Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude seen effect of motivation and discipline of work satisfaction and performance PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru. As for the object of the object of study is the employees at PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.In this study,the population is population is PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru totaling 173 people, while the sample amounted to 63 employees. The data collected in the form of quantitative data and qualitative consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from employees of PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru through observation and questionnaires.To find out how much discipline and motivation on employee satisfaction with performance. So the way I did it was by using descriptive method that the entire result of the study could be linked to the theories contained in the theoretical description. To find out what are the factors that affect the performance of employees, it can be done by using a two-stage regression.Based on the research results and calculations indicate that motivation has an influence on satisfaction by 0.284 or 28.4%, and the discipline has an influence on the satisfaction of 0.355 or 35.5%, while satisfaction has an influence on the performance of employees is 0.215 or 21.5% in PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.Keywords : Motivation, Discipline, Employee Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organization culture and supervision on the performance through employee commitment in Riau Kepri Bank. The research method used is descriptive. The population in this research are 147 employees customer service. By using a Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method it has been obtained 106 respondents. Data collected with questionares. Techniques of data analysis is using path analysis.The result show that organization culture have a significant and positif influence on the commitment; supervision have not a significant and negatif influence on the commitment; commitmen have a significant and positif influence on the performance; organization culture have a significant and positif influence on the performance; supervision have not a significant and negatif influence on the performance; influence organization culture to performance through employee commitmen more bigger than influence organization culture on performance; influence supervision to performance through employee commitmen have not give contribution to develope employee performance.Keywords: organization culture, supervision, commitment, and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the dimensions of quality of the service whichconsists of Tangible (direct evidence), Empathy, Responsiveness (responsiveness), Reliability(reliability), Assurance (collateral) for customer satisfaction and loyalty SINAR saving at PT. BankRiau Kepri Branch Teluk Kuantan. The method used in this research is descriptive and path analysis,primary data collection through a questionnaire to 153 people, supported by analysis of primary andsecondary data through questionnaires, interviews and data agencies related to the problem understudy.The results show, that tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significantdirect effect and positive impact on satisfaction. tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness andassurance have a significant direct effect and positive impact on loyalty, and satisfaction has a directinfluence a significant and positive impact on loyalty.In this study the authors suggest to the company in order to continuously improve the reliability ofcreating customer satisfaction and better care for each customer so that customer loyalty is maintained.The author also suggests that companies still perform periodic measurements of satisfaction levels.Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. The effect of competence on the motivation of employees at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Knowing the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbarubranch. Knowing the competencies on the performance of employees at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Knowing the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch.In this study, the population is all employees of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch as many as 116 people. Stratified sampling random sampling, this the number of samples that will be used is 54 employees. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling method authors grouping based on the division of the existing population in PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Branch Pekanbaru.Based on the result of the study of leadership has an influence on motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Competencies have an influence on motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Leadership has an influence on the performance of the PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership, motivation and quality management system to performance of PT. PEC-Tech Services Indonesia at Pangkalan Kerinci.The method used is survey method, while the population in this study were 7(seven) department in the PT. PEC-Tech Services Indonesia that amounting to 1,523 (one thousand five hundred twenty three) ,They were Harvesting Department (445 people), Log Transport Department (346 people), Heavy Equipment Department (81 people), Woodyard Department (89 people), Crane Department (88 people), Workshop Department (388 people) and Supporting Department (86 People). Relatively number of relatively large population, the sample set as many as 94 people of population by10% precision and confidence90% level. Hypothesis testing is done using path analysis and to explain the relationship variables were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical test program for windows.The results showed that simultaneous variable of leadership and motivation significantly influence the quality management system and performance in PT. PEC-Tech Service Indonesia at Pangkalan Kerinci. This is evidence by their significant value less than 0.05 (α = 5%). This means the study received the hypothesis that leadership and motivation also affect the performance through quality management system implementation in PT. PEC-Tech Services Indonesia at Pangkalan Kerinci.Keyword: Leadership, Motivation, Quality Management System, Performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the customers coffee shop in Pekanbaru. The purpose of researchis to analyze the influence of lifestyle and attitude of the money on purchasing decisions with personalvalues as moderation. The study population was young people who visited Pekanbaru coffee shop - acoffee shop in Pekanbaru. Total sample of 150 persons selected by proportional random samplingtechnique. The analytical tool used is moderated stuctural equation modeling (MSEM) using softwareSMARTPLS 2.0 M3.The analysis showed that lifestyle positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Then,Lifestyle also positive and significant effect on attitude over money. However, the attitude of money andpersonal values are not shown to influence the purchasing decision. While personal values asmoderation is also no proven effect on purchasing decisions. Recommendations are suggested to theowner of coffee sho is to always follow the trend of the vitality of young people continuously.Furthermore, innovation and continuous improvement to its outlets. Abstract

This study aimed to test the Regional Income Effect on Capital Expenditure in Riau Province.The analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with regression testing to test theclassical assumption prior to getting the best research model. The variable in this study is the RegionalTax, Regional Fees and Other Legal PAD as an independent variable and capital expenditures as thedependent variable. The population was Riau Provincial Government Budget Realization. Sampleresearch is Actual Budget 12 districts / cities in Riau Province in 2008 to 2012.These results prove that simultaneous local taxes; levies and other legal PAD effect on capitalexpenditure in Riau Province. In partial, local taxes and other legal PAD effect on capital expenditurein Riau Province. While local levies no effect on Capital Expenditure.Keywords: local taxes; levies; other PAD legitimate and capital expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and communication on jobsatisfaction and employee performance Riau Provincial Education Department. The method of analysisused in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis).Collecting data using questionnaires and surveys with sampling done by stratified random samplingfrom a population where 188 employees, the sample used is as much as 128 respondents.Prior to test the hypothesis, the data of respondents through some statistical data processing, amongothers: the transformation of ordinal data into interval data, validity and reliability of data, suchassumption; test for normality, linearity test, test homoskedastisitas, and multicollinearity test. Thenproceed with the analysis of the path (path analysis).And based on the results of statistical analysis has been done, the results are as follows, namely: thatthe leadership and communication factors simultaneously and partial direct and significant impact onjob satisfaction. It further found that the factor of leadership, communication and job satisfactionsimultaneously direct significant effect on employee performance. This is not in line for the partialeffect, where the results obtained show that the only factor that job satisfaction is directly significanteffect on employee performance. As for leadership and communication factor was found only to have asignificant effect on performance is indirect through job satisfaction variables.Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality that consists of professionalism & skills, attitude & behavior, accessibility & flexibility, reliability & trustworthiness, service recovery, servicescape on customer satisfaction , the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the impact of service quality through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.Research using the research object PT.Bank Riau Kepri branch Siak located in the city of Siak Sri Indrapura, as the object is always saving clients who transact savings over 3 years data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents . Analysis tools using multiple linear regression analysis .The results showed that when the quality of service considered it will increase customer satisfaction, if customer satisfaction note it will increase customer loyalty and if the service quality through customer satisfaction , the customer will be considered more loyal. With increasingly improved service and result in increased customer satisfaction will make loyal customers using the products and services of PT . Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the influences of size firm, profitability, leverage, liquidity, and previous dividend toward dividend payout ratio.Sample of the research consist of 22 manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2009 until 2013. Purposive sampling methods were used determining method. The analysis technique used here is multiple regressions.The research result showed that size firm, profitability, leverage, liquidity, and previous dividend simultaneously influence dividend payout ratio. Firm size, leverage and previous dividend have partially effect on dividend payout ratio. The other variables which are profitability and liquidity have no effect on dividend payout ratio.Keyword: size firm, profitability, leverage, liquidity, previous dividend, dividen payout ratio.
