Abstract

Abstract : The Marketing Strategy of CV Karyatama in Increasing Sales Volume. In running its business, each company will use a marketing strategy. Marketing strategy is an effort to market products, both goods and services, using a pattern or a certain way, so in a certain long term, the sales volume can be obtained. There are various kinds of marketing strategies, one of them is the Marketing Mix strategy. The variables of the Marketing Mix are Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. CV Karyatama, uses a Marketing Mix to run its business. The purpose of this final project is to determine the marketing strategy of CV Karyatama in increasing sales volume. The method used in this final project is descriptive method. The result of this final project is, the implementation of the marketing strategy at CV Karyatama, has increased the sales volume.

Abstract

Abstract : Design of E-Archive Information Systems Based on Microsoft Access Handling Inactive Records (Storing, Placing, Finding) in Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Malang City. Every implementation of activities in an institution or agency will always produce an archive that is created. The more activities that are carried out the more archives are created, ranging from active dynamic records, inactive dynamic records, to static records. The type of archive that is rarely used anymore for the purposes of carrying out administrative activities is the type of inactive dynamic archive. Malang City DPUPR has established an archive space as a storage area that can manage and store dynamic inactive records. But in managing the archive space is still constrained by the maximum storage, placement, and retrieval of archives. This final project aims to design and build an e-archive information system based on Microsoft Access in handling inactive records in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Malang. Inactive archive data used is the type of KRK archive (Description of City Plan) in 2016. The final project method used is Waterfall which includes stages: requirements (requirements analysis), system design, Coding and Testing, program implementation, maintenance. The result of this final project is the design of application programs and applications that have been built can be used as an alternative media for handling electronic records in Malang City DPUPR with the benefits of speed, ease and accuracy.

Abstract

Land registration is one of the Government's efforts to provide legal certainty for subjects holding rights to land. Land Registration Policy according to Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration recognizes 2 land registration systems, namely sporadically and systematically. However, in the PP there are still no rules regarding land registration that can be done sporadically or systematically based on information and communication technology. As an area that is included in 100 Regencies / Cities that implement smart-cities in Indonesia, Sumenep Regency continues to improve public services for the community with e-government systems. However, the application of e-government in land registration in Sumenep Regency is still constrained by several factors. This research was assessed using empirical juridical research methods using a sociological juridical approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze several influences between service quality, customer satisfaction that creates customer loyalty in a chemical distribution company in Malang. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have and have made purchase transactions at the company. The sample used is a representativeness sample, and with a Roscoe scale so that a total population of 100 respondents is found. The results showed that service quality did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, because not all good company service quality will give satisfaction to customers. On the other hand, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, customer loyalty will be obtained if the company can increase customer satisfaction, especially in company management.

Abstract

Abstract: Introducing and Coaching English Drama in English Club Extracurricular in SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu. SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu is one of business enterprises owned by Muhammadiyah located in Batu, East Java. Students in this school have interest and ability in English, but they do not have enough access to sharpen their ability. The reason lies behind it is the lack of extracurricular activity focusing on stimulating their English ability, especially in literature. Literature is an important aspect in language. In this occasion ahead, the focus is on drama. Coaching English drama in extracurricular is expected to facilitate the students. The result of this program was that the coaching clinic was able to help to train and establish the students’ ability in performing English drama. The students were quite enthusiastic in following the program instead of many obstacles found. The obstacles were that not all students had high interest in English drama, the students had lack knowledge of pronunciation, and lack understanding of drama as a whole.

Abstract

Abstract: Office management is a form of collaboration carried out in the office to achieve company goals. The form of cooperation is in the form of a series of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring (POAC) activities or called the management function. Office management affects the achievement of company goals. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management functions of the office planning, organizing, actuating, controlling (POAC) at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rayon Bangil. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive research methods that are analyzing data by describing or describing data that has been collected. Data collection in this study researchers used interview and observation methods.The results of the discussion explained the implementation of the planning, organizing, directing and supervision management functions at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rayon Bangil.
