Abstract

Research done PT. Mitra Traktor Cakrabuana Pekanbaru. The aim of the research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational justice and motivation on employee performance. The study population included all employees who totaled 43 people and set a model census. The variables used were organizational justice and motivation as independent variables, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the tool SPSS 17 for windows. The study concluded that simultaneous organizational justice and motivation significant effect on performance. The partially only motivation that shows a positive and significant effect of organizational justice while not a significant influence on employee performance. The recommendation is that the management do justice program of organizational improvement and motivation of employees, especially in terms of informationdisclosure, change management system to be participatory and to formulate the criteria and measures are transparent and fair view of the opportunities for employees to gain increasedpost.Keywords: Organizational Justice, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the workload and commitment of nurses either directly or indirectly on performance and job satisfaction. This study used nurse population as a sample by using census method, because the sample for our data analysis is limited. Researchers applied the path technique using spss 21.0.The results of this study shows the workload has a significant positiv effect on performance, nurse commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work load has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and nurses commitment has a significant postive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the performance at hospital nurse tabrani rab pekanbaru.Keywords : Workload, Nurse Commitment, Performance and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, motivation, and incentive partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction employees at PT. surya agrolika reksa singing hilir. The population in this study were all employees totaling 121 employees and 93 employees were sampled by using the formula slovin, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (F-test) showed that the variables of organizational commitment, motivation and incentive simultaneously significant effecton job satisfaction employees. And the results of the partial test (t test) showed that the variables of organizational commitment, motivation and incentive partially significant effect on job satisfaction employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,273, which means, organizational commitment, motivation, and incentive affect the job satisfaction employees amounted to 27,3%, while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other variables that no tex amined in this study.Keywords : Organizational Commitmen, Motivation, Incentive, and Job Satisfaction Employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim Ii Pekanbaru. in order to determine the effect of human relations (human relations) and organizational culture simultaneously to the work ethic of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees numbering 70 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this study is the linear regression method berganda.Dari results of testing that was done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) indicates that the variable human relations (human relations) and organizational culture simultaneously significant effect on the employee's fix ethos. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the variables of human relations (human relations) and organizational culture significantly influence employee Work Ethics. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 6.08%, which means, variable human relations (human relations) and organizational culture together affect the Work Ethic, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Human Relations, Organizational Culture and Work Ethics Employees

Abstract

The research was conducted at the District Secretariat Rokan Hulu with the aim to determine the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on performance and employee satisfaction.The population is all goverment employees were all civil servants (PNS) in the Regional Secretariat Rokan upstream as many as 97 people, sample collection techniques using methods stratified random sampling and purposive sampling as many as 78 orang.The data used are primary data and secondary data.Teknik collecting data through interviews and questionnaire (questionnaire).This method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis two stages with SPSS ver.20.Based on the partial results of the study, leadership variables significantly influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables significantly influence job satisfaction employee.Then satisfaction has a significant influenceontheperformancepegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation, organizationalculture and work environment on Performance at the Department of Tourism andCreative Economy of Riau Province. And to know Motivation, organizationalculture and work environment to Performance employees with job satisfaction asa moderating variable on the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy ofRiau Province.In this study set sample of 147 employees of civil servant status. Becausethe population is relatively large, then in this study sampling using slovin methodso that the respondents obtained as many as 60 respondents. Furthermore, dataanalysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through software SPSS17.0 msi.The results showed that the influence of motivation, organizational cultureand work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees of theDepartment of Tourism and Creative Economy of Riau Province there is asignificant influence. The results showed that the motivation, organizationalculture and work environment simultaneously on performance with jobsatisfaction as moderating variables on the Department of Tourism and CreativeEconomy of Riau Province there is no significant influence.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Hospital Arifin AchmadPekanbaru. The purpose was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction andwork motivation on organizational commitment, and then to determine and analyze theeffect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance and to determinethe influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, and to investigateand analyze the influence job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performancethrough organizational commitment to employee outpatient at Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru.Asfor the type of data used in this research using primary and secondary data. With a totalpopulation of 149 employees and a total sample of 109 employees. Sampling using simplerandom sampling method. While analyzing the data, the authors use Path Analysis (PathAnalysis) with the help of the SPSS version 17.0.Based on the analysis of test results Line(Path Analysis) is known that job satisfaction and motivation striving to variable employeeperformance. While the indirect effect through organizational commitment. This showsthat the variable of organizational commitment capable of mediating variables jobsatisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. Therefore, to improveperformance still needed an increase in job satisfaction as attention to salaries,allowances, promotions, responsibility, achievement and their attitude of feelingchallenged, while motivation by taking into account the interests and talents of employees,the tranquility of employee attitudes toward, interaction with colleagues, interaction withsuperiors, environmental conditions, working time arrangements and working equipmentand can implement organizational commitment so that employee performance willincreased.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for determining the effect of leadership,organizational culture toward staff performance at the regional disaster managementagency in Riau province. The variables used in this research are leadership andorganizational culture as independent variables and organizational performance as adependent variables.The sampling method used is stratified random sampling method with samples of 79 ofthe 371 person working at the regional disaster management agency in Riau provinceperiod of 2015. Statistical analysis used to examine the effects of leadership andorganizational culture toward organizational performance is path analysis which canexplain the relationship between variables either directly or indirectly.The results of this study indicate that leadership has a direct effect towardorganizational culture, but hasn’t a direct effect toward organizational performance.Organizational culture has a direct effect toward organizational performance.Leadership has an indirect effect toward organizational performance throughorganizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable job satisfaction, commitment to work, and working environment on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir. This research was conducted on the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir of 60 people. In testing the hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools.The results showed that the variable is independent (job satisfaction and job commitment) had no significant effect on the performance of the facilitator. Only variable working environment has a significant influence on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir.The theoretical implications that can be derived from this research is the result of this study showed that facilitators work directly related to masyaraat the placement factor and maintain the condition of the surrounding community became noteworthy. Downstream conditions of the district are relatively safe indragiri be one contributing factor comfort in the work of facilitators. To produce optimal performance, it is recommended should the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir equipped with good communication skills so that they can be accepted by all elements of society who become surrogate .
