Abstract

The problem of this research is How Licensing Services in the Department of Investment and Licensing Services One Stop Central Sulawesi Province. This research analyzed descriptively qualitative. The informant in this research that a number of seven people comprising employees licensing services and licensing applicants drawn by pusposive sampling techniques. Mechanical collection and retrieval of data consists of observations, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in view of service quality is the theory of Parasuraman et al. consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the licensing service in the Department of Investment and Licensing Services One Stop Provincial Central Sulawesi, which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, shows the level of service quality is good because of all of these aspects, nothing is obstructing the quality of service licensing of society. While the aspect of tangibles and there are obstacles that the lack of service facilities in this case the lack of computer facilities and room service are inadequate.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to know and analyze the effects of competency, discipline and non-financial compensation on teacher’s performance at public senior high school in Parigi Moutong (a comparison study between certified and un-certified teacher), and to know the difference between performance of certified and un-certified teacher. This research has been conducted in public senior high school 1 Ampibabo, public senior high school 1 Palasa, and public senior high school 1 Bolano Lambunu involving 80 respondents. The study employs multiple linear regressions to test the relationship between dependent and independent variables using significant level α ≤ 0.05 with SPSS program version 16. corrected item total correlation technique has been used as validity test with minimum limit r > 0,3 and cronbach alpha has been use as reliability test with minimum coefficient α > 0.6. The result show that competency, discipline and non-financial compensation perform significant effects on teacher’s performance at public senior high school with adjusted R-square value 0.493. It means that 49,3 % teacher’s performance is effected by competency, discipline and non-financial compensation, and the rest is affected by other variables that are not investigated in this research. In addition, there is no significant difference between performance of certified and un-certified teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees performance (Study on the employees of Badan Kesbangpol dan Linmas Provinsi Jawa Tengah). The sample used in this research consists of 60 respondents from 106 employees. The method of sampling used is by purposive sampling, method data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 0,465 X 1 + 0,398 X 2. The result of the reseacrh using t test that leadership style and work motivation have positive significant influence to employees performance. The result of the research simultantly using F test, shows that all of the independent variables influence significant to employees performance. The coefficient determinant (R 2 ) is 0.680 which means 68% employees performance variation explained by independent variables, where as 32% explained by another variables which is not followed.

Abstract

The district Ampibabo Parigi Moutong is one puskesmas providing services for inpatient or outpatient treatment, and is implementing units district health offices parigi, so the quality of health services at community ampibabo must be guaranteed to meet the needs of patients and can give satisfaction patients. The aims to understand the relationship the quality of health services the level of satisfaction in patient treatment at puskesmas ampibabo. Based on analysis univariat and bevariat that are analyzed from the answers respondents visits inpatients years 2016 (agustus-november) about the results 64 the that (1) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on the reliability of patients at puskesmas ampibabo district Parigi Moutong less than half respondents are sure, (2) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on dimensions responsiveness patients at puskesmas ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (3) the quality of health services in terms of the satisfaction of assurance based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (4) quality health pelayanann in terms of the satisfaction of empathy based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district Parigi Moutong most stated good enough, (5) the quality of health services in terms of it.

Abstract

This research’s aims are: 1) to define and analyze the influence of direct expenditure and budget surplus on economic growth; 2) to define and analyze the influence of direct expenditure on economic growth; 3) to define and analyze the influence of budget surplus on economic growth. The research involves ten regencies and one city that are purposively selected. The research type is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. The data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions. Based on the study results, the research concludes that: 1) direct expenditure and budget surplus simultaneously ave positiveand significant influence on economic growth with Rsquare of  0.2840 or 28,4 % on the significant influence on economic growth with tvalue of 2,797 on the significant level of  0,008; 3) budget surplus partially has insignificant influence on economic growth with tvalue of  0,927 on the significant level of  0,359.

Abstract

The research was to juridically analyze the implementation of budgeting control in Central Sulawesi Provincial Development Planning Agency and idenyify their job performance in case of manipulation inprovincial fund management. It was a normative research adopting juridical and conceptual approaches. The sources of date were primary and secondary. The results of the research showed 2 findings. (1) the control was applied during planing, implementation, management, reporting and acountability of the provincial budget. Such a step was preferable to prevent financial manipulation and losses since preventive measures agains financial manipulation were perceived to be better than currative ones. Having gained Reasonable Without Exception financial reporting predicate twice, the Central Provincial Goverment would be more encoraged to better prepare transparent and effective accrual-based financial accountability reports in order to be more consistent to good governance principle. (2) The performance was evaluated to identivity progresses in the programs and activities in order to gain indicators that the Agency was clean, transparent and accountable in the processes of fair and effective budgeting in consistent with the good governance principle.

Abstract

This  research  is  aimed  at  analyzing  the  implementation  of  the  national  program  forstrengthening their self-funded community. In addition, it is also aimed at analyzing factors both hampering and supporting the implementation of the national programs for community self- empowerment at the village of Mamboro. The research method applied is descriptive-qualitative. The Informan of this research are The Leader Of  PNPM Unit, The Village Chief of Mamboro And Mamboro Barat, The BKM Nadoli member, The Village Supervisor, and The Targeting People. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. The data of the study is obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study indicates that the implementation of PNPM policy has run well although some hampering and supporting factors still take place during the period of the policy implemtation.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the quality of academic services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Madako University. This research uses the theory of service quality proposed by Zenthaml Parasuraman. Type of research is qualitative. The informants of this research consist leccturers, teaching staff, students and alumni who are determined purposively, with data collection methods consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification and drawing conclusions. Research results indicate that the quality of academic services in the context of teaching and learning process in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Madako University is not qualified yet. This is evidenced by five dimensions used as a benchmark; barely four dimensions go well namely the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. While the dimension of tangible is inadequate therefore the academic services are not running properly. This is due to the unavailability of sufficient facilities that can support the lecturing process, such as unavailability of representative study room, unavailability of lecture rooms, unavailability of parking space, unavailability of worship facilities and library facilities that are not functioning.

Abstract

UPTD (regional technics revenue unit) Palu is one of office which provide service to community. To provide best service, this office needs personnel that have best performance and motivation. In line eith this argument, this research aims to know measure and analyze direct effect of competency and indirect effect of competency through motivation on performance. This research employs path analysis using regression equation approach. The results shows that competency performs positive and significant effect on motivation with regression coefficient 0,619. Motivation performs positive and significant effect directly on performance, therefore it can be concluded that motivation is an intervening variable. This is indicated by regression coefficient 0,294. Competency performs positive and significant effect directly on performance with coefficient regression 0,416. In addition, competency performs positive and significant effect directly on performance through motivation at UPTD Regional Revenue I Palu which is indicated by effect 0,182.

Abstract

Based on the problem formulation in this study, the researcher specified that the goal of this study was to provide an overview of the organizational performance of the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department, in terms of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability indicators. This study used descriptive qualitative method that was supported by data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentations. The informant selection used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis by basing on the process of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results showed that the organizational performance of the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department in executing work training in terms of productivity, responsiveness, and accountability indicators had been going well, but in the terms of the quality of service and responsibility indicators had not been completely going well. In carrying out its performance, the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department encountered various obstacles, such as lack of training facilities and infrastructures, lack of budgets, and lack of training instructors from the Technical Implementation Unit itself.
