Independent variables used in this study are corporate image, user image, product image, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is descriptive causal method. The sample used in this research is as much as 80 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression method. The results showed that the brand image consisting of corporate image, user image, and product image influence on consumer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to know 1) the effect of product attribute variable consisting of product quality, features and design simultaneously to customer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 2) the effect of product quality variable on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 3) the influence of feature variables on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 4) the influence of design variables on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. This type of research is a survey research. The sample size is 60 respondents by using snowball sampling technique. The method of analysis is statistical analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Result of research 1) variable of product attribute consisting of product quality, feature and design simultaneously have significant effect to consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 2) variable of product quality significantly influence to consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 3) feature variable significantly influence consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 4) design variables significantly influence consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality consisting of Performance, Features, Reliability, Durability, Ease of Repair and Aesthetics of customer satisfaction buy Kawasaki Ninja 250cc motorcycle in Palu City. The method used in this research is descriptive method causal with the number of samples 32. Methods of respondents with accidental sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows release 16.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product quality variables consisting of Performance, Features, Reliability, Ease of repair, and Aesthetics simultaneously affect the decision of consumers to buy Kawasaki Ninja 250cc Motorcycles in Palu City; (2) Variable product quality consisting of Performance, Feature, Ease of repair, and Aesthetics in Persial effect on consumer decision to buy Kawasaki Ninja 250cc Motorcycle in Palu City. However, the Variable Reliability does not significantly influence the consumer's decision to buy a 250cc Ninja Kawasaki Motorcycle in Palu City.

This study aims to find out information related to outpatient services Rehabilitation of Physiotherapy in Undata Palu Hospital. The variables in this research are product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), person (X5), physical evidence (X6) and process (X7). While the dependent variable is patient satisfaction (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The sample used in this research is as much as 98 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously a mix of services consisting of products, places, promotions, people, evidence and a significant process to patient satisfaction outpatient medical rehabilitation hospital Undata Palu. And partially there is no relationship between product variables, price, promotion, people and facts with patient satisfaction, while the relationship variable and patient satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices and the partial influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices in food and beverage industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses the entire food and beverage industry population listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012 until 2016 as many as 16 companies. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study as many as 11 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using EViews 9 program. The results stated that during the period 2012-2016 (1) simultaneously liquidity, leverage and profitability have an effect on signifikan to stock price in food and beverage industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), (2) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock price, (3) leverage have positive and insignificant effect to stock price, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of work environment and individual characteristic on the performance of parliament secretariat employees of Morowali regency.Data were collection through questioners. Testing of research instruments showed valid and reliable results. The sample amounted to 100 respondents and was carried out with saturation or census method. Classic assumption tests used normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicolinerity test. Data were analyzed thtough multiple linear regression method.The results of the research show that Work Environment and Individual Characteristics simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the Performance of parliament Secretariat employees of Morowali Regency. This is proved by the F test which shows a significant value smaller than 0.05 is 0,000. Work Environment Variables has positive and significant effect on the Performance of parliament Secretariat employees of Morowali Regency, and Individual Characteristics have positive and significant effect on the performance of parliament Secretariat employees of Morowali Regency.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) the influence of brand experience and brand image simultaneously to the satisfaction of students of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using BB Cream Wardah (2) brand experience have partially influence to student's satisfaction and (3) brand image influence partial to student satisfaction. Population in research is student of Faculty of Economics of University of Tadulako which have used BB Cream Wardah product 2-3 times. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, with the number of samples as many as 60 students. Data collection using questionnaires. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS release 16. The result of research shows that (1) There is influence of brand experience and brand image to the satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (2) There is influence of brand experience to satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah, (3) There is influence of brand image to the satisfaction of Student of Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University using Beauty Balm (BB) Cream Wardah.

This study aims to) determine the influence of experiential marketing both simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are sense, feel, think, act, and relate. While the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The type of research conducted is descriptive causal. The sample is 90 respondents with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 23. The result of this research shows that simultaneously experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate significantly influence customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City . Partially customer trust consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate have a significant effect to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City.

This study aims to analyze employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. This research is designed descriptively. The location of this research is at work unit of local government area of Central Sulawesi Province by taking employee as population. The number of research samples 308 respondents were determined by stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows the whole dimension under study, the most powerful dimension in forming employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government is the impact dimension (85,6%) because in that dimension state that decision and action of employee have influence in organization, while the low dimension is dimension meaning (84.9%) because the dimension states that employees are less empowered and trusted in the job. The results can also be interpreted that with the empowerment of employees, the result of empowerment makes the decisions and actions of employees to be influential in the organization, but overall employees tend to be less empowered and trusted in carrying out their work.
