Abstract

ABSTRAKPendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas tersebut dilakukan dalam tiga siklus penelitian. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa Kelas VII MTs N Tebing Tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis paragraf siswa, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas paragraf yang dihasilkan. Bimbingan dan arahan guru itu tetap diberikan, meskipun menulis jurnal adalah kegiatan menulis yang bersifat informal. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian disarankan kepada guru bahasa Indonesia sebaiknya kegiatan pembiasaan menulis jurnal terus diterapkan dan dilakukan dengan disertai bimbingan yang intensif dan terarah. Dengan mencermati isi tulisan siswa, disarankan pula kepada guru mata pelajaran lain sebaiknya kegiatan menulis jurnal ini dapat diterapkan karena selain melatih keterampilan menulis paragraf, jurnal juga dapat mengkomunikasikan serta merefleksikan hasil belajar dan perkembangan pribadi siswa.      Kata Kunci : Menulis Paragraf, Menulis Jurnal, Penilaian Autentik

Abstract

Writing is a language skill that is used to communicate indirectly, not face to face with other people. Learning is a process carried out by students to achieve learning goals. Learning is an effort that is done by someone to make other people experience changes in behavior, namely from negative behavior to positive. Learning writing skills has various forms. One of them is poetry writing skills. Writing poetry is an expression that is intentionally stated by the poet in concretizing the flavor deposits that are in him. In connection with learning to write poetry, based on the results of observations made on fifth grade students of SD Negeri Guwo 03 Pati in the 2018/2019 school year with a KKM score of 75 there are various difficulties and students get an average score under the KKM which is 65. Seeing some of these constraints, The author conducted this study aims to offer an alternative solution to the use of Think Talk Write models so that indicators in learning activities can be achieved optimally. With the Think Talk Write model students are expected to be interested in participating in learning and easily capturing learning so that students can write imaginative poetry and the value can be above the KKM which is 75. Keywords: Writing Skills, Think Talk Write Models, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian tindakan kelas ini akan ditempuh dalam dua siklus. Dari siklus ke siklus menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dengan senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berorientasi aktivitas siswa.Siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 64 dengan ketuntasan belajar yang dicapai 35%.Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 87 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 97%, karena lebih besar dari 85% maka siklus II dikatakan berhasil memberikan ketuntasan belajar klasikal.Aktivitas menulis dan membaca turun dari 41% menjadi 38%, hal ini menunjukkan siswa sudah tidak monoton akan tetapi mulai aktif dalam pembelajaran. Aktivitas mengerjakan dalam diskusi yang meningkat dari 29% menjadi 37% menunjukkan perbaikan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran. Sementara aktivitas bertanya pada teman naik dari 13% menjadi 15% menunjukkkan siswa sudah mulai aktif dalam berdiskusi dan bertanya pada guru turun dari 8% menjadi 4% menunjukkan siswa sudah mulai tidak ketergantungan kepada guru. Aktivitas yang tidak relevan dengan KBM pada turun dari 11% menjadi 8%. Kata Kunci : Model, TAI (Team Assisted Individualization), Hasil Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku asertif dengan kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMP Negeri 6 Tebing Tinggi. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan korelasional. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 119 orang siswa, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala psikologi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa sebagian besar perilaku asertif responden termasuk kategori tinggi yaitu 73,95%. Sebagian besar kenakalan remaja responden yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup 64,71%. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar - 0,211. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa rxy yang diperoleh sebesar -0,211 sedangkan pada r tabel dengan N =119 sebesar 0,176. Karena nilai r hitung > r tabel (-0,211 > 0,176) maka terdapat hubungan negatif antara perilaku sertif dengan kenakalan remaja. Sumbangan efektif variabel asertif sebesar 4,45% terhadap kenakalan remaja pada siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Tebing Tinggi.Kata Kunci: Perilaku Asertif, Kenakalan Remaja

Abstract

This study aims to look at and describe the factors that influence adolescent identity; describe the impact of the digital era on teenage identity and how parenting is applied by parents in shaping teenage identity in the digital age. The method used in this research is to use library research on the impact of the digital era on the formation of adolescent identity. Data collection techniques in this paper are to describe the impact of the digital era on adolescent identity and describe how the role of parents to help adolescents in achieving their digital identity influenced by several books and related articles. The findings of this study are the formation of adolescent identity is influenced by the internal and external environment. The external environment including digital influence in the form of the use of smartphones that are very close to teenagers and even teenagers can create a virtual identity. For this reason, it is strongly recommended for parents to apply the concept of parenting in accordance with the needs of adolescents, namely by applying authoritative parenting.Keywords: Era Digital, Teenage Identity, The Role of Parents

Abstract

This purposes of this research is to improve learning result on PKn subject  through active sebate strategy. This classroom action research conducted by 2 cycles of the four phases: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The subjects were students from class V, SD N 163098 Tebing Tinggi which amounted to 34 students. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the use of the inquiry method of PKn subjects can improve student learning result characterized by increased mastery learning students, namely cycle I (79.41%), cycle II (88.23 %) and complete learn the clasical equal to 88.23 %. Key Word : Learning result, Active debate straategy.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika pada materi Pecahan di Kelas 5 SDN 118321 Sigambal. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita tentang pecahan melalui penerapan strategi pemodelan di kelas 5 SD Sigambal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikelas 5 SDN 118321 Sigambal tahun pembelajaran 2012/2013. Adapun siswa yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 orang. Dalam penelitian ini alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa soal tes yang diberikan pada setiap akhir siklus I dan siklus II. Kata kunci : Hasil Belajar, Strategi Pemodelan

Abstract

This research was aimed to know which one learning strategy was better between Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) strategy and  Elaboration Rehearsal strategy in STKIP Tapanuli Selatan. The research sample was all students in semester V. The research method was quasi-experimental. The research result showed that student’s learning outcomes who taught by using PQ4R strategy obtained the average value ( ) was 7,6 where deviation standard was 2,04 while students who taught by using Elaboration rehearsal strategy obtained the average value ( ) was 8,5 where deviation standard was 1,1. Based on the hypothesis testing obtained that  tcount = 2,5 > dari ttable = 1,99 thus the Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Therefore can be concluded that student’s learning outcomes who taught by using PQ4R strategy was better than student’s who taught by using Elaboration Rehearsal strategy in STKIP Tapanuli Selatan. Key Words: PQ4R Startegy, Elaboration Rehearsal Strategy, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher communication skills and student learning activeness in Medan Polonia sub-district, 2020/2021. This research is a correlation study using a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 30 teachers who were taken using the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaire distribution. Of the 25 statement items, only 20 items were considered valid on a 4-point Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained from two lecturers at the Faculty of Education so that the questionnaire was deemed appropriate to be used as a research instrument. As the criteria for the variable of teacher communication skills and student learning activeness using the Likert scale. If p> 0.05, the distribution is declared normal, on the contrary, if p <0.05, the distribution is declared abnormal. The correlation results where rxy = 0.667 with significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the hypothesis proposed, the stronger the teacher's communication skills, the higher the student's learning activeness is accepted. The result of the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is (r2) = 0.445. This shows that the teacher's communication skills contribute to the active learning of students by 44.5%. From these results it is known that there are still 55.5% of the roles of various other factors that influence student learning activeness. Keywords: Student learning activeness, Teacher Communication.

Abstract

Penelitian inimbertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode analisis sintesis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menetukan gagasan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak bulan Januari sampai bulan April 2012 di SMP Negeri 5 Tebing Tinggi.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.4 yangn berjumlah 38 orang.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Room Action Research). Prosedur dalam penelitian ini meliputi empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari indikator keberhasilan proses dan indikator keberhasilan hasil.  .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I keberhasilan proses untuk keaktifan siswa 56,25 % dan keberhasilan hasilnya   rata-rata 56,16. Pada siklus II keaktifan siswa menunjukkan angka 95,83 % dan hasil tesnya menunjukkan rata-rata 71,47.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkanbahwa penggunaan metode analisis sintesis pada siswa kelas VII.4 di SMP Negeri 5 Tebing Tinggi dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan siswa  , dalam meentukan gagasan utama. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan, Gagasan Utama, dan Metode Analisis Sintesis
