Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of communication and motivation on the quality of service employees in Talise City of Palu City. The sample used in this study was 73 employees at the Thalise Health Center in Palu City. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the t-test conducted and the results of the regression analysis, the communication and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services at the Thalise Health Center in Palu City. Determination test shows R-square value of 76.5% which means that service quality variables are influenced by independent variables namely communication and motivation while the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Leadership gives its own color in organizational management. Leadership style that suits the character of the organization will contribute in the effectiveness of decision making and policy making. The college as Center of Excellent is required to be able for answer the challenges of environmental change with creating graduates who have qualities that match the demand of the labor market. Servant leadership leadership style is seen as one of the leadership styles that are able to fulfill that goal. Therefore, this study is intended to analyze the character servant leadership that is owned by the ranks of university leaders. This research was conducted by survey method to several public and private universities in Palu City to see the implications of leadership perception. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of several universities in Palu City has servant leadership character on various aspects such as trying to build relationships, maintaining group cohesiveness, and appreciating spiritual development, self-introspection, appreciating the development of professionalism, listening to others, individual persuasion, persuasive approach, striving for vision, prioritizing problem solving, believing in institutions to improve living standards, believing that members have intrinsic value, and generally being able to understand the needs of others, but in particular leaders have not fully understood the specific needs every member of the organization in the college he leads

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend and leverage policy on firm value in manufacturing sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with good corporate governance as moderating variable for the 2013-2017 period. The population in this study amounted to 130 companies. The research sample of 17 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is panel data regression with moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that dividend policy (DPR) and leverage (DER) simultaneously had positive and significant effect on firm value (Q). Partial testing shows that dividend policy and leverage have positive and significant effect on firm value. Whereas GCG (KM) as moderating weakens the relationship between dividend policy on firm value and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to) determine the influence of experiential marketing both simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are sense, feel, think, act, and relate. While the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The type of research conducted is descriptive causal. The sample is 90 respondents with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 23. The result of this research shows that simultaneously experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate significantly influence customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City . Partially customer trust consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate have a significant effect to customer loyalty Roxy Mart Palu City.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of customer value while simultan and partially on customersatisfaction by using spring bed of Comforta In the Palu City. The independent variables used in thisresearch are Functional Value (X1), Value For Money (X2), Social Value (X3), and Emotional Value(X4). While the dependent variable is Satisfaction (Y). The research method used in this research isdescriptive causal. Sampling technique using Insidential sampling with the samples of 100respondents. The method analysis using multiple linear regression. The results indicate thatsimultaneously customer value consisting of functional value (X1), value for money (X2), social value(X3) and emotional value (X4) have significant effect to customer satisfaction by using Spring Bed ofComforta in Palu City. The Partially customer value consisting of functional value (X1), value formoney (X2), and emotional value (X4) have significant effect to customer satisfaction by using springbed of Comforta in Palu City. While variable social value (X3) partially have no significant effect oncustomer satisfaction by using spring bed of Comforta in Palu City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. This research is designed descriptively. The location of this research is at work unit of local government area of Central Sulawesi Province by taking employee as population. The number of research samples 308 respondents were determined by stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows the whole dimension under study, the most powerful dimension in forming employee empowerment in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government is the impact dimension (85,6%) because in that dimension state that decision and action of employee have influence in organization, while the low dimension is dimension meaning (84.9%) because the dimension states that employees are less empowered and trusted in the job. The results can also be interpreted that with the empowerment of employees, the result of empowerment makes the decisions and actions of employees to be influential in the organization, but overall employees tend to be less empowered and trusted in carrying out their work.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and Discipline Work either simultaneously or partially on the Performance of BPJS Health Office Employee Branch Palu. The independent variables used in this study are compensation and Work Discipline. While the dependent variable is Performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The type of research conducted is replication research. The sample was 36 respondents with sampling technique of saturated sample method. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method using spss 21. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance Office BPJS Health Branch Palu. And partially compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees BPJS Branch Office Health Palu.

Abstract

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees? performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees? performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees? performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<? 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>? 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain explanative findings of (1) simultaneous influence of own capital, loan capital, and business volume on SHU, (2) partial influence own capital on SHU, and (3) the partial influence of capital loans on SHU in Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Palu City. The subject of this study is the Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Palu, with research objects of own capital, loan capital, and SHU from 2010-2014. The type of data is quantitative. Data collection method is documentary recording and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results shows that: (1) simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of own capital and borrowed capital on cooperatives? SHU with F-value of 6.421; (2) partially, there is a positive and significant influence of own capital on SHU with t-value of 2.788; and (3) partially, there is a positive and significant influence of loan capital against SHU t-value of 3.349 on savings and loan cooperatives in Palu.
