Abstract

Menurut dengan Buku pedoman penilaian angka kredit kenaikan pangkat/jabatan akademik dosen tahun 2014, bahwa tugas utama dosen dalam melaksanakan Tridharma perguruan tinggi merupakan satu kesatuan dharma atau kegiatan yang saling terkait dan mendukung satu sama lain. Khusus dalam unsur pelaksanaan pendidikan, Dosen melakukan beberapa kegiatan diantaranya yaitu melaksanakan perkuliahan dan membimbing tugas akhir. Untuk mengetahui informasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, dosen mengalami kendala ketika data kemajuan tidak dimiliki oleh dosen yang bersangkutan melainkan oleh bagian akademik dan mahasiswa. Untuk itu supaya dapat mengelola kemajuan setiap kegiatan diperlukan alat bantu berupa sistem yang dapat dikelola secara pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun Sistem Informasi berbasis Mobile untuk mendukung pengelolaan kegiatan pelaksanaan pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang meliputi tahapan Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis mobile yang dapat diakses secara pribadi menggunakan smartphone dan laptop melalui browser sebagai aplikasi client.

Abstract

Onion is one of the main income sectors in Brebes Regency, since most of Brebes area is rice field. Climate and soil type in Brebes is very suitable for onion cultivation plus onion has a high selling value compared to other agricultural products, it makes onion become the main choice of agricultural citizens. The magnitude of the red shadow from Brebes supplies 23% of national needs. One common problem that arises is how to bridge or facilitate farmers to offer their crops, and make it easier for buyers to locate farmers who sell their crops. One solution is the development of a system that can be an e-commerce web for a special sales promotion media for Gapoktan members (Combined Farmer Group) in Brebes District that will connect sellers and buyers online, and location search media for buyers to more easily find distribution location of the seller by using Location Based Service. Keywords: Location Based Service, Onion

Abstract

Tahapan dalam pengolahan citra meliputi segmentasi citra. Dalam permasalahan menemukan sebuah citra objek dengan baground menjadi kendala dalam segmentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset citra finir berjumlahkan 10 citra sampel, agar segmentasi bisa maksimal dilakukan tahap preprocessing dengan merubah citra yang berdimensi besar menjadi kecil, agar proses segmentasi nantinya tidak terlalu lama. Selanjutnya citra hasil preprocessing di konversi warna red, green dan blue kedalam ruang warna hue saturation dan value, dari komponen saturation dan value dapat mempermudah dalam mensegmentasi citra finir. Sehingga dalam ruang warna tersebut diubah menjadi citra biner untuk dilakukan segmentasi menggunakan Otsu, yang mana menggunakan nilai Threshold (T) dengan nilai setengah dari perhitungan global threshold, dikarenakan dengan menggunakan nilai global threshold saja masih belum bisa mensegmentasi obek finir. Ujicoba sistem dilakukan dengan metode Jaccard Similarity dari 10 data citra finir menggunakan metode segmentasi Otsu dan data citra Ground Truth, sehingga sistem dapat mensegmentasi citra finir dengan prosentase keberhasilan dalam menentukan persamaan citra sebesar 97.05%.

Abstract

A final project is the last project that must be made by a student before obtaining a degree. In practice students often experience confusion in determining the topic to be taken or what the concentration will serve as the topic of the final projects, where the topic is in accordance with their competence.Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is also known as weighted linear combination or scoring method is a simple and most often used multi attribute decision technique. This SAW method we trying to use to determine the final projects what is in accordance with the competence of students in the department of informatics Semarang Private University Semarang.The Result of this research can be provide input for students in determining their final projects, taking into consideration the values they acquired during the course. With the results of this research is expected the students will be able to work on their project papers to the maximum.

Abstract

The Student attendance at the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication University of Semarang  is data that can support in academic activities. validity and realbility of the attendance data  become obstacles in academic activities. So, Required attendance system that can prevent the occurrence of cheating attendance, facilitate lecturers to recap student attendance and facilitate administrative staff to recap lecturers’s attendance. In this research, student attendance system is made with two platforms, there are web based platform and platform based on android. Restful web service with JSON format is used to build communication between both platforms. In the attendence system android based, QRCode's Reader is used to read student QRCode cards to save attendance data. student dan lecture attendance can be monitored through attendance system web based. The attendance system test is done by testing all of the features and complexity of the algorithm with cyclomatic complexity. The test results show that all features can be used without error and cyclomatic complexity value show that algorithm of the attendance system  is easy to understand, easy to test and easy to maintain.

Abstract

People's lifestyles change in spending their funds have changed. Trend of software development innovation in Indonesia could be mapped into several types of E-Commerce, Media, Transportation, Accommodation and Logistics and Education. Now, there are 45 young entrepreneurs at the University PGRI Semarang. They need a tool to maximize business transactions, so it is necessary to develop E-Marketplace. The E-Marketplace Application System will be integrated with the Apprecitive Inquiry concept to reward users who frequently perform activities on the E-Marketplace application system. UML (Unifield Modeling Language) was used as a tool in designing this system. The result of this research is E-Marketplace application system that can run on web and mobile (hybrid) platform so it is expected to be a new marketing tool for young entrepreneurs at UPGRIS.

Abstract

Raspberry pi adalah sebuah komputer mini, sistem operasi Raspberry bisa bermacam-macam, salah satunya adalah Linux Debian yang telah dipaket minikan. Penenerangan tempat/ruangan dalam pekerjaan merupakan hal  penting, dimana dengan adanya penerangan kita bisa melihat kondisi ruangan. Selama ini untuk melakukan penerangan ruangan kita menggunakan saklar On/Off yang dipasang di tembok.Ruang Lab FTIK menjadi objek penelitian dimana mengunakan perangkat raspberry pi dengan sensor inframerah dan terhubung dengan lampu dimana perangkat PC Mini Raspberry  Pi akan menyalakan lampu dalam ruangan hanya pada saat terdeteksi suatu gerakan pada ruang Lab FTIK. Alat peraga ini akan dibangun dengan menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai pengendali dan PIR sensor sebagai pendeteksi gerak dan lampu LED sebagai output.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, dimana alur penelitian akan mengikuti fase – fase yang ada di waterfall. Memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi matakuliah praktikum mikrokontroller dan robotika melalui perangkat PC mini. Sehingga mahasiswa  juga  dapat  memahami  bagaimana otomatisasi rumah sederhana menggunakan PC mini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu alat peraga praktikum untuk matakuliah mikrokontroller dan robotika.

Abstract

Technology as a learning material will impact students impact in the future, in certain and details lesson material. Decission Support System teach how to solve the problems with algorythm methods application. One of them is ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité (ELECTRE). ELECTRE is a complex methods with various stages in solving problems. ELECTRE is difficult to understand in convensional way. Furthermore, this research aimed to solve the problems by create experimental tool  called ELECTRE application.

Abstract

In the computer laboratory of Mathematics Department previously installed in the network of Novell Netware 5 operating system. But file sharing problem is when client upgrades the operating system. The server can not be accessed from the client. So finally the data management was decided not to go through the server. Another constraint is not being able to update regularly, so it certainly will be vulnerable to viruses. Within 1 month required to re-install twice because of virus attacks, malware, and others. The idea is to build a network which is server-based integrated, and make improvements on the server side system more effective and efficient, and safe from hackers or viruses. This research also contributes to the realization of green computing that supports the commitment of college conservation.
