Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi alokasi dana desa (ADD) di Kecamatan Siantan Selatan, Kabupaten Anambas. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terbagi 2 (dua) yaitu Variabel bebas (independen) meliputi Sumberdaya Manusia (X1), Komitmen (X2), dan Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya (X3) dan Variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur dan perangkat yang langsung terlibat dan mengetahui tentang pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Kecamatan Siantan Selatan yakni sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus, yaitu mendata keseluruhan populasi yang ada. Berdasarkan sensus di lapangan, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sumberdaya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa, Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa. Namun, Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana. Tidak berpengaruhnya Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya disebabkan masih minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi melalui perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang memiliki aplikasi program pembuatan laporan keuangan sehingga seringkali berbagai laporan yang harus dibuat mengalami kesalahan dan keterlambatan untuk disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak terkait.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the District Secretariat Rokan Hulu with the aim to determine the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on performance and employee satisfaction.The population is all goverment employees were all civil servants (PNS) in the Regional Secretariat Rokan upstream as many as 97 people, sample collection techniques using methods stratified random sampling and purposive sampling as many as 78 orang.The data used are primary data and secondary data.Teknik collecting data through interviews and questionnaire (questionnaire).This method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis two stages with SPSS ver.20.Based on the partial results of the study, leadership variables significantly influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables significantly influence job satisfaction employee.Then satisfaction has a significant influenceontheperformancepegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of DSO, DIO, DPO and CCC against mining companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research is all mining companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampling method using purposive sampling method. The research sample of 28 mining companies. Methods of data collection using literature and documentaries. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of software Eviews 9. The results DSO, DIO DPO, and CCC have a significant effect on the profitability of the Company. DPO has a positive effect on the profitability of mining companies.

Abstract

This study to aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, individual ownership, debt policy and dividend policy of the previous year the dividend on the company’s food and beverage manufacturers do sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 to 2015. To achieve the goal the research conducted by taking a sample of 14 companies manufacturers do food and beverage sector listed in In donesia Stock Exchange in 2010 to 2015. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression model. The results showed that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, individual ownership, debt policy and dividend policy of the previous year jointly significant effect on dividend policy. Partially managerial ownership and debt policy does not have a negative significant effect on dividend policy, foreign ownership does not have a positive significant effect on dividend policy, individual ownership and the previous year’s dividend partially positive significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the amount of number of member, internal capital, external capital, bussiness volume, total asset in partially would affect the financial performances in Rokan Hilir Regency. The sample of the stuydy are Cooperatives annual meeting in the year of 2015 That is as much as 119 cooperative. By using a model multiple regression analysis. Conclusions based on the results of studies suggest that external capital, bussiness volume, and Total Asset affect the financial performance (SHU) in Rokan Hilir, while the Number of Member, Internal Capital has no effect on the financial performance (SHU) Cooperative in Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the determinants of ecological purchasing decisions. An understanding of these factors is important to know the purchasing decisions of people who can contribute to save the environment. Based on the scale developed from many previous studies, this study Analyzing ecological product purchasing decisions through Perception, Attention On Environment, Consumer Effectiveness, Collectivism, Willingness to Pay More Expensive, interests and actions and their impact on the environment in the City Pekanbaru.Data collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using SPSS statistical. Research shows Perception, Attention On Environment, Consumer Effectiveness,, Interests and Actions positive effect. Furthermore, environmental concerns affecting the willingness to pay a higher price. Other funding is environmental issues and the effectiveness of the receiving ecological influence purchasing behavior, however, in this study the effects of collectivism and willingness to pay more toward ecological decisions purchese insignificant. Based on these results. Companies can design products and marketing communications program appropriate and in accordance with customer expectations, while for the government, the results of this study can be used as input to determine the policies that can save the environment.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Agency Bappeda, Disporabudpar, Disnakertrans and Department of Healt Indragiri Hilir-Riau. This study aimed to analyze the effect caused by Employee Monitoring, Providing Penalties, Work Discipline And Employee Performance. The population of this study were 219 Civil Servants. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling and random sampling and cluster sampling to produce as much as 142 Civil Servants as samples. Technique data analysis is done by Path Analysis using SPSS version 20.00.The final conclusion is that organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment is not positive and significant impact on employee discipline, then monitoring positive and significant impact on work discipline. Furthermore, providing penalties a significant effect on work discipline, providing penalties positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, work discipline positive and significant impact on employee performance and organizational commitment, supervisory and providing penalties indirect effect on employee performance with the discipline of work as mediating variable.The study recommends to the leadership of the organization either Head or Head of Department is expected to increase the commitment of the organization, supervision and providing penalties because it directly can improve work discipline and better employee performance in the future. The study also recommends that the Head of the Agency or the Head of Department to increase the commitment of the organization, supervision and providing penalties mediated by a good working discipline will improve employee performance indirectly.

Abstract

This research was conducted with explanatory approach where research aims to examine the causality between variables that describe a particular phenomenon and examine whether the variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation impact directly or indirectly on employee performance variables Bappeda Riau province with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Respondents in the study amounted to 116 people using proportionate stratified random sampling technique where sampling of members of the population at random and stratified proportionally by means of statistical tests using path analysis (path analysis).The results showed that partial variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation direct influence on employee performance. Partial variable competence, internal controls directly influence organizational commitment while achieving motivation variable does not directly influence organizational commitment. Furthermore, through the organizational commitment as an intervening variable, variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation indirect effect on employee performance Bappeda Riau Province.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and placement to spirit at work and performance of employees at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. This study uses primary data is the data obtained from the interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees UPTD at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis with SPSS. From the results of the testing that has been done, there is a direct influence of competence on the performance for 0,530, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.582, the direct effect of the placement on the performance of 0,243, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.321, and spirit at work influence on the performance of 0.192. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 4.73, which means, variable competence, placement and spirit at work to performance of employees by 73.4%, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out and analyze the effects of training, work placement, and monitoring toward the employees’ performance at the department of industry and commerce, Riau Province. The research method in this research was quantitative method. Type and data source were primary data obtained from the result of empirical research by distributing the questionnaires to the employees sampled. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that (1) trainings do not have effects on the employees’ performance of the department of industry and commerce. Nevertheless, the results of data analysis show a positive value. This indicates that the contribution of training factor towards the employees’ performance was low and unable to improve the performance significantly. This is because when the trainings were given to the employees, some of them did not take the trainings seriously. Therefore, training implementations given to the employees were not optimal to affect the employees’ work performance. (2) Work placement has positive and significant effects toward the employees’ performance of the department of industry and commerce, Riau province. The placement of employees based on their areas of expertise surely gives the positive effects towards the employees’ performance. (3) Monitoring has positive and significant effects toward the employees’ performance of the department of industry and commerce, Riau province. Monitoring the employees intensively will help them in doing their work and direct them in maximizing their work result that will result in their work improvement. (4) Training, work placement, and monitoring simultaneously have significant effects toward the employees’ performance of the department of industry and commerce, Riau province.
