Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. The independent variables used in this study are Exterior (X1), General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) and Interior Display (X4), while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. Samples used in this study are 100 respondents and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Store Atmosphere elements consisting of Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. Partially Store Atmosphere elements consisting of General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. While the Exterior element partially have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City.

Abstract

This research iams to know the effect of Product Quality to interest of repurchasing wardah lipstick of economics faculty students of tadulako university. The research method used in this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that product quality variables significantly influence the interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of brand image on consumer?s who buy Daihatsu Xenia cars at PT Makassar Raya Motor Branch Palu. The variables of this study are brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, brand association strength and brand association uniqueness. While the dependent variable of Consumer's decision. The type of this research is descriptive causal. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, the strength of brand association and the uniqueness of brand association simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer's decisions to buy a car Daihatsu Xenia in PT Makassar Raya Branch Motor of Palu. From the test results partially found that the variable of brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, the strength of brand association and the uniqueness of brand association significantly influence consumer's decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hotel tax in Palu using value for money approach consisting of three ratios that are: economic ratio, ratio efficiency and effectiveness ratio. Data collection technique includes field research, literature research, and interview. The results of this study show that economic ratio of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered more "economical", the efficiency ratio shows that the achievement level of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013- 2016 is considered "highly efficient", and the effectiveness ratio shows that the performance of hotel tax in Palu City in 2013-2016 is considered "highly effective."

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influencet of education and training as well as emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at the State Attorney Office of Palu, Central Sulawesi. Sample consists of 31 people, who were selected with census method. Model of analysis multiple linear regressions with SPSS computer program for Windows Release 22.0. The research concludes that education and training (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance (Y) in Attorney Office of Palu. This is evidenced by the F test that shows the significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Education and training (X1) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y); this is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05, of 0.001. Emotional intelligence (X2) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y), which is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05 of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of unison and partial variable brand equity, made up of brand awareness, brand association, the perception of quality and brand loyalty can affect your interest in purchasing a re brand shoes Converse All Star Student at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tadulako. The research of using primary data, obtained directly from the questionnaire filled in by the respondents. The sample in this study was 60 respondents and is determined using a purposive sampling. Results of the study, the value of R2 = 0.530 (53.0%), which means that buying interest in re-53.0% are influenced by variables brand equity. From the results of the partial test (t) obtained the value of brand awareness for the significance of 0.036, brand associations of 0.026, perception of quality and brand loyalty of 0.021 0.003, it means that the variable is positive and influential brand equity significantly to the buying interest. (F) simultaneous test with significance F 0.000 ? level of significance of 5% (? = 0.05) then it can be concluded that all four of these variables simultaneously have a positive influence and interest significantly to buy.

Abstract

Sample in study consists of 11 companies that were selected by purposive sampling method. Data collecting technique is documentary analysis using the data of annual reports of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 ? 2014. Method of data analysis uses panel data and multiple linear regressions with software Eviews version 7. The results show that six independent variables studied simultaneously influence the company value with sig. probability 0.000011 and F-count <0.05. The t-tests indicate that the Times Interest Earned Ratio, Long term- Debt to Equity Ratio, ROA, NPM and ROE have no significant influence on the company value: X2 = 0.2845, X3 = 0.1626, X4 = 0.0576, 0.2678 = X5, X6 = 0.6344, 0.05 ? ?. Debt Ratio has significantinfluence on company value, with the value X1 = 0.0192 ? 0.05. R2 value is 0.483863 and simultaneously, six independent variables studied influence the dependent variable (the value of the company) of 48.38%, while the remaining 51.62% influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the brand equity effect to repurchase intention Samsung brand mobile phone to the students of the faculty of economics Tadulako University, Palu. The research method used is descriptive of causal method with a sample of 75 people with non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with the aid of a computer program SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. The results showed that: 1). brand equity consists of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty simultaneously affect significantly on repurchase intention Samsung brand mobile phone to the students of the faculty of economics Tadulako University, Palu; 2). Brand awareness partially have no significant effect on repurchase intention Samsung brand mobile phone to the students of the faculty of economics Tadulako in Palu; 3). Perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty is partially affect significantly on repurchase intention Samsung brand mobile phone to the students of the faculty of economics Tadulako in Palu.

Abstract

This research is to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Leverage simultaneously affect the stock price in the property and real estate industries in the Indonesian stock exchange, (2) the positive and negative effects of Return On Equity are partially influential on stock prices in the property and real estate industries in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) the positive and negative effects of Earning Per Share partially affect the stock price in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) positive and negative leverage partial effect on stock prices in the property and real estate industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of research used is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with a sample of 21 companies. Analysis method using panel data regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Leverage simultaneously on stock prices in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) There was a negative influence on Return On Equity on stock prices in the property industry and real estate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) There is an effect of Earning Per Share on stock prices on the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) No leverage on stock prices in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock ExchangeKeywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Leverage, and Stock Prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <?0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <? 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<? 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance.
