Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of quality of service that consists of physical evidence (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) on consumer satisfaction using services "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district, both simultaneously and partially. The type of study is causal-descriptive. The population consists of all consumers who use the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district. Sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The analytical tool is multiple linear regressions analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the quality of service consists of physical evidence (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on consumers? satisfaction in using the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu, with significant values of 0.000> 0.05. Partial test finds that the quality of service consists of physical evidence (X1) = 0.011, empathy (X2) = 0.001, reliability (X3) = 0.001, responsiveness (X4) = 0.000 and assurance (X5) = 0.010 significantly have partial influence on customer satisfaction in using the services of "Home Laundry" in South Palu Sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of personal factors on customer satisfaction in using Samsung mobile phone in Palu City. The variables studied are age and stage of life cycle (X1), job (X2), economic circumstances (X3), lifestyle (X4), personality and self-concept (X5), as well as customer satisfaction (Y). Research method is descriptive causal with sample of 60 respondents who selected by accidental side method. Data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions in SPSS software 19. Based on the analysis, the results confirmed that age and stage of life cycle (X1), job (X2), economic circumstances (X3), lifestyle (X4), personality and self-concept (X5), simultaneously and partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction in using Samsung mobile phone in Palu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that consumers consider in buying and using smartphones OPPO in South Palu Sub-district. The sampling technique is Accidental Side by selecting 105 people. The analytical tool is factor analysis. Based on the analysis of 21 indicators, the study finds factors that are considered by the consumers when deciding to buy and use a smartphone brand OPPO are: the first factors includes: promotion and price: X3 (Advertising media TV), X12 (promotions convincing), X14 (Prices are affordable), X15 (the physical form of interest), X17 (service center/customer service); the second factor is product quality that includes: X2 (friends suggestion), X6 (sophisticated feature), X10 (superior camera quality), X11 (good product quality), X21 (correspondence between price and quality); the third factor is lifestyle that includes: X1 (family suggestion), X16 (luxury product design), X19 (unique name and easy to remember), X20 (updated trend).

Abstract

This research aims to determine, understand, and analyze the influence of capital lending and economic profitability on the cooperative for The Indonesian Republic officials ?Karya Bhakti? of The Departement of Industry Cooperation and Trading at Central Sulawesi Province. It is a descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative approach that consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection method to obtain the primary data is observation on Karya Bhakti Employee Cooperative as the subject of research and secondary data obtained from the financial annual report Karya Bhakti Cooperative. The analysis of loan capital and economic profitability of Karya Bhakti Cooperative is measured by using trend analysis. Based on the data analysis from 2008 to 2013, it indicates that the development of Loan capital has increased every year. This is due to the development of the business managed by the cooperatives operations, while the development of the economic profitability has been fluctuated, as well as the result of trend analysis of capital lending and economic profitability showed an increase every year.

Abstract

The value of the company reflects investor?s perception on the success of a company that are often associated with stock prices. High stock price influences the value of the company's and will impress the market of company's current and future performances. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of managerial ownership and the size of the company to the value of the company in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2011-2012. Population consists of manufacturing industry with managerial ownership whose shares are listed and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2012. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method is purposive sampling. The number of samples taken based on the criteria is 20 companies. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that managerial ownership and firm size simultaneously have significant influence on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially, managerial ownership and the size of the company significantly have negative influence on the value of companies in the manufacturing industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influencet of education and training as well as emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at the State Attorney Office of Palu, Central Sulawesi. Sample consists of 31 people, who were selected with census method. Model of analysis multiple linear regressions with SPSS computer program for Windows Release 22.0. The research concludes that education and training (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance (Y) in Attorney Office of Palu. This is evidenced by the F test that shows the significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Education and training (X1) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y); this is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05, of 0.001. Emotional intelligence (X2) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y), which is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05 of 0.000.

Abstract

PT. Regional Trypillian is a company that is engaged in the development of new houses to prosper the society, especially by providing residence and develop its role in economic development in marketing the residential products and utilization of manpower. The establishment of the company initiated by Mr. Sofyan Hudri since February 15, 2014, starting from an attempt to manage, market, and produce home with investors/landowners. Wren's housing residence consists of 2 types: type 50 and type 90. The purpose of this study is to determine competition faced by Wren Residence in Palu and to examine alternative strategies that can be used by Wren Residence. Data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Based on the results of SWOT analysis in the form of matrix diagram and IE table, it finds that competitive strategies of Wren Residence is focused on aggressive strategy (growth-oriented strategy) that is suitable with the existing opportunities.

Abstract

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction (Y) in the General Hospital of Banggai Islands, where the study is located. The type of research is descriptive. Sources of data is primary data retrieved from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from documents of the Regional General Hospital Banggai Islands. The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test shows that there are three independent variables: physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2) and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients? satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of activity, interest, and opinion on consumer decision in using Chiquita Salon in Palu City. There are 4 variables that used in this research; activity (X1), interest (X2), opinion (X3), and decision of the consumer (Y). Method of study is descriptive causal with a total sample of 60 respondents, who were selected by purposive sampling. Tool of analysis is multiple linear regressions with Software SPPS 17. The result finds that activity (X1), interest (X2), and opinion (X3) simultaneously influence the decision of the consumer in using Chiquita Salon in Palu City, with the level of significance of 0.000 < ? 0.05. Furthermore, activity (X1) with the t-sig. value of 0.042; interest (X2) has the t-sig. value of 0.022; opinion (X3) has the t-sig. value of 0.001. These values are < 0.05, which means that each variable partially influences the decision of the consumer in using Chiquita Salon in Palu City.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of brand trust (X1), advertising (X2), and product quality (X3) on purchase decision (Y) both simultaneously and partially. Research method is descriptive causal with a sample size of 115 respondents who are selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1) brand trust, advertising, and product quality simultaneously have positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 2) brand trust has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 3) advertising has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu; 4) product quality has positive and significant influence on purchase decision of customer of Mizone isotonic drink in Palu.
