Abstract

This research intends to find out and analyze the influence of commitment, competency, and work environment on teachers’ performance in Districk of Mamuju Regency (case study in SMAN Pasangkayu and MA DDI Pasangkayu). Population in this study consists 41 teachers’as civil servants. The research employs multiple linear regressions analysis to explain the influence of independent variables towards dependent variable, both simultaneously and partially. Hypothesis test is conducted on significant level  α≤0,05 by using SPSS 16. The test results show that commitment, competency, and work environment simultaneously have positive and significant influence on teachers performance with the adjusted R2 of 0,825 or 82,5%. The remaining is explained by other variables that are not studied. Commitment positively and significantly influences teachers’ performances with regression coefficient of 0,051 with sig. 0,003; competency positively and significantly influences teachers’ performances with regression coefficient of 0,650 with sig. 0,000; work environment positively and significantly influences teachers’ performances with regression coefficient of 0,282 with sig 0,000.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 330 orang dari jumlah konsumen yang datang dalam waktu tiga bulan pada bisnis Center, karena jumlah populasi  terlalu banyak maka penulis melakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan Acident sampling, yaitu sebanyak 76 orang.   Pengolahan data menggunakan program statiscal product and service solution (SPSS 19.0), setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1)Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  2)Bukti langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  3)Kehandalan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  4)  Daya Tanggap berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  5)Jaminan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  6)Empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze simultaneous and partial effects of motivation, work environment and job stress on nurse’s performance at overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu. This is a descriptive and causal research using proportionate random sampling as the sampling technique to collect data from 125 nurses. This research employs multiple linear regression as an analysis tool. Based on the results of descriptive statistics, it show that mean of motivation variable is sense of belonging 3.94. The highest mean work environment variable is psychological work environment 3.60. Furthermore, the highest mean of job stress variable is group support 4.17 and for nurse’s performance is capability 4.18 respectively. Based on the result of multiple linear regression, it show that F value = 34.490 at the significant level of 0.000 (α = 0,05). This indicates of motivation, work environment and job stress simultaneously perform positive and significant effects of nurse’s performance at overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu. Meanwhile, partially motivation and work environment perform positive but not sognificant effects on performance. In addition, job stress perform positive and significant effect on nurse’s performance overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu.

Abstract

The research is aimed to analize the influence of supervision and certification on teacher’ performance in SMPN 7 Palu with explanative approach. There are 3 (three) variables studied: 1) supervision, 2) certification, and 3) performance of teachers with multiple regression analysis. The population includes all certified-civil servants teachers in SMPN 7  as many as 33 people. Based on the test results, R square is 0.185 or 18.50% that means that independent variables (supervision X1 and certification X2) influence the teacher performance of 18.50% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. The estimation of R is 0.430 or 4,30%, which means that supervision and certification correlates strongly with teachers’ performance in SMPN 7 Palu.

Abstract

Women’s Economic Productivity Improvement is a policy to improve the quality of life of women, such as health care quality improvement, quality of education, as well as the elimination of various forms of violence against women. In Women’s Economic Productivity Improvement, it is required implementation so that the policy can be perceived objectives and benefits. The research objective is to analyze the policy implementation of the Indonesia State Minister for Women Empowerment Number 58 Year 2004 on policies and strategies of Women’s Economic Productivity Improvement, and also to identify the role of each institutions and personal in the village of the Kalawara Gumbasa, District of Sigi. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection was through observations, interviews and documentations. The theory used is Implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn. This theory presupposes that the implementation of a policy runs linearly from public policy, public policy implementer and the performance itself. Besides, successful implementation of a policy is determined by several aspect, the aspect according to Van Meter and Van Horn are ; 1) Aspect of basic measures and policy objectives, 2) Aspect of Policy Resources, 3) Aspect of implementation activity and communication between organizations, 4) Aspect of implementors’ characteristics, 5) Aspect of tendency (disposition) implementor, 6) Conditions aspect of economic, social, and political. The results showed that the implementation of the Women’s Economic Productivity Improvement in the village of Kalawara Gumbasa, Sigi District has been accomplished, but not as expected objectives and benefits of the policy, because there are aspect that have not been met. Aspect which have not been fulfilled are: 1) Aspect of Policy Resources and 2) Aspect of implementation activity and communication between organizations. While 1) Aspect of basic measures and policy objectives, 2) Aspect of the implementers’ characteristics, 3) Aspect of tendency, and 4) Aspect of the economic, social and political have been fulfilled.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the coordination of subdistrict heads in the development process in the district of Central Bungku district of Morowali. The location of the research was conducted at the Bungku Tengah District Office of Morowali District. The theory used is coordination according to Hasibuan (2006: 86-87), coordination is divided into two major parts of vertical coordination and horizontal coordination ". This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. The research informant was determined using purposive technique. The research informants determined by the researcher amounted to 7. The type of data used consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis is done by Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusion. The results of Coordination of Camat In Development Process In Sub-district of Bungku Tengah Morowali District has not been done well overall, because of 2 (two) types of coordination according to Hasibuan which used as benchmark, there is still one coordination that has not been done well that is Horizontal coordination. While the coordination that has been done well is Vertical Coordination.

Abstract

The study is analyzing the proses of budgeting, implementation and management, accountability, control and utilization, and anstacles in the managementand utilization of national health insurance capitation funds in community health center in Parigi in 2016. Type of study and data analysis is qualitative. Data collecting methods consist of in-depth interview, observation, and document review. Informants consist of 7 people who take part in the management and utilization of national health insurance capitation funds in Parigi’s health center, the key informant is the head of Health Departement in Parigi Moutong Regency. The result shows that the management of capitation funds of national health insurance has been implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and regulation, but there is a delay in reporting and and the accountablility of the clinic. This affect the delay in the issuance of SP3B dan SP2B, which also affects in the financial reporting delays. The utilization of capitation fund of national health insurance based on the Regents’ letter and regulations has been utilized 70% for service, 10% for medicine, BHP and medical devices, and 20% for operational feels. The amount of services feel paid to employees is based on the points collected. These determined by their presence, type of their work, and employment status. Utilization of operational costs affects by the limited resources, delays in planning, and expenditure of operasional costs that are considered difficult.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to examine and analyze the implementation of The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission’s authority in monitoring the campaign broadcast of the presidential election in 2014, as well as to find out the effectiveness of sanctions for violations of campaign broadcast of the Presidential election in 2014. The method of the research is empirical juridical through data collection techniques are primary and secondary data. The conclusions can be drawn are (1) The authority of The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, in carrying out monitoring function of The Campaign Broadcast of The Presidential Election in 2014 have been reduced and deliberately weakened by The government, indicated with several times of judicial review of The Broadcasting Act, in particular matters related with the authority of The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission in monitoring the broadcast campaign. (2) In imposing sanctions, The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission is only allowed to give a written warning or to reduce the duration of the program rather than the revocation of the broadcast. Although, the violations had crossed the line, The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission is only entitled to provide recommendation to The Ministry of Communication and Information to evaluate the license of broadcasters, whether extended or revoked. Therefore, researcher suggests such things : (1) The role and authority of The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission must be further strengthened by The Act No. 32 Year 2002 on broadcasting, concerning about strict sanctions to broadcasters who violate The Campaign Broadcast of the next Presidential Election in 2019. (2) The government must revise and confirm the regulation about the practice of conglomeration and monopoly of broadcasting enterprise in Indonesia so that objectivity can be maintained in accordance with the order of the national broadcasting as contained in Pancasila and The 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how the implementation of policy on the application of electronic identity cards in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Regency of North Mamuju (2) the process of implementation of the public service of electronic identity cards in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Mamuju This is a descriptive qualitative Utara.Penelitian where the object of the research is to describe the communication factor, resources, bureaucracy and disposition in seeing how the implementation of public services in the application of the Electronic Identity Card. Datadilakukan through pengamatanterlibat collection, interview (determination of informants by using purposive sampling method), dokumentasidan literature review. The data is then classified and described and analyzed kualitatif.Hasil research shows that four factors that influence the success of an implementation kebijakanmenurut Edward III on the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Regency of North Mamuju. Communications Factor indicator is socialization, factor of implementation resource indicator is a technical executive personnel and supporting equipment readiness, implementation indicators disposition factor is the existence of SOPs implemented and implementation indicators bureaucratic structure factor bagimana regulatory support. Abstract

The research aims to know and analyze simultaneous and partial effects of communication, motivation and job discipline on personnel performance at Education Quality Assurance Institution, Central Sulawesi Province. This study covers 95 personnel who have been determined using census method. To collect data, this study employ observation, questionnaire, documentation and interview. Analysis technique uses in this research is multiple linear regression to test relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results show that simultaneously and partially communication, motivation and job discipline perform positive and significant effects on personnel performance at Education Quality Assurance Institution, Central Sulawesi Province.
