Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to offer an overview of the factions of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS). The theories used in this study are the Theory of factions by Belloni and Beller. According to Belloni and Beller, the emergence of factions is divided into four, inclauding the differences in values, strategies,economic conditions, and personal loyalty. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to determine and describe various attitudes and phenomena that exist. The findings of the research conducted are first, factions within PKS internally emerged since the 2004 presidential election known as the keadilan and sejahtera factions. Second, subsequently there was a conflict between the PKS leaders and Fahri Hamzah. Third, one of the effects of the factions that appeared and finally causing conflict was that many cadres and administrators withdrew from PKS. One of the affected areas is the Province of Bali. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the community resistance groups behind the construction of the New Yogyakarta International Airport, by answering the failure of resistance groups in rejecting the construction of new airports in Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses the theory of the New Social Movement with the concept approach of Political Opportunity Structure and the Framming Process (Snow & Benford). This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation and in-depth interviews. This research shows that: First, the failure of the resistance group in the constuction of the New Yogyakarta International Airport due to the chairman of Wahana Tri Tunggal. Second, systemic deprivation carried out by the Yogyakarta government and the airport. Third, horizontal conflict caused the membership of the resistance group the fade. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to provide an overview of the setting agenda in the regional regulation policy number 2 of 2016 concerning halal tourism in NTB. Province NTB is the first area in Indonesia that succeeded in formulating a regional regulation of halal tourism. The theory used in this study Setting Agenda Theory from John Kingdon. Acording to John Kingdon , The Setting Agenda Theory is divided into three stream, consisting of the flow of problem, the flow of policy and the political flow. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research found are first,the lack of public understanding of halal tourism and the conflict between community groups. Second, the lack of socialization from the Department of Tourism to the public about halal tourism. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed at determining the existence of millennial generation in participating politics, but at the same time the millennial mostly very apathetic. The purposed of this study is to determine the effect of millennial generation participation in the legislative nomination in Bali Province in 2019, by used the concept of millennial generation, dynasty politics,legislative elections. Qualitative methods of observation and interviews are used in this study. The results of this study is the participation of millennial generation is influenced the legislating. First, they had influence of elements of political dynasty and also the support of the winning team, secondly, there was no element of dynasty but a winning team, the third, they had a dynasty without winning team, they supported by social media so it makes easier to get votes from the millennial. Abstract

After the end of the new order regime, the existence of community groups made it a necessity in a democratic country. The presence of community group the local electoral in Bali in particular is able to provide its own color. Bali governor election 2018 became a separate stage for the contestation between Baladika Bali and PDIP to consolidate their power. With the Patron-Client Theory approach, this research presents as a description of how the actions carried out by CSOs with a background of violence in fighting over the land of power, and of course the status of power. Dynamic politics makes this phenomenon polarized in diverse manifestations. There is a cultural connection, but there also involves a broker in it. Research using ethnographic qualitative methods or field research. The results of this study explain that the clientelism relationship that occurs is a remuneration for assistance given by Patron to Clients. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examined the Political Strategy of Incumbent Female Regional People’s Representative Assembly (DPRD) Members in Simultaneous Elections 2019 in Bali Province. The Theory used in this research was the theory of Political Strategy by Peter Schroder. This Political Strategy is divided into two, including the Offensive Strategy (expanding the number of voters) and the Defensive Strategy (maintaining the number of voters). The approach used in this research was a qualitative approach with the reseach type of descriptive explanatory with the aim of describing, summarizing the various conditions and situations that arise in the community that is the object of research. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the factors behind the poor response of the state to the campaign props violations in Denpasar City. As the research framework, this research used the state in society theory and collective action theory. This research used the case study method. The findings represented that political power in various government institutions was the reason behind the state’s weakness in overcoming the campaign props violations. Through images and practices in the campaign props phenomenon, it can be seen that the relationship between the state and political parties was caused by the transformation of society through political parties for the purpose of domination. Conditions created by the images, practices, and transformations led to various impacts, from collective action in political parties to the occurrence of free riders by political parties inside and outside the coalitions, which increased the number of campaign props violations. Abstract

ABSTRACTx This study aims to find out how spiritualism and power in the leadership of Tabanan Regent Eka Wiryastuti in the period of 2010-2019. Thisresearch is framed by the theory of Habitus by PierreBoudieau. The research method used in this research is qualitativedescriptive research with primary and secondary data usage, because it describes and illustrates phenomena that exist, both natural and human engineering, which paymore attention to the characteristics, quality, interrelationships between activities in relation to spiritualism and power in the leadership of the TabananRegent EkaWiryastuti in the period of 2010-2019. The resultsof this study are: first, Spiritualism and power form a correlations to generate strategic support for Eka Wiryastuti due to the accumulation of appropriate asset in Tabanan as the realm of strategy. ABSTRACT__ The theory of Patron Client proposed by James Scott is used_in this study_The_results of this study showed_that:_First, Pemuda Pancasila gave their loyalty and devotion to ERAMAS couple by contributing in_the_form_of_contributions_to_the_regional administrators, social activities and direct activities for the community to the success of ERAMAS Couple. Second, the relationship of Patron Client established between Pemuda Pancasila and ERAMAS created a mutually beneficial relationship with the exchange of rewards such as granting access in the provincial government, granting positions and facilitating licensing and vice versa Pemuda Pancasila provided loyalty and services. Third, the Governor election of North Sumatra in 2018 is a momentum for the Pemuda Pancasila to support and win the Governor candidate who was the best cadre of the Pemuda Pancasila. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to determine changes in loyalty that occur to elite political parties in the city of Denpasar. Research using Rational Choice Theory James S. Coleman, This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research findings, First: ideology becomes the basis of a political elite losing its loyalty to the party, Second: pragmatic, that is, with the interests brought by the elite when moving parties, Third: power is a reason often used by elites losing their loyalty, the elite assume that the previous party was not get a position in accordance with the wishes of the elite, the fourth economy is one of the driving factors that occur among the elite political parties, because the party was allegedly able to provide financial support, the latest figures, figures are figures that can be used as a reference in various political activities and decisions political.
