Abstract

One of the most important assets of the organization can not be separated from the employee's performance. To obtain good performance, it is necessary to improve employee motivation. In developing the organization, people often focused on how to develop the business, while on the management of human resources is still less attention.This study was conducted to determine how  the Employee Work Motivation In Learning Activity Implementation Unit Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education In the province of Central Sulawesi. Researchers used the theory of Frederick Herzberg and The basis of this research is qualitative descriptive type of research. The technique used in data collection is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Then the data and the interviews were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that, motivation of employees working in On Learning Activity Implementation Unit Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education In the province of Central Sulawesi has been very good. It is based on several aspects of the increased motivation of employees working on extrinsic and intrinsic factors.

Abstract

The use of electronic documents signed with electronic signatures as evidence different from the evidence set in the Civil Code, because the level of originality or authenticity still need to be proven in advance, or in other words to have some reservations to the electronic evidence has the force of law, This study aims to determine the validity of electronic signatures in the proof of Indonesian civil procedure law, as well as to determine the civil dispute resolution efforts towards electronic document signed by electronic signature. Writing this using normative legal research, making use of existing legal library materials and the linkage with the issues to be investigated. The conclusions of this research is said to be valid electronic signature when using electronic systems in accordance with the applicable legislation, namely the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions Article 16 Paragraph (1), the expert testimony is also one of the elements that are considered essential for the process examination because it provides an explanation regarding the authenticity or the authenticity of the evidence that an electronic signature submitted.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of work motivation (the factors of motivator and hygiene) on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports. The theory used to measure work motivation at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports was the motivation theory proposed by Hezberg dividing motivation into two factors, the factors of motivator and hygiene. While the theory used to measure employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports was the performance theory proposed by Bernardin and Russell (1993: 383) stating that the aspects of performance measurement that could be used as factors in performance were: (1) Quality; (2) Quantity; (3) Timeliness; (4) Cost Effectiveness; (5) Supervision Requirement; and (6) Interpersonal Influence. The population in this study was the staff of North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports amounting to 96 people, but in the sampling process the Department Head was excluded and 2 employees were performing learning tasks, and the author himself. So, the total sample observed as data sources amounted to 92 people.This research was a survey with data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work motivation factors (the factors of motivator and hygiene) simultaneously had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports, with Fcount value = 93.727 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-F = 0,000 <α 0.05. The motivator factor (X1.1) had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports with tcount = 2.964 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-t = 0.004 <α 0.05; and the hygiene factor (X1.2) had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports with tcount = 2,617 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-t = 0,010 <α 0.05.

Abstract

Forest as a gift and the mandate of Almighty God bestowed upon the people of Indonesia is a priceless natural wealth; therefore, it must be grateful. His gift is a mandate, therefore, forests must be managed and utilized wisely as a manifestation of gratitude to Allah SWT. Production forest in the KPH areas DampelasTinombo which is in ParisanAgung Village, Dampelas Sub-District indicates that about 410 hectares are in damage, therefore,  it is needed a study about the composition and the potential production forest in Parisanvillage forplanning utilization and plantation forest development which aims at providing welfare for the people who live around the forest area without changing its main function. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from September to November 2015. This research is located at production forest area in the territory of KPHDampelasTinombo which is still territory of ParisanAgung village, Dampelas Sub-district, Donggala, Central Sulawesi. The composition of productional vegetation forest in ParisanAgung Village are 28 vegetation types. The tree level vegetation in the plot is 165 individuals of 25 species of vegetation, the poles vegetation is 140 individuals of 25 species of vegetation, sapling level is 146 individuals of 28 species of vegetation and seedling is 154 individuals of 28 species of vegetation. The potential volume of trees that were in observation plot is 162.53 m3 of 165 individuals, mompi species have the highest volume with 13.17 m3 and the volume level of the pole inside the observation plot is 17.89 m3 of 140 individuals, perupuk kind has the highest volume with 1.63 m3.

Abstract

The Influence of Internal Control, Planning, and The Implementation of regional finance accounting system influence the performance of officials in Sigi Governmental institutions; 2) significant influence of internal control, planning, and the implementation of regional finance accounting system on the performance of officials in Sigi governmental institutions; 3) significant influence of internal control on the performance of Governmental intitutions in Sigi; 4) significant influence of planning on the performance of Governmental institutions in Sigi; 5) significant influence of the implementation of regional finance accounting on the performance of Governmental institutions in Sigi. The study means to verify the relationships of variables by including 42 respondents who selected by census method. The result can be concluded that: 1) internal control, planning, and the implementation of regional finance accounting system simultaneously have significant influence the performance of officials in Sigi governmental institutions; 2) internal control significantly influences the performance; 3) planning has insignificant influence on the performance of officials in Sigi governmental institutions; 4) the implementation of regional finance accounting significantly influences the performance of Governmental institutions in Sigi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of company’s performance before (t-3) and after (t+3) the implementation of Employee Stock Option Program in non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange within a period of 2008-2011. Companies’ performance is measured by profitability  ratio (ROA), activity ratio (TATO), liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), and solvability ratio (DER). Sample of the research consists of 7 non-financial companies that implemented ESOP, which are selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collected is secondary data based on library research. Technique of data analysis used is statistical descriptive analysis and hypothesis tested by implementing paired sample t-test (test for coupled samples). The hypothesis tested by implementation and percentage of ESOP in each company are different; ESOP is conducted by vesting (provide the right to have options, yet, it is noncompulsory for the employee). Paired sample t-test indicates that profitability ratio (ROA), activity rato (TATO), liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), and Solvability ratio (DER) show no significant difference on the company’s performance before (t-3) and after (t+3) the implementation of ESOP. This means that ESOP has not contributed to companies’ performance advancement.

Abstract

The research intends to describe the leaders’commitment, internal control environment, and the quality of financial statement; analyze the simultaneous influence of leaders ‘ commitment and internal control environment on financinal statement;determine and analyze the partial influence of internal control environment on financinal statement in all regional government working units in central Sulawesi. The research applies verificative approach. Population includes all regional government working units in central Sulawesi. Data used is primary and secondary data based on questionnaire distributed to 43 leaders in government working units who selected by census method. The result concludes that leaders ‘ commitment and internal control environment partially has significant influence on financial statement quality; internal control environment partially significant influence on financinal statement quality in all government working units in central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the fund management of School Operational Assistance in Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Parigi, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative method and the data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and documentations. Five informants were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The results shows that the fund management of School Operational Assistance at Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Parigi is not optimal, some aspects that were examined, for example the aspect of planning is good, the aspect of organization has been good, the aspect of scaling has been good, but the aspect of control is notgood.

Abstract

The aims of the study are: 1) to explore and analyze simultaneous influence of work environment and leadership of the principal on motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 2) to explore and analyze the influence of work environment on motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 3) to explore and analyze the influence of leadership of the principal on motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una. The study is descriptive quantitative and includes 85 teachers as respondents who selected with census method. The results of multiple linear regressions analysis show that: 1) work environment and leadership of the principal simultaneously influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 2) work environment positively and significantly influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 3) leadership of the principal positively and significantly influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una- Una.

Abstract

The study aims to describe: 1) simultaneous influence of internal control and adherence to accounting rules on the tendency of accounting fraud on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District; 2) significant influence of internal control, partially on the tendency of accounting fraud on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District; 3). significant influence of adherence to accounting rules on the tendency of accounting fraud, partially on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District. Statistical results using multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 16.0 finda that : 1) internal control and adherence to accounting rules have simultaneous influence on the tendency of accounting fraud on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District; 2) internal control partially has positive and significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District; 3) adherence to accounting rules partially has positive and significant influence on the tendency of accounting fraud on treasurers in governmental working units in Buol District.
