Abstract

Football is a popular team sport that is widely loved and played around the world. Basic football skills are crucial for every team member, and each individual must train in fundamental football techniques. Tests and measurements play a crucial role in football training as they can enhance players' skills. Safin Pati Sports School is a leading boarding football academy in Central Java, admitting students based on interest without any selection process. However, the students have not undergone any previous tests or measurements of their football skills. This research aims to analyze the level of basic football skills among students born in 2009 at Safin Pati Sports School. The research methodology employed purposive sampling technique, and a statistical descriptive analysis was conducted with 33 students born in 2009 as the research subjects. Data collection was carried out through the David Lee speed test. The results of the analysis indicate that the level of basic football skills among Safin Pati Sports School students is categorized as good, with 42.42% of students demonstrating good speed test scores. The positive outcomes are attributed to a well-designed program encompassing aspects of physical fitness, technical training, tactical drills, and mental exercises.

The data sources used come from research articles from various national and international sources that are published and can be downloaded on the internet such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Garuda, Sinta, Taylor and Francis using the PICO method. In some of the studies that have been discussed, there are similarities in the application of the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility model in PJOK learning with the aim of producing and increasing individual and social responsibility. Based on the summary of the 15 posts, it can be concluded that the TPSR model is a suitable approach to increase students' individual and social responsibility in personality development in the context of PJOK subjects. By analyzing the literature sources, it can be concluded that the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model has proven effective in increasing students' personal and social responsibility. There are 15 articles or journals that document in detail the successful application of the TPSR model in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) education. Abstract

The accumulation of a lot of fat in the body, because more calories are taken in than expended, is a condition where the body is obese or overweight, and this condition can lead to an increased risk of many diseases. The problem in this study is the lack of physical activity in female members of the Pegandon pinky gymnastics, which results in obesity or a large amount of fat throughout the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of body language exercise on reducing visceral fat in Pingky gymnastics members. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The instrument in this study uses BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis). The research population was members of the Pingky Pegandon Kendal Gymnastics, with a total sample of 22 people. Data analysis used the Prerequisite analysis test in the form of the Shapiro Wilk Normality Test and continued with a different test using the Wilcoxson test calculated using SPSS. The conclusion is that there is an effect of gymnastic body language on reducing visceral fat in Pingky Pegandon Kendal Gymnastics members. Suggestions for maximum results must be consistent and practice at least twice weekly. In addition, you must pay attention to the intake of food eaten by making a checklist of foods eaten for control and also adequate rest so that the body remains in good condition and avoids excess fat in the body.
