. The results of the study show that zakat has an effect on reducing the level of poverty in Indonesia. Keywords: Human Development Index, Poverty, Zakat

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the closeness of the relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects (PKWU) and Entrepreneurial Interest in class XI students of SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Research problems, namely; Is there a relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects with Entrepreneurship Interest in Class XI Students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang? The research method is a quantitative method with the type of correlation research. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation and questionnaires with Likert scale guidelines. The results showed that the average score of students in the subject of Craftsmanship and Entrepreneurship (X) was 84.75 in the "Good" category and the average results of the questionnaire on entrepreneurship interest (Y) was 84.86% in the "Very Interested" category. Hypothesis test results obtained t count (7,199) > t table (1,666) and the significance test there is a significant relationship between the subject of Craft and Entrepreneurship with the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang by 39% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Craft and Entrepreneurship Subject and Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pringsewu Regency is an office that handles population fields such as making e-KTP, Family Cards (KK), Child Identity Cards (KIA), and Birth Certificates. In carrying out its duties as a public servant, this service does not yet have a system that can be used online so that people whose homes are far from the office experience problems in receiving these services, not to mention the requirements for making population administration sometimes not yet known by the public. This limitation makes researchers want to create a system that can be used by the community without having to come directly to the Disdukcapil office. The existence of this system is expected to help Disdukcapil employees in providing their services without being constrained by distance and time. The population data m-government (mobile government) system can be used as a source of information for both Pringsewu residents and residents outside Pringsewu regarding the terms and conditions in making population administration by simply accessing information / services by mobile.Keywords: system, m-government, population data, Department of Population and Civil Registration

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews at SMAN 1 Lembang, learning that is usually applied by Economics Subject teachers so far using the expository method is carried out face-to-face in the classroom with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure, where learning is teacher-centered, passive students, and less involved in learning. This causes students to experience burnout which results in a lack of interest and learning independence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blended learning assisted by google classroom on the creative thinking skills and independent learning of students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection instrument used an essay test with 15 questions and a questionnaire of 20 questions. The sampling technique of this research was carried out by means of cluster random sampling. Hypothesis testing using independent t-test. Abstract

This research is related to the management of Village Funds in Magetan District, Magetan Regency which focuses on the impact of Village Fund management on community empowerment. This study aims to examine the management of Village Funds and how it impacts in the field of community empowerment in Magetan District, Magetan Regency, fiscal year 2019. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the management of the Village Fund in the 2019 fiscal year is managed in accordance with applicable regulations. The impact of the Village Fund on community empowerment is that it has a "positive" impact, where the absorption of the Village Fund realization reaches an average of 77% to 100%. In Magetan District, Magetan Regency, the use of Village Funds is prioritized for the development sector and the community empowerment sector. However, the use of the Village Fund for community empowerment only reaches 10% of its total revenue, in which the Village Fund focuses more on the development of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Empowerment; Public; Village Fund

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations of entrepreneurial values at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak class X students still have many learning outcomes that have not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The learning outcomes of students who have not completed with the number of students are 17 percentages 56.07%, who achieve learning completeness and are categorized as complete with the number of students 13 percentages 43.33%, while the minimum completeness value (KKM) class X marketing SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak In entrepreneurship lessons is 75. Alternatives to improve student learning outcomes are used the cooperative learning model type make a match, in connection with this problem the formulation of the problem is: "is there an effect of using the make a match type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of students in class X marketing even semester of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak for 2019/2020 academic year ". The results of the analysis of the calculation of t count and t table above means that it is known that t count> t table. It can be seen in list G, on the significant list 5%, namely 4.69> 1.70 and at the 1% significant level, namely 4.69> 2.47, thus the hypothesis reads: there is a positive effect using the cooperative learning model make a match Regarding entrepreneurial learning outcomes in X grade marketing students of even semester SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak, the hypothesis is accepted, students who are said to be complete with KKM (75) after treatment are 21 students or 72.41% and students who are declared incomplete as many as 8 students or 27.59%. Therefore, to improve student learning outcomes, teachers should apply the cooperative learning model make a match type in organized learning.Keyword : Cooperative Learning, Tipe Make A Match, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The positive impact of integrating educational applications on emotions is not clearly illustrated. Empirical facts only provide a few indications that the integration of educational applications has a positive impact on participation, attention and motivation. Even though these indicators are closely related to students' emotions. Through the integration of Quizizz in learning, this study aims to describe students' emotions in responding to the integration of Quizizz in accounting class. The research was conducted on students in the first semester of the management study program who are registered and taking online lectures in cost accounting courses. The research method used was an experiment using the one-shot case study model. The results showed that students' emotions in responding to the integration of quizzes in the accounting class were described proportionally including positive and negative emotions. Emotional changes occur in three stages, namely, (1) panic, (2) pleasure and (3) boredom. Keywords: Accounting Class, Emotion, Quiziz

Abstract

Land and building tax as one of the components that supports the balance fund, which has an influence on the amount of the balance of funds that will be received by the tax producing regions. Therefore, the UN needs serious attention from local governments. More precisely in terms of handling, so that later they will be able to make a large contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD). The formulation of the problem of this research is how the performance of village officials in Land and Building Tax (PBB) services in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The research objective was to determine the performance of village officials in Land and Building Tax (PBB) services in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. This research used data collection methods by observation, interviews and documentation study. The main informants in this study were the village head, village secretary, head of planning and development, tax collection officers, and taxpayers. The data analysis used is data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. Based on research and data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) The responsiveness of the village apparatus has gone well, namely by conducting socialization to residents to provide knowledge about land and building taxes. . (2) Responsibility in managing land and building tax funds is the Village Head, Village Treasurer/ Head of Finance, then Pak RT. (3) Accountability carried out by the village apparatus, namely by collecting land and building taxes from the residents then the funds are sent to the central government, from the center down to the villages in the form of direct assistance.Keywords: Land and Building Tax (PBB) Service, Village Apparatus Performance
