Abstract

The study identifies the influence emosional quotient, spiritual quotient and adversity quotient on the performance of officials in helath polytechnic the ministry of health Palu. The aim of the study is to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence emosional quotient, spiritual quotient and adversity quotient on the performance of officials in helath polytechnic the ministry of health Palu. Method of study is descriptive and it distributes 118 questionnaires to respondents. The result indicates that correlation among independent variables of emosional quotient, spiritual quotient and adversity quotient on the performance of officials in helath polytechnic the ministry of health Palu is 0.637, that indicates a strong correlation between independent and dependent variables. Adjusted R square or determinant coefficient (R2), that intended to determine the influence emosional quotient, spiritual quotient and adversity quotient on the performance of officials in helath polytechnic the ministry of health Palu is 0.390 or 39%. This means that the influence of independent variables towards dependent variables is 39% while the remaining of 61% influenced by  variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This study is aims: 1) to seek and analyze the influence of Integrated Marketing Communication on corporate image of P.T. Hadji Kalla, Branch of Palu and 2) to seek and analyze the influence of corporate image on customer satisfaction in buying cars in P.T. Hadji Kalla, Branch of Palu. The research method is causal-descriptive. Population of the study consists of people who bought cars from P.T. Hadji Kalla, Branch of Palu and 180 people selected as samples throught probability sampling with systematic sampling. Method of analysis is quantitative descriptive and the analisis tool is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). the results show that; 1) Integrated Marketing Communication positive and significant influence on P.T. Hadji Kalla’s image; 2) corporate image positive and significant influence on customer’s satisfaction in buying cars in P.T. Hadji Kalla, branch of Palu.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study, in which descriptive qualitative research is used to depict or describe a situation is on the level of Quality of Hospital Inpatient Services In Undata. Judging from the number of visits patients, especially inpatients has decreased the number of visits that by 2015 as many as 11 192 visits by an average of 69 people a day visit while in 2014 as many as 14 871 visits with an average of 182 people per day. This study was conducted to determine how the Quality of Inpatient Services at Regional General Hospital Undata. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of Inpatient Services at Regional General Hospital Undata seen from the aspect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. In conclusion, the study proves that the quality of Inpatient Services at Regional General Hospital Undata turns considered less good, because in general there are still many complaints from patients and the public. The results of this study are expected to be useful in improving the quality of care in hospitals Undata, to suit the patient's expectations and the vision, mission Mission Hospital.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to identify why diversion was only applied affected to children facing legal proceedings and how the diversion was applied in legal proceeding, it was juridical/empirical, in the problem formulations wee: (1) why is diversion only affected to children facing legal proceedings? (2) Why were there diverences in the process of diversion in palu court of the first instance. The results of the research showed that diversion can be adopted to reach people social walfare, specifically child social welfare and child protection. Accordingly, the children needed to be released from legal processes, as they could badly affect their physical, psychological and mental developments. The factors causing differences in the diversion effects were influenced by freedom of judge, judge perception and judge background. There were judge preferring positivism with legal certainly approach. On the other hands, there also progressive judges preferring restorative approaches. It was concluded that diversion was affected only to children commiting minor crimes, instead of the major oner. In fact, there were evidences of inconsistency in the implementacion of diversion in palu court of the first instance againts law numbre 11 year 2012  about Child Criminal Justice System and state regulation number. 65 yer 2015 about  Diversion implementation guide and treatment to lower than 12 years old, especially regarding the concept of diversion and conditions for diversion

Abstract

The purpose this reseach the economy sector growth classification in Tolitoli and Buol regency area, to know basis and non-basis sectors of the economy sector growth in Tolitoli and Buol regency area, to know the change and movement in economic sector into Tolitoli and Buol regency and to determine the economic advantage  sector in Tolitoli and Buol regency. Based on the account result which is obtained indicate that growth classification of economic sector in Tolitoli and Buol regency which is progress and developed sector is agriculture sector that progress but still stagnant sector that are cultivation industry sector and potential sector or still developing that are electric and water clean sectors and underdeveloped sectors that are mining and digging, building, trade, hotel and restaurant, transport and communication, finance, rental and company and services sectors. The including of in basis sector for Tolitoli and Buol regency that are agriculture and cultivation industry sectors. The result of shift share analysis indicate that the sector has got the quick growth process so that has potential to be developed into PDRB growth in Tolitoli regency that are electric, water, rental and company services sectors. But in Buol regency that are agriculture, electric, water clean, transport and communication sectors. The including as the advantage sector and the big contribution sectors on PDRB in Tolitoli and Buol regency that are agriculture, service sector, trade, hotel, restaurant and cultivation industry sectors.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Donggala Regency, which has experienced twice the regional growth in less than a decade. This research aims to determine the magnitude of economic transformation and their growth patterns, the distance disparities among district development and the significance of the difference post-expansion area. To reveal the magnitude of economic transformation used contribution analysis tool, while the growth patterns using Klassen Typology. The measurement of development disparities used Williamson Index and Taxonomic Method, while Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to see the significance of disparity differences among periods. Contribution analysis showed the economic transformation along with the changes in the dominance of the economic structure from the primary sector to the tertiary sector reaching 43,53 percent in 2014, while the Klassen Typology showed an increase in economic growth and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita above average in Banawa and Damsol. Williamson Index changes from 0,094 become 0,144 in 2014, indicates a trend of increased development disparities, while the Taxonomic Method which measures development with broader dimensions discover the improvements of development disparities in some districts. The results of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a confidence level of 95 percent concluded that there was no significant difference in the development disparities among periods.

Abstract

This study is categorised as quantitative research with the number of respondents consisted of 74 villagers of Tanjung Karang in Donggala. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with the questionnaire. Secondary data in this study was gathered from several government institutions, the management of Tanjung Karang site in Donggala, and literatures or other references in the form of journals. The two analytical methods were used in this study comprised by the AHP and multiple linear regression analysis. The AHP analysis of this research shows that the economic and social impact on the live of people around the area are significant.  The income criteria was chosen as high weight and more dominant influence on the lives of people within the Tanjung Karang tourism development. Meanwhile, there are several social impact occur around the area of Tanjung karang tourism development, such as, work profession was shifted, attitudes and behaviour are also shifted. There are several activities which may harm socioeconomic around the area, for example, road construction, expansion of the enclave and land encroachment is done illegally. The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis shows that the two variables significantly affect the income of the people in the area of Tanjung Karang site in Donggala, such as, the number of dependents, and long working area of ​​travel. The coefficient determines the trend in increase or decrease people's incomes while the distance variable to tourist sites has a positive effect but it was not significant on the people's income around the area. It is in line with the field conditions in which people are involved in economic activities in Tanjung Karang site that people who are in the tourist site.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan prosedur dan syarat-syarat pengangkatan anak secara langsung dan juga menjelaskan mengenai akibat hukumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Yuridis Normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konsep dan studi kasus,dan sosiologi. Hasil pengangkatan anak dengan syarat-syarat pengangkatan anak seperti yang tercantum pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 54 Tahun 2007 tentang Pelaksanaan Pengangkatan Anak. Akibat hukum dari pengangkatan anak tersebut sesuai dengan hukum masing-masing. Kesimpulannya adalah prosedur dan syarat-syarat pengangkatan anak sesuai yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan akibat hukumnya berpengaruh pada hal perwalian dan hak waris. Saran yang diberikan yaitu perlu kerjasama yang baik anatar pemerintah dengan masyarakat melalui pembentukan suatu peraturan yang kongkret, sehingga hak- hak dan jaminan perlindungan hukum bagi anak yang diangkat secara langsung dapat dijamin oleh negara.

Abstract

This research aimed at explaining descriptively about the communities perception of Tentena – Tonusu road quality increasing in accorance with economy activities, mainly on accesibilty, land value and productivity of community in North Pamona Sub-district of Poso Regency. The population of the research is community that live along side of the Tentena – Tonusu road that consist of 495 people, and there is 80 respondent that choosed by using purposive technical sampling. The research type is desctriptive with quantitative approach. Data collected through questionaire, interview and documentation. Data analyzed by percentation analysis. The research result shows that the degree of community accesibility and mobility is increased and influence significantly after the increasing of road. For  the increasing acces to interact with another area, so that the utility and value of land at road ring is also increased, 2). The impact of Tentena-Tonusu road quality increasing is influence significantly on the increasing of quantity and quality of agriculture commodity, 3). The increasing of community income in North Pamona sub-district because of the road quality increasing give a significance contribution to the degree of community welfare and then economy growth increasing.

Abstract

The main subject of this study is the behavior of public servant employees. This study aims at finding out the behavior of public servant employees of public relation division of regional secretariat of Parigi Moutong Regency. The theory used is theory of Bureaucracy by Miftha Thoha that formulated in five aspects: Capabilities, Needs, Trust, Experiences and Expectations.This research usedqualitative method. The informants are official employees and staff public relation division of regional secretariat of Parigi Moutong Regency that taken by purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection  consisted of observation, interview and documentation while technique of data analysiswere data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion (verification). The results shows that the behavior of public servantemployee in public relation division of regional secretariat of Parigi Moutong Regencyhas not conducted fully by Bureaucracy apparatur. It can be seen from the Individual Characteristics. Only aspect of capability, trust and experience run well.Meanwhile, need and expectation have not been fully carried out. The ability of personnel in public relation division is categorized as good enough, but they lack of discipline in terms of office hours. In fact, good individual ability should be in harmony with good discipline. Furthermore,  in line with the aspect of needs, individuals behave differently because of the different individual needs background, but in order to achieve organizational goals, employees in public relations division have the same orientation to achive organizational goals. Regarding to the aspect of trust, each staff in public relations division gets egual trust from the leader. Each employee who break the trust given by the leader are going to recieve directly either verbal or written reprimand. In relation to the aspect of work experience, each employee of public relation division is basically good, but they must always be given guidance. For those who complete the task properly, need to be given reward while those who are negligent penalties should be applied. Therefore, the leader needs tocreate work plans that lead to the fulfillment of those needs. Last but not least, the aspect of expectations in public relation division has not been entirely fulfilled. Therefore, leaders should plan to increase those capabilities to a variety of training or technical assistances.
