Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal selling dan Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang di peroleh dari penelitian lapangan melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Dari hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan melalui persamaan regresi linear berganda, diperoleh :  Y = 10,436 + 0,400X1 + 0,455X2 . Artinya bila personal selling meningkat satu satuan maka keputusan pembelian akan meningkat sebesar 0,400  dan bila merek naik sebesar satu satuan maka keputusan pembelian akan meningkat sebesar 0,455 satuan dengan asumsi faktor lain tetap. Hasil analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan hasil  t hitung variabel personal selling (X1) adalah 6,576 > dari t tabel yaitu 1,661 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < dari 0,05 dapat di simpulkan bahwa variabel personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai t hitung variabel merek adalah 8,255> dari t tabel yaitu 1,661 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai F hitung (57,445) > (F tabel 3,09), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan  personal selling dan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan kriteria tersebut maka hipotesis diterima. Pada uji Determinasi R2 diperoleh nilai R squere = 0,553, artinya 55,3% variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh personal selling dan merek dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil diatas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa personal selling dan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tupperware pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan. Kata kunci: Personal Selling, Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of bankruptcy which uses a model Altman Z-Score 1983 once studied the effect of variable ratio of Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Debt (X4), and Sales to Total Assets (X5) against bankruptcy for companies that went bankrupt or for companies that are not bankrupt by the number of samples (purposive sampling as a sampling technique ) as many as 15 companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial ratios Altman model to explain the companys financial condition foods and beverages as a first step in anticipation of bankruptcy. The analysis method in this research is to perform calculations using the Altman Z-Score Revised (1983) and multinomial logit analysis. Testing is done with the first models prerequisite analysis, testing normality with the overall result is a variable based test One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicated that the model in an abnormal position with evidence of significant data α > 0.05. Second, the test results with the results multikolinieritas with VIF < 10 and the tolerance level of > 0.1 indicates that our model is free from the problems of multicollinearity. This is consistent with the assumption multinomial logit analysis that does not require the classical assumption that multinomial logit analysis can proceed. The results of this study are the calculations that have been done, that there are 10 companies in the category of Grey Area and 5 companies in the category is not bankrupt. Seen as a whole has a classification of 95%, while the remaining 5% indicates that bankruptcy is explained by other variables other than those examined in this study In this study the variable ratio of Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Debt and Sales to Total Assets have influence significantly to the bankruptcy analysis. So that this research model is Z-Score = Ln (P1/P0) = -149.589 + 117,603BVEBVD + 33,029STA and Z-Score = Ln (P2/P0) = -117.301 + 111,623BVEBVD + 21,657STA Keywords: Bankruptcy, Multinomial Logit Analysis, Financial Ratios Altman Z-Score Model Of Revision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Incentives and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan. The research was conducted on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan with a population of as many as 40 people with using total sampling. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to a sample (respondents) and collect them again. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data were regressed in the first test of association between the independent variable data to test for normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity. To determine the contribution of factor incentives and discipline to employee performance used formula coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed obtained that by the regression equation Y = 6,505 + 0,532 X1 + 0,247 X2+ e. And showed that  simultaneous incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan, where the value of F count = 15,215 > F table = 3,24 with level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0,451 means that the influence of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan 45,1% and the remining 54,9% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan.            Keywords: Incentives, Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Banyak sekali factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan.Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan adalah gaji, pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh gaji , pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Medan. Karyawan yang di teliti adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada Bank Tersebut,Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data dengan regresi didapatkan bersamaan Y = 9604 + 0.036 + 0.396 x1 x2 + x3 + e 0.315 Hal ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada pengaruh gaji, pengembangan karir dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara bersama – sama kepada produktivitas karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaji, Pengembangan Karir, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor – faktor produksi (Luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal) terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Tupak Raja Kecamatan Gunung Sitember Kabupaten Dairi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua petani pemilik lahan jagung di Desa Tupak Raja Kecamatan Gunung Sitember Kabupaten Dairi yang berjumlah 103 petani jagung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,864 + 0,426 X1 + 0,142 X2 + 0,460 X3 + e. Nilai konstanta 0,864 diasumsikan jika tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor produksi, maka pendapatan petani tetap sebesar 0,864. Koefisien regresi luas lahan (X1) sebesar 0,426 menyatakan setiap ada peningkatan luas lahan 1 Ha akan mempengaruhi pendapatan petani sebesar 0,426. Koefisien regresi tenaga kerja (X2) sebesar 0,142 artinya apabila petani menambah 1 tenaga kerja maka akan meningkatkan pendapatan petani sebesar 0,142. Koefisien regresi modal (X3) sebesar 0,460 artinya jika modal bertambah 1 rupiah, maka akan mempengaruhi pendapatan sebesar 0,460. Koefisien Determinasi (adjust R Square) sebesar 0,715 artinya bahwa besarnya pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Tupak Raja Kecamatan Gunung Sitember Kabupaten Dairi sebesar 71,5% dan sisanya 28,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh thitung  X1 (3.141), X2 (2.011), X3 (4.113) dengan p<0,05, maka hipotesis diterima yang artinya bahwa luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Tupak Raja Kecamatan Gunung Sitember Kabupaten Dairi. Dari Uji F diperoleh Fhitung  > Ftabel  (38.455 > 3,19)  dengan level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005 yang berarti bahwa variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal secara bersama – sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Tupak Raja Kecamatan Gunung Sitember Kabupaten Dairi. Kata Kunci : Luas Lahan, Tenaga Kerja, Modal, Pendapatan

Abstract

Human resources or employee is the main driver of the success of a company that needs special attention from the company so that employees can work more diligently in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The study population was all employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch karyawanya number reached 73 (seventy-three). The samples used total sampling so that the sample drawn from the entire population. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires in the study sample, amounting to 73 respondents. The test used is the quality of the test data and test the classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test and the partial test. The result showed that simultaneous leadership and motivational variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch, where the F count> F table or 16.196 > 3.128 with a level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0.316 means that the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch 31.6% and the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. It is expected that the people at the at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch further enhance the leadership and motivation so that employees work even harder to compete and will automatically improve its performance in the company.                           Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor produksi lahan, tenaga kerja dan  modal terhadap pendapatan petani tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan untuk mengetahui faktor produksi  mana yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari sebanyak 235 orang dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui uji validitas dari setiap soal pertanyaan adalah valid. Teknik analisis data adalah menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh faktor lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal terhadap pendapatan petani tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji F dan uji T. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yang diajukan sebelumnya diterima. Kata Kunci: Lahan, Tenaga Kerja, Modal dan Pendapatan

Abstract
