Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi pengembangan modul E-Prescribing di Rumah Sakit Sardjito Yogyakarta berdasarkan metode PIECES. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap dokter, apoteker, staff dan manajemen di poliklinik eldewise di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode evaluasi PIECES merupakan metode evaluasi sistem yang terdiri dari enam variabel yaitu performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, service.Pendekatankualitatif untuk menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap implementasi modul E-Prescribing di Rumah Sakit Sardjito Yogyakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis efektivitas Kinerja Implementasi Modul E-Prescribingberdasarkan data hasil wawancara persepsi pengguna terhadap atribut PIECES. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Efektivitas kinerja implementasi modul E-Prescribing di Poliklinik Eldewise RSUP Sardjito Yogyakarta diperoleh skor efektivitas adalah 80,95%. Sebanyak empat atribut mencapai skor maksimal (100%) artinya sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, namun sebanyak dua atribut  mempunyai skor efektifitas belum optimal artinya masih ada permasalahan yaitu pada atribut performance (57,14% ) dan infomasi (66,67%). Permasalahan dalam aspek peformance adalah masih ada penggunaan resep manual khususnya resep untuk pasien BPJS karena untuk klaim syarat ada resep yang ditandatangani dokter, pengguna kadang-kadang merasakan loading system yang lama, walaupun tidak banyak terjadi. Permasalahan dalam aspek informasi adalah informasi stok obat yang kadang tidak sesuai antara data stok obat di sistem dengan data stok obat aktual. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah modul E-Prescribing perlu segera implementasi e-prescribing di poli yang lain, namun dengan beberapa perbaikan diantaranya adalah: 1) Perlu regulasi terutama obat yang masih penggunaan resep manual khususnya resep untuk pasien BPJS untuk penyakit kronis tertentu karena untuk klaim syarat ada resep yang ditandatangani dokter, 2) Perlu adanya pembenahan khususnya dalam query dalam sistem dan loading system, 3) Update data persediaan (stok) obat yang kadang terjadi selisih. Ketersediaan stok kadang terjadi selisih antara stok obat di sistem dan stok aktual. Evaluasi Sumber Daya Manuasi (SDM) dalam keakurasian serta ketepatan input data dan prtotab, 4) Perlu adanya penambahan pengadaan fasilitas perangkat keras komputer khususnya computer client dan jaringan untuk implementasi poli yang lain.

Abstract

Technology is growing rapidly, provides an easy way to do various activities. An example is a mobile application for the calculation of body mass index and ideal weight. The first step of making the application is the system requirements analysis, system design, coding, and implementation into a computer program using J2ME programming language. Last step is testing the application using mobile devices, Nokia C2, Nokia 5233 and Nokia N78. By using this application, it will be easy to know the state of a person's weight, while the BBI calculation can be used to find the ideal weight

Abstract

Prestasi belajar adalah hasil belajar mahasiswa/ pelajar terhadap bidang yang ditekuninya. Prestasi belajar yang dicapai bisa baik atau buruk tergantung dari faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya  faktor motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto menggunakan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Metode Tsukamoto. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berasal dari angket motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar yang telah diisi oleh mahasiswa serta prestasi belajar yang diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, jika skor motivasi belajar 3,2 (rendah) dan skor lingkungan belajar 2 (mendukung) maka output untuk prestasi belajar diprediksi 3,23 yang artinya prestasi belajar yang dicapai kurang baik sebesar 34% cenderung menuju prestasi belajar baik sebesar 66%

Abstract

Education is a right for every citizen. Quality education makes people more intelligent. Educational outcomes documented in a file called a diploma. A diploma is a necessary file for doing things related to work or other administrative matters. Generally, the diploma file submitted is in the form of a photocopy of a certificate that has been legalized for administrative requirements. The process of legalizing diplomas is often a hindrance because the time required is quite long and especially if someone is in an area far from where to take care of legalization. In the industrial era 4.0, information technology can be utilized to facilitate public access to services in the world of education, for example, using technology to implement an online legalization system. Application of technology in the legalization process is not just online but can be integrated with API (Application Programming Interface). It can attract millennial access to the application easily. There are two APIs used, namely the Shipping API and the Social Messaging API. Shipping API makes it easy to check shipping costs based on alumni location. Social messaging API with assistant features so that it can be easier to serve alumni accessing application features via Telegram. This study aims to facilitate the alumni in legalizing online to make time-efficient and affordable—implementation of information systems with the integrated website media Telegram API and Rajaongkir or shipping cost API. Based on testing the usability testing results obtained a value of 4.56 on a scale of 5. These results indicate that the application can function following the needs of users of information systems.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Aplikasi pengolahan citra berkaitan dengan pemrosesan citra yang berkaitan dengan transformasi warna. Dalam hal ini, metode transformasi sistem ruang warna HSI (Hue, Saturation, Intensity) sebagai bagian dari pengolahan citra membantu dalam mendeteksi warna dalam citra dan mengolahnya sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam pengidentifikasian. Tujuan dari penelitian  ini adalah menerapkan metode transformasi warna HSI dalam mendeteksi jenis warna kulit pisang dan mengklasifikasikan dalam fase kematangan . Subyek penelitannya adalah membangun aplikasi untuk mengenali dan menentukan kematangan pisang ambon berdasarkan fitur warna kulit. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan citra pisang ambon yang diambil dengan kamera yang nantinya akan diambil sebagian (cropping) pada kulit, yang kemudian akan diekstrak ciri warnanya, dan dihitung tingkat kadar warna dari R (red), G (green), dan B (blue) dan diubah ke HSI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dengan mengambil citra pisang, metode literature dengan menggunakan data-data dari buku dan internet, dan metode wawancara dengan pengumpulan data secara langsung dari petani. Berdasarkan input pelatihan deteksi jenis warna kulit pisang ambon diperoleh dari pengolahan citra dengan metode transformasi warna HSI. Dari hasil penelitian 20 sampel buah dimana 10 buah pisang ambon mentah dan 10 buah pisang ambon  matang dengan dihitung nilai rata-rata maksimal dan minimal H dan S diperoleh persentase 85%.

Abstract

Web Service is an application that is made to be invoked or accessed by other applications via the Internet or intranet by using XML as a messaging format. The reason for the use of the concept of Web services is to create an application that can be accessed through a variety of platforms, programming languages, and operating systems. One platform can implement the Web Service is the Android Operating System Application. Android is an operating system that uses the Linux kernel being owned by Google. The technology allows the computation process can be integrated with a variety of daily activities to reach people who are not confined in one area or an area scope. Abstract

The Indonesian Nurses Competency Test (UKNI) is a process to determine whether a person is worthy to become a nurse in Indonesia. In 2018 the UKNI test was carried out by 55,573 total participants with a pass percentage of 47.15%. This figure is quite low considering the need for nurses in Indonesia which is still quite high. The unpreparedness of participants in facing tests, either readiness in terms of test material or in terms of mentality is one of the causes of the low pass rate of UKNI. Online Nurse Test (ONT) UKNI is expected to be one of the solutions to answer the above problems. ONT UKNI is a mobile application that has been equipped with learning material, try out, and discussion features aimed to help School of Nursing students in facing UKNI test. The development of the ONT UKNI application uses the modified waterfall model and uses the observation approach and literature review in collecting data and materials which will then be used for the development of the ONT UKNI application. ONT UKNI offers new sets of try out questions and discussion feature that may useful for users. Functional tests has been conducted with 100% results so it can be concluded that the ONT UKNI application is suitable for use.Keywords: Android, Mobile Learning Application, UKNI
