Abstract

This research aims to identify the income of Vennamei shrimp fishpond business in Boyatongo Village South Parigi Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research was conducted on May to July 2017 in Boyatongo Village South Parigi Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency. The location of the research was selected by purposively  through consideration that this village is one of area that produce Vennamei shrimp with extensive harvested area and high production in Parigi Moutong. Sample of respondent was determined through census. Sample taken was all community who cultivate the Vennamei shrimp. The total number of respondent were 12 people of Vennamei shrimp farmers. Analysis used was income analysis. The result of analysis showed that the average production I is 372.5 kg/3ha or 124.1 kg/ha with selling price of Rp. 45.000/ kg, the average production of II is 85 kg/3 ha or 28 kg/ha and the selling price is Rp. 40.000/kg. The average of income earn by the farmer is Rp. 20.179.167/3ha or Rp. 6.726.389/ha. The permanent cost is Rp. 2.922.428/3ha or Rp. 974.143/ha and the average of variable cost is Rp. 7.679.833/3ha or Rp. 2.559.944/ha. The average of outcome is Rp. 10.602.262/3ha or Rp. 3.534.087/ha. Therefore, the average income of farmer is Rp. 9.576.905/3ha or Rp. 3.192.302/ha.

Abstract

The district Ampibabo Parigi Moutong is one puskesmas providing services for inpatient or outpatient treatment, and is implementing units district health offices parigi, so the quality of health services at community ampibabo must be guaranteed to meet the needs of patients and can give satisfaction patients. The aims to understand the relationship the quality of health services the level of satisfaction in patient treatment at puskesmas ampibabo. Based on analysis univariat and bevariat that are analyzed from the answers respondents visits inpatients years 2016 (agustus-november) about the results 64 the that (1) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on the reliability of patients at puskesmas ampibabo district Parigi Moutong less than half respondents are sure, (2) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on dimensions responsiveness patients at puskesmas ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (3) the quality of health services in terms of the satisfaction of assurance based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (4) quality health pelayanann in terms of the satisfaction of empathy based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district Parigi Moutong most stated good enough, (5) the quality of health services in terms of it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk: 1). Mengetahui hukum yang menjadi dasar penyebab keluarnya putusan Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaad pada perkara ekonomi syariah No 316/Perdt.G/2018/PgA.Pwl, dan 2). Mengetahui akibat hukum dari putusan Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaad tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari tujuan skripsi secara tertulis isinya berupa kutipan tentang bukti presentasi yang akan disediakan. Simpulannya dari Hasil Penelitian bahwa hukum yang dijadikan dasar penetapan oleh Majelis Hakim pada putusan Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaad dalam perkara Nomor 316/Prdt.G/2018/PA.Pwl adalah berdasar pada Putusan MA No. 556 K/Sip/1973 tgl 10 november 1971 dan Pasal 8 Nomor 3 Rv(Reglement of de Rechtsvordering. Akibat hukumnya putusan Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaad tersebut yaitu tidak dapat lagi dilanjutkan persidangan dan Majelis Hakim memberhentikan pemeriksaan terhadap materi yang ada dalam gugatannya, dan posisi atau kedudukan pihak yang berhukum dianggap masih sama sewaktu belum terjadinya gugatan tersebut. Implikasi dari Penelitian ini adalah: 1). MA atau Mahkamah Agung dapat lebih menguatkan lagi hukumhukum dalam menetapkan putusan N.O sebagaimana putusan tersebut dapat dijadikan sumber hukum yurisprudensi MA, 2). LBH atau Lembaga bantuan hukum yang diwakili oleh advokat dalam melakukan pemberian bantuan hukum diharapkan agar lebih teliti dalam melakukan tindakan agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat sebagai penggugat yang diwakilinya. 3). Peneliti yang akan datang bisa mengadakan penelitian yang lebih mendalam mengenai Putusan Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaad/ N.O guna dapat menambah wawasan mengenai hukum terutama dalam hukum acara perdata. 4). Seluruh jajaran akademik hukum, supaya memberi pengetahuan tentang bagaimana beracara dalam hukum perdata sebagaimana peraturan hukum acara.

Abstract

As an adsorbent material, Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) provides several advantages, such as large surface area and pore volume, as well as stability in aqueous systems both in acidic, basic, and neutral conditions. The research successfully made a metal organic framework (MOF) from chromium and perylene that was modulated by isonicotinic acid. This was done using three different methods: hydrothermal (Cr-PTC-HIna-HT), solvothermal (Cr-PTC-HIna-ST), and sonochemical (Cr-PTC-HIna-SC). The Cr-PTC-HIna-SC showed the greatest Pb2+ ion adsorption capacity. The optimum adsorption of Pb2+ ions occurred at 150 ppm Pb2+ ion concentration, pH 5, 90 minutes of contact time, and an adsorption capacity of 149.95 mg/g at 35 °C. The dominant adsorption isotherm model is the Langmuir isotherm model with R2 = 0.9867 and follows the pseudo-second-order. The selectivity test showed that Cr-PTC-HIna-SC MOF could adsorb more Cd2+ ions than Pb2+ ions, with 250 mg/g being the best amount.

Abstract

Methylene blue wastewater from the paper, clothing, and textile industries can adversely affect aquatic ecosystems if improperly treated. One method to treat methylene blue pollutants in sewage is through photocatalysis techniques using magnesium ferrite (MgFe2O4) nanoparticle-based semiconductors. The MgFe2O4 is effective for methylene blue degradation because it is stable in aqueous systems, inexpensive, and has good photocatalytic activity. This study aims to synthesize MgFe2O4 nanoparticles with pumpkin seed extract (Cucurbita moschata) as a capping agent through a hydrothermal method. Characterization results show that MgFe2O4 nanoparticles synthesized with the addition of 3 mL pumpkin seed extract have a crystal size of 3.87 nm, cubic spinel structure, average particle size of 29 nm, and band gap energy value of 1.94 eV. The MgFe2O4 nanoparticles produced optimum degradation efficiency under mercury lamp irradiation with a degradation capacity of 391.98 mg/g at pH 12. Abstract

Microplastic pollution presents a significant challenge globally, posing serious threats to aquatic ecosystems. This study explores the photocatalytic degradation of microplastics in aqueous solutions by applying nitrogen-doped TiO2 (N-TiO2) nanoparticles under visible light. The N-TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized via the solvothermal method, utilizing chitosan derived from shrimp shell waste as a nitrogen source. The photocatalytic efficacy of the N-TiO2 nanoparticles was assessed for degrading model polyethylene microplastics, illuminated by a 50-watt LED lamp. Characteristic peak shifts in the FTIR absorption spectrum, notably at 3429 cm-1 to lower wavenumbers, and diminished amide I absorption at 1621 cm-1, confirmed the successful extraction of chitosan from shrimp shell waste. The synthesized N-TiO2 nanoparticles were in the pure anatase phase, exhibited a reduced bandgap of 2.97 eV, and showed enhanced absorption in the visible light spectrum (λ=400 – 800 nm) compared to undoped TiO2. The incorporation of nitrogen into the TiO2 matrix was validated by vibration bands at approximately 1035 cm-1 and 535 cm-1, corresponding to the Ti—N and Ti—O—Ti bonds, respectively. Optimal results were attained with TiO2 nanoparticles doped with 50% nitrogen, achieving a degradation rate of approximately 30.45% of a 250 mg/L microplastic solution over 50 hours of visible light exposure—nearly six times more effective than undoped TiO2. This study highlights the sustainable use of shrimp shell waste as a nitrogen source for enhancing TiO2 nanoparticles, showcasing their potential for environmental remediation applications.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of crafts on the material of Soft Waste Crafts. This research was carried out in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year in class VIIC of SMP Negeri 14 Samarinda which consisted of 34 students. Methods The research was conducted in two cycles with.stages consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Activity indicators in the first cycle in good category, in the second cycle in very good category, the results of the formative test of KBM in the first cycle reached 5.89% firs meeting, 44.51% secon meeting, second cycle first meeting  94.12%, 100% second meeting , The results of portfolio in the first cycle were 71.47%, the second cycle was 86.47%. The results of the analysis showed that there was a change in a positive direction or an increase from the two cycles carried out. it can be concluded that the Experimental Model can improve the learning outcomes of Crafts with soft waste craft materials in class VII C of SMPN 14 Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of poetry writing skills in third-grade students at SDN 2 Pekanbaru using the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) cooperative learning model. Poetry writing skills are considered difficult as they require the ability to find and use appropriate words and master vocabulary. Initial data showed that 88.24% of students had not achieved the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) score of 80 in poetry writing, and students were less enthusiastic in learning. This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. In Cycle I, the completion percentage increased to 64.71%. A significant improvement was observed in Cycle II, where 100% of students achieved classical completeness, although individual completeness did not always reach 100%. This success was supported by the teacher's mastery of the TTW model, the teacher's ability to create a safe and competitive learning environment, effective time management, and a good emotional connection between the teacher and students. Thus, the TTW learning model proved effective in improving students' poetry writing skills in Elementary School.
