Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze 1) Influence simultaneously variable of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the influence of mix promotion on customer decision in using iB Hasanah saving at PT. BNI Syariah Branch Palu. The variable used are advertisement (X1), selling promotion (X2), relationship between people (X3), personal selling (X4), direct marketing (X5), as well as variable customer decision (Y). This is a quantitative research. Sample consists of 72 respondents who are the customers of iB Hasanah saving at PT. BNI Syariah Branch Palu. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The research results indicate that variable of mix promotion simultaneously affect on customer decision. Advertisement partially affect on customer decision, while selling promotion, people relationship, personal selling, and direct marketing partially have non-significant influence on customer decision.

Abstract

The Central Sulawesi government is now starting to increase tourism potential in each of its regions to increase local revenue. In tourism the most spent expenditure is food and beverage where there are several places that tourists can visit to enjoy culinary tourism, one of which is the Talise Beach Pavilion tourist area that provides traditional culinary tours. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of traditional traditional culinary imagery on purchasing decisions in the tourist area of Talise Beach Pavilion. This type of research is quantitative. Medote research is descriptive causal. The sample used is as many as 60 respondents with the sampling form using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of the image which consist of strength, uniqueness, and excellence simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of Sig F = 0,000 and have a large influence of 40.6%. As well as partially the image dimensions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn and increase student?s interest in Tadulako University on purchasing brand lipstick La Tulipe. The variables of this research are attitude (X1) and subjective norm (X2), and the dependent variable is interest (Y). The research method used in this study is descriptive causal method with 61 sample and purposive sampling technique and method of analysis, Multiple Linear Regression with the help of computer program SPSS for windows, Release 16.0. The results showed that : 1). Subjective Attitudes and Norms Simultaneously Significantly Affects Student Interest The University of Tadulako buys La Tulipe brand lipstick; 2). Attitudes partially significant effect on Student Interest TadulakoUniversity bought brand lipstick La Tulipe; 3). Subjective Norms partially significant effect on Student Interest University Tadulako buy brand lipstick La Tulipe.

Abstract

The value of the company reflects investor?s perception on the success of a company that are often associated with stock prices. High stock price influences the value of the company's and will impress the market of company's current and future performances. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of managerial ownership and the size of the company to the value of the company in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2011-2012. Population consists of manufacturing industry with managerial ownership whose shares are listed and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2012. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method is purposive sampling. The number of samples taken based on the criteria is 20 companies. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that managerial ownership and firm size simultaneously have significant influence on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially, managerial ownership and the size of the company significantly have negative influence on the value of companies in the manufacturing industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine some factors considered by consumers prior to purchasing Yamaha motorcycles in Palu City. Type of study is exploratory with 105 respondents who bought Yamaha motorcycle in Palu City. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and questionnaire. The tool for factor analysis is SPSS program 22.0. The results show that factors such as product, price, friend suggestion, promotion, product quality, service quality, advertisement, family suggestion, brand, lifestyle, brochure, and design were considered by consumers in buying Yamaha motorcycles in Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Personal Factors on the Decision of the Students of the Faculty of Economics, Tadulako University, to buy a Xiaomi Smartphone in the City of Palu. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling with the number 75. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by providing a list of questions (questionnaire). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results showed (1) the age variable and stage in the life cycle had a significant effect on the Decision of the Faculty of Economics Students of Tadulako University to buy a Xiaomi Smartphone in Palu City (2) the work variable had a significant effect on the Decision of the Faculty of Economics Students in Tadulako to buy a Xiaomi Smartphone in Palu City (3) lifestyle influences significantly on the Decision Faculty of Economics Students to buy a Xiaomi Smartphone in Palu City (4) personality variables and self-concept have a significant effect on the Decision of the Faculty of Economics Students in to buy a Xiaomi Smartphone in Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix on purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphone in Alkhairaat University?s students in Palu. Type of research is descriptive causal using purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 60 respondents. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressiosn by using computer program SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. The Hypothesis test show a significance level ?=0.05 and for the reliability test shows cronbach alpha coefficient values with the limit value coefficient of ?=0.60. The results of this study show that marketing mix significantly influences purchasing decisions with sig. value of 0,000. Partial test with standard ? = 0.05 shows the results of products (X1), price (X2), points (X3), and promotion (X4) significantly influence purchasing decisions with sig. value of 0,007, 0,000. 0.012, and 0.000, respectively. Alla variables have influence on purchasing decisions of 0.876 or 87.6%, while the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors determine consumers in choosing the 88 Celebes Walet cafe in Palu City. Types of Explorative research, namely research carried out because this study tries to explore information or problems that are relatively new. In this study researchers used a sample of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The data analysis method used in this study uses factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) factors that determine consumers in choosing the 88 Celebes Walet cafe in Palu City. The five factors are factor 1, factor 2, factor 3, factor 4 and factor 5 which is the result of 18 variables analyzed.

Abstract

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <? 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <? 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
