Abstract

Mobile phone card business is a business in the field of communication services, where the customer isa key in the field. This study analyzes the factors of satisfaction on customer loyalty of Flexi Trendy in Pekanbarucity. The formulation of the problem is the reduction in market share nationally of Flexi Trendy (prepaid) duringthe last five years may be indicated because of lowering customer loyalty of this card users. Therefore, this studyaimed to examine whether the variables of satisfaction that the product quality, relationship value and price ,product features (product feature) ,reliability, Guarantee, response and problem solving , employee experience, and the ease and comfort of an effect on loyalty . The samples are users of Flexi Trendy card ( prepaid ) amountedto 100 people and is located in Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru. The samples in this study is not random ( non -probability sampling ) and analysis tool used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS.17.The results showed that there is positive and significant, both individually and together (simultaneously) betweenproduct quality, relationship value and price, product features (product feature), reliability, guarantee, responseand problem solving, employee experience, and ease of and comfort to loyalty. And variable relationship betweenvalue and price have the most powerful influence in creating customer loyalty Flexi Trendy. Thus the results ofthis study support the all nine hypothesis that have been proposed in this study.Based on the managerial implications of this study can be taken to increase customer loyalty is to improve thequality of products such as signal quality, internet access, increasing the number of BTS stations in order toreach a wider and also improves service quality by conducting training for workers in order to know thestandard of service properly and have to give a clear warranty to customers. Agenda for future research isneeded to add another variable that affects loyalty and increase the number of samples with a broader scope.Keywords: Customer satisfaction, employee experince and convenience, loyalty, relationship value and price

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the ratio of income tax revenue before and after the applicationof flat rate and the effect of change in tax rate on income tax due in oil palm sector in Indonesia Stock Exchangein 2007-2010. This study aims to determine the income tax revenue before flat rate, income tax revenue after a flatrate, whether there are differences in income tax revenue before and after the flat rate , and the effect of changesin the rate of income tax payable. The method used in this study is the method of independent sample t test tocompare the income tax revenue before and after the application of flat rate. Then proceed with regressionanalysis to see the effect of changes in tax rates on income tax due. The results showed an increase in income taxrevenue in 2007 and 2008 amounting to Rp2,149 billion. This increase was influenced by sunset policy (removalfacilities tax penalties). Income Tax Receipts after application of flat rate is analyzed, namely in 2009, 2010,2011 and 2012. Income tax revenue increased to Rp30 billion in 2009, but in 2010 decreased by Rp758 billion,in 2011 again increased by Rp508 billion in 2012 and an increase of Rp461 billion. This is of course influencedby changes in the rates used. With the use of flat rate tax payers do not have to go through several layers of therates adjusted by the amount of taxable income to calculate income tax due. So that taxpayers get the convenienceand practicality that is expected to increase income tax revenue . The amount of taxes received prior to theapplication of flat rate would average Rp2.377,81 billion increased to Rp3.283,75 billion after the applicationof flat rate, an increase in income tax revenue amounting to Rp90,59 billion. Effect of change in tax rate to theincome tax payable 0,000 is significantly smaller than 0.05 and the R value of 0,877. This is in accordance withprogram changes that are expected to increase the rate of income tax revenue.Keywords: Income Tax Revenue, Tax Rate, Income Tax Due

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of marketing mix is the product, price, and channeldistribution of the paper purchase decision through buying interest either simultaneously or partially in PT.Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Pangkalan Kerinci Riau . The data used in this study are primary and secondarydata. For primary data is data obtained from questionnaires distributed and interview. Secondary data derivedfrom data owned by the company. Sampling in this study using census method in order to get a sample of 106respondents. The analytical method used was path analysis or path analysis.From the results of analyzes obtained that the variable product, price, distribution channels, and buying interesthas the simultaneous effect of the 37.9 % variable purchase decision. And the three variables of the marketingmix of product, price, and distribution channels that have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions is thedistribution channel with a value of 0.357. The results showed that the variable product, price, and distributionchannels enough to affect the purchasing decisions through buying interest. Therefore, reliable distribution,competitive pricing, and product development must be pursued so that the company will gain a competitiveposition in the market.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Buying Interest, and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

The objectives of This research are to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvability, profitability, activity,capital market and firm size ratio to stock return in construction company. This research also try to answervariable which have powerfull effect to stock return.Population of this study is all off company which listed in Indonesian Capital Market. Sample frameapplied in this research for construction company. Total sample of this research is thirty comany for 2009 to 2011period. Normality, multikolinearity, autocorrelation, heterdekedacity applied for this research as test of dataquality and multiple lenear regression used as tool for test the relationship of independen variables to dependentvariable. T test and F test uses to get the result of partial and simultaneously test.The result of test showed that current ratio, NPM, ROA, Inventory Turn Over, EPS have significant effetto stock return, mean while Long Term Debt to Total Asset, PER and Frm size dont show significant effet to stockreturn. Adjust R Square of this research is 23,9% which mean all of variable which purpose just explain 23,9%variance of dependent variable meanwhile 72,1% explain by the other variables.Keyword :Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, activity, capital market and firm size

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of marketing mix toward decisions making process and satisfactiondebtor on Capital of Economy the People’s of Riau Province. The instrument used for data collection was aquestionnaire. The study population was all employees of PT Riau Provincial People’s Economic Capital totaling774 people. The sample in this study is based on the use of Taro Yamane formula obtained by 90 people. Analysisusing multiple linear regression analysis.The calculations show that There is no significant effect between the positive and the product purchasedecision, there is a significant and negative influence on purchasing decisions between cost, there is no significanteffect between the positive and the location of the purchase decision, there is no significant effect between thenegative and promotion on purchase decisions, there is no significant effect between the positive and thepurchase decision, there is no significant effect between the positive and the physical facilities of the purchasedecision, there is a significant and positive effect of the process on purchasing decisions, there is no significantinfluence and positive among the products to customer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between thenegative and the cost of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect and positive relationship between thelocation of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the promotion ofconsumer satisfaction, a significant difference between the positive and the customer satisfaction, there is nosignificant effect between the negative and the physical means to customer satisfaction, there is a significant andpositive effect between customer satisfaction and process towards a significant difference between the positiveand to the satisfaction of the consumer purchase decision on PT. Abstract

The research was conducted to see the effect of social background, managerial skills and experienceon the performance of the business. The research was conducted in the city of Batam to entrepreneurs in smalland medium industries in the sector artisans of 7business group consisting of industry: shell fish,wood, assesories,batik, handicrafts, woven, and leather. The research was conducted using primary data obtaineddirectly byusing the help of question naires. The method of analysis use dis multiple regression analysis.Based on the analysis, it is known that the social,managerial skills and experience simultan eously affect theperformance of the business. Experience partial effecton business performance.The greater the experience willhave an effectonincreasing business performance, and vice versa, the less experience will affectt the poorperformance of the business. Social background and managerial skills have no effect partially on businessperformance. The coefficient of determinationis equal to 0.257 research. This values hows that 25.7% change inbusiness performance as the dependent variable, influenced by the determinant variables used in the modelstudyth at social background, managerial skills and work experience. while the rest (74.3%) is explained by thevariable sincluded in the model study.Keywords: Business Performance, SocialBackground, ManagerialAbility, Experience.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of variable Motivation, Ability and Environmentalsimultaneously and partially on performance in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru. On thebasis of these objectives, the variable motivation, ability, and Work Environment is the independent variable andthe dependent variable is employee performanceMotivation by influential categorized summary table where as many as 48 people or 50.50% stated Influential(B) and 13 people or 13.70% said no impact. This means that the respondents agree that motivation influentialin PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru. This result is in line with the respondents who statedthat the results of the regression variable motivation (X1) significantly affects the performance PT Pengadain(Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru.Based on the Work Environment of respondents according to the recapitulation of respondents categorized effectwhere as many as 54 people or 56.80% stated Agree (S) and 8 people or 8.40% did not agree.Work on the ability of respondents according to the recapitulation of respondents categorized Agree where asmany as 57 people or 57% said Agree (S) and 7 or 7.40% did not agree.Simultaneous testing showed that simultaneous Motivation, Work Environment and Work Ability positive andsignificant impact on the performance PT. In analyzing and interpreting the data, descriptive analysis method andverification of analysis methods. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondentsand research variables, while the verification method used to test the research hypotheses by using relevantstatistical tests. Abstract

The success of the election is affected by the level of political participation of the people who wereinvolved or get involved in every stage of the election process, including the implementation of PelalawanRegency’s Election in 2011. Some of the factors variables thought to influence the political participation of thepeople in the General Election Pelalawan Regency is supporting party’s image (X1), political advertising (X2),the reference group (X3) and interests choosing (X4). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect ofsupporting party’s image, political advertising and the reference group against interests choosing in PelalawanRegency’s General Election, so that unknown variable factors which are the most dominant influence on theinterest choose. The study used descriptive quantitative approach, where the population is citizens who are inthe permanent voters list (DPT) in two villages/urban, is Pangkalan Kerinci urban and Teluk Meranti villagewith number of respondents as many as 150 people. The results show the influence of the supporting party’simage probability the interest of selecting significance level is 5% mean 0.368, political advertising at 0.060and influence of references group interest choosing at 0.163. This suggests that the effect of supporting party’simage to select is the dominant interest with a probability of 0.368.

Abstract

Analyzing CAMEL Model and Altman’s Z-score in the Prediction of Public Bank Bankruptcy in Indonesia(A case study public bank case registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2007 – 2011), underthe supervision of Yulia Efni and Gusnardi.The present research seeks to find out the accuracy of CAMEL modeland Altman’s Z-score to predict the bankruptcy of Indonesian public banks ( a case study of public banksregistered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2007 – 2011.The research used secondary data, that is,the annual bank financial statements in the period of 2007 – 2011. The population included all Indonesiapublic banks which are still operating and registered in Indonesia Stock Change in the period of 2007 – 2011.The sample consisted of 21 banks which were selected using a purposive sampling method.The results of logicregression model test show that there is a different accuracy of predicting using CAMEL model and Altman’s Zscorein the prediction of the Indonesian public bank bankruptcy. The best accuracy of the bankruptcy predictionmodel is Altman’s Z-score with 0% error types I and II, and the model classification accuracy is 100%.Key words: bank, bankruptcy, bank financial ratio
